[Install eSIM] Method One
※ If you are using an iPhone and have updated to iOS 17.4 or later, you can install the eSIM with one click through the Trip.com app. (If this doesn't work, please confirm that both the app and iOS have been updated.)
• iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM • Android: Settings > Network & Internet > SIM Card > Add eSIM (the process may vary slightly depending on the brand).

[Install eSIM] Method Two
1. Open the QR code attachment in the Trip.com APP booking and print it out or save it to another electronic device in advance. (iOS 17 and above and some Android phones can directly save the QR code image to the phone)
2. Open Cellular network (iOS) or SIM card management (Android) in Settings.
3. When your phone is connected to the Internet, click “Add Cellular Network” (iOS) or “Add SIM Card Management” (Android) and scan the QR code to install it.
4. If you cannot scan the QR code, you can enter the "SM-DP + Address and Activation Code" in the booking voucher to install it.
5. If you fail in step 3 or 4, your phone may be network locked by the operator in Permanent address(unable to use other operators' network bands), and you need to contact the operator to unlock it before using eSIM.
 
[Using eSIM]
1. Turn off the main card and turn on the eSIM network switch.
2. Enable the cellular network (iOS) or SIM card (Android).
3. Turn on data roaming.
4. If you still cannot access the Internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart. See the information below for details.
[About APN]
1. If you purchase an eSIM that covers multiple countries/regions, when you arrive in a new area, if you cannot connect to the Internet, please manually switch the APN (it will switch automatically under normal circumstances)

3. Enter APN: MB
4. Restart the phone.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

[Phone Compatibility]

1. Your device supports eSlM function

Ouery Method: Dial "*#06#" in the dial interface. lf "ElD" is displayed, the phone supports eSlM.

if not, it does not support eSlM.

2. The phone is not a network-locked phone

Query Method: Check with your Telecom Operator to see if your device is open for all networkbands

[Set up eSlM]

Please setup and activate the eSlM when you reach your destination and are connected to theInternet. lf you install the card in a country other than your destination, the eSlM will becomeinvalid or the usage time will be calculated in advance.

Please make sure that the "Data Roaming" option for the eSlM is enabled.
