Booking fee need to pay extra $11person when collect ferry tickets. Use to travel to harbour bay ferry terminal first time travel to batam centre ferry terminal. The ferry took quite sometime to go into the port maybe the loading area very limited. Going back to sg take longer time waiting time very long my booking is 2pm. We were told to go in at 1pm n the gate will close by 1.40pm but we wait till almost 2pm still in the queue not even go into the ferry.★
