Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a private hot spring pool and a sauna, which was a fantastic bonus. The view from the front desk was also stunning. The hotel staff provided excellent service. It's a perfect spot for families, friends, or those traveling with children. You can even contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off.

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

The hotel welcomes guests from around the world, and the staff demonstrates a strong capability in international service standards. Their English proficiency is excellent, and they show genuine cultural awareness and patience toward guests who do not speak English, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for visitors of all backgrounds. The cave-style room was comfortable and well designed, with efficient underfloor heating. Staff members kindly assisted with luggage, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the stay. The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with consistently high-quality food. The rooftop bar is a separate venue, featuring three distinct terraces. One terrace is enclosed with a transparent cover, allowing guests to enjoy the space comfortably even during the winter months. Thanks to the hotel’s elevated position, the rooftop bar provides stunning nighttime views over Göreme, while Sunset Point is also within easy walking distance. The hotel’s Turkish bath and spa facilities are elegant and well maintained, with professional and attentive staff delivering a relaxing experience. When an issue arose with a pre-booked horseback riding activity, the hotel team promptly assisted in reorganizing our plans. Rose redesigned a walking route covering the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Rose Valley, and Sword Valley, transforming a potential disappointment into a memorable highlight of our trip. On the day of departure for Istanbul, the hotel staff personally came out to see us off, a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Highly recommended, and I would be pleased to stay here again

While it wasn't a proper cave hotel, the interior had a cave-like feel. The room's interior also had a vintage feel, which I really liked! I stayed for three nights, starting on August 10th. While it was cool in the mornings and evenings, it was hot during the day, so the air conditioning was comfortable. There were plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and souvenir shops nearby, making it a safe and pleasant experience for a solo female traveler. The rooftop terrace offered a great view, and we even got a good view of the morning balloons. They even flew close enough for us to wave to the riders! The Wi-Fi was strong, and the room even had a TV with Netflix, which was very convenient. It even had Japanese subtitles! Unfortunately, I was busy during the day, so I didn't have time to watch it. The breakfast restaurant is also open for other meals, and I had dinner there on my first night, which was delicious. It was also more reasonably priced than nearby restaurants. If you're too tired to go out, you can have all three meals here. It was a truly comfortable and wonderful stay.

A comfortable, authentic room with a jacuzzi. Heated floors. Netflix and YouTube are available on the TV. Daily thorough cleaning. Our breakfast was included, and everything was delicious. The indoor pool was a pleasant temperature. The hotel has parking—we were able to park there whenever we wanted, no problem. I highly recommend it!

Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats. The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded. Would stay again.

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel!
