The tour guide and the older sister were very kind, enthusiastic and responsible. They canceled the cable car for the day due to personal reasons. The sister arranged a group tour for us and provided special services without any complaints. She adjusted various subsequent time arrangements for us and even arranged a separate car to take us back to the B&B in advance at the end of the tour, so that we didn't have to wait for other group members for a long time. It was great. They provide real-time guidance and check-ins via WeChat. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to help you out anytime. The tourist train is also excellent. I just wish there were more public transportation to get to the tourist train station. It would be helpful if they also provided the train schedule in advance when making reservations.★

Our driver, Mr. Chan, contacted us the night before to arrange the pick-up time and location for the following day. He also accommodated our preferences, as we were staying in the old town and wanted a location that didn't require a long walk to the intersection. Mr. Chan picked us up on time. He explained some essential information in the car. The itinerary wasn't rushed; there was ample time for activities. We traveled in a minivan, with two people per row; our group consisted of six people that day. Mr. Chan accompanied us through the ticket check.
