All travelers must fill out the Indonesia entry card on the following website: https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/. Please complete the form at least 3 days before departure to ensure smoother immigration procedures at the ferry terminal and minimize waiting time upon arrival.

Important Notice

 

Due to recent fuel price increases, a fuel surcharge will be applied starting from March 12, 2026. Each ferry ticket departing from Singapore (HarbourFront Centre/Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal) will incur a charge of SGD 6.00, while each ticket departing from Batam Island ports (Batam Centre/Sekupang/Tanjung Pinang) will incur a charge of IDR 65,000. This fuel surcharge applies to all ferry tickets, including those purchased before or after this date, and must be paid at the ticket counter.
