The overall stay exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, with no unpleasant odors, and all facilities were complete and functional. The staff, especially Xiaoxiao, were friendly, patient, and had a great attitude. The environment was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to rest very well. I was extremely satisfied with this stay.

A huge shout-out to our housekeeper, Lily! We arrived at noon with a crying baby who desperately needed a nap, but our original room wasn't ready yet. Lily proactively upgraded our room for free, allowing us to check in immediately. This really saved us a lot of trouble trying to soothe our child, and we were incredibly touched! The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Our little one fell asleep the moment we walked in, finally giving us adults a much-needed break. It's truly rare to find a hotel that genuinely and proactively considers its guests' needs like this. Families with kids, book this place without hesitation!

I've stayed in many hotels, including several under the HUAZHU Group, and I've almost never given a hotel a bad review. I've certainly never encountered one with such terrible hygiene as this. This hotel is also a 5-diamond on Trip.com, and while it's not expensive, it's considered a mid-to-high-end brand within HUAZHU. Yet, the bedsheets had such obvious stains! And when we pointed out the issue, the duty manager's first reaction wasn't to resolve it, but to try and blame us. Who, with a child, wants to stay up late at night just to get you to change the sheets?! What's more, it was raining on the day we checked in, and we parked the car at the entrance with our child. Two staff members in uniform were standing at the door chatting, and not a single one offered to help with our luggage!!!!!!

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time was for the water park, and this time was for the snow park. I'll probably come back a third time for the dry park. Everything about the hotel is excellent. A special thanks to the friendly front desk staff for upgrading us to a family room. I'm also very grateful to Guest Relations Manager Xiaoxiao for her exceptional care and assistance during our stay.

The lobby is impressive, breakfast is plentiful, and there are lots of activities. Most importantly, the rooms are clean and tidy. It's right near a water park, and there's a food street downstairs, making it perfect for family trips. A special thanks to Lily, who contacted us before arrival to help with our arrangements; her service was fantastic.

Room Amenities: Shoutout to Xiao Xiao who upgraded us to a fantastic family suite with a large room and a lake view. The absolute best and most thoughtful touch was the kids' sink – so considerate! Value for Money: Extremely high! The room rate included breakfast for two adults (children under 1.2m eat free), two tickets to the water park (children under 1.2m get in free), and four tickets for 3 hours of fun at the Snow World, including snow play and skiing ⛷ (same price for adults and children). Breakfast: Very comprehensive, available from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Service: The hotel has indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids, making it super convenient for families, even if the weather isn't great. 🙏

The surroundings are great, the room is excellent, and the service is spot on. A full five-star rating to our butler, Lily! Looking forward to staying here again this summer.

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The balcony is large with a great view. It's very close to Sunac Water Park and Snow Park, within walking distance. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and a good ambiance. The hotel also offers many entertainment activities, making it perfect for family trips. Our butler, Erin, provided thoughtful service; she added us on WeChat in advance to understand our needs, and we could ask her anything at any time.

I took my child to Sunac Land for Children's Day. I used to stay at the hotel next door, but this was my first time staying here and I found it to be excellent value for money. It's also the closest hotel to Snow World, Water World, and the amusement park across the street. There's parking both above and below ground, and even EV charging stations. My room seems to have been upgraded, which I really appreciate – it was very spacious with a large balcony. The only downside was that the hot water wasn't great. Luckily, it's summer, so I could just about manage a shower, but it definitely wouldn't work in winter. I mentioned this during the customer service follow-up call, and they seemed very sincere. I hope they can improve this.
