Any inability to travel due to visa issues shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Holding a reported lost, damaged, expired, or unidentifiable passport may result in denied boarding or entry. Some countries or regions may require proof of return flight ticket/ferry ticket, onward itinerary, visa, or sufficient funds. Immigration and border control authorities reserve the right to approve or deny entry based on actual circumstances. Even with a valid visa, visa-free eligibility, or purchased ferry/flight ticket, entry is not guaranteed. If travel is prevented, boarding is denied, or entry is refused due to insufficient passport expiration date, abnormal passport status, visa issues, or failure to meet entry requirements, the passenger shall bear all related responsibilities and costs.

4. Weather impact: In case of severe weather that may require adjustment to the departure time slot, you may choose to change for free or receive a refund.

5. Health notice: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with limited mobility.

6. The boat may rock considerably during the journey. Guests prone to seasickness should prepare motion sickness medicine

7. Please keep your personal belongings safe. It is not recommended to carry valuables.

8. Once the booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued. By placing the order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this package and related items.

9. The ferry schedule is subject to various factors such as wave conditions and local government dispatch. The departure time and sailing duration are for reference only. Please plan your itinerary time accordingly. We will not be responsible for any impact on subsequent itineraries due to ferry schedule changes.

10. If you need to go to the airport after the ferry, please allow sufficient time to avoid missing your flight due to ferry schedule changes, sailing time, transportation or other factors. We are not responsible for any missed flights.

12. Departures from Singapore follow Singapore time, while departures from Batam follow Indonesia time. Please note the time difference, travelers.

13. Since the e-boat ticket can be redeemed for a boarding pass in advance after issuance, no refunds or changes are allowed if the boarding pass has already been obtained.
