The trip was good but the main problem is that no English is spoken. It’s said in the description that the driver would use WeChat to communicate, but he almost didn’t do it. He even asked one of the other tourists to communicate with me, but she of course didn’t because she was also trying to enjoy her trip, so most of the time I was a little bit lost. The worst part was at the boat trip at the lake. A short trip is included in the price of the tour, but there you can do an upgrade. No one explained me that and they just carried me to the already payed one, that almost doesn't leave the border of the lake. I then had to wait for the group that took the upgraded boat... nowhere to sit, no shadowed areas... this part was really not nice. If the driver can't or doesn't want to communicate, I guess you should at least have written English instructions for each part of the trip. The driver gave many informations for the group, what I think is very nice, but I wish I could have it too.

The one-day tour to Dali was excellent. The tour guide was attentive and considerate, providing excellent service, and the itinerary was well-paced. We enjoyed the beauty of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, experienced the Bai ethnic culture, and savored delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended!
