A welcome place to refresh after a flight. The only one I could find for arrival passenger from red eye flight. Hub and spoke opens at 8am, the airport hotels are quickly full bookes. This one opens at 6am onlg unfortunately but was the best (bet). Line up early as it is high in demand. Baths are only for 20min shifts, so not exactly relaxing but the bathroom itself is very nice. The lounge area is nice, but the food is almsot disappointing, especially for the price. Staff were great though and very kind and the bathroom was very nice and full service.

The staff were very welcoming, and the food was delicious. Upon entering, you register to take a shower, which was immediately available and incredibly effective at washing away the fatigue of a layover! They also provided Singapore plug adapters so we could charge our devices comfortably.

Not bad experience, except the sticky Japanese rice, I would say it was definitely the worst rice I ever eaten. And the worst female chef who probably has mental problem need to fix, did not have manners, but have big ass
