*1/2/3/4/5-day passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and physical passes are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase (can be recharged repeatedly). Electronic passes must be exchanged for physical passes within 90 days of purchase, otherwise they will become invalid.

1. The validity period and usage period of the pass are based on the operating hours of the basic public transportation system. The validity period of the 1/2/3-day pass is calculated from the first time you use the pass until the end of the public transportation service on that day. 2.2-day or 3-day passes must be used on consecutive days. Unlimited rides are only available on public bus and train services.
3. The pass does not include premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, Express bus, and other premium and selected bus services. To use these premium services, you can top up your card via self-service ticket machines or at SimplyGo ticketing outlets.
4. The price applies to adults and children over 0.9 meters in height.
5. The 1/2/3 Day Pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, while the Card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. The Singapore Tourist Transport Pass is non-refundable and non-refundable.
6. One Singapore Tourist Transport Pass can only be used by one person at a time. You must redeem your Singapore Tourist Transport Pass card within 90 days of your booking confirmation date.
7. A QR code will be sent in your confirmation email. Please show the QR code to the selected ticket office staff or scan it at our automatic STP ticket machine when redeeming.
