Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a private hot spring pool and a sauna, which was a fantastic bonus. The view from the front desk was also stunning. The hotel staff provided excellent service. It's a perfect spot for families, friends, or those traveling with children. You can even contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off.

Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

An absolutely amazing cave hotel! We visited in winter, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was incredibly warm, thanks to the heated floors. The room itself was quite spacious and full of character. Breakfast was also very generous, and the staff were super friendly, especially Rose, who was just lovely. You can even enjoy the sunset from the hotel's rooftop, and the view is just as stunning as the nearby observation deck, saving you the cost of going there. We were also lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying on both days we were there, making for a truly perfect trip!

1. The hotel put us in a room on the ground floor, directly opposite the staff lounge and next to the sauna. It was incredibly hot; even without the AC on at night, it was unbearable. The hotel's AC doesn't allow for temperature adjustment. Plus, the bathroom light was so dim you could barely see anything. 2. When we checked in, I informed the front desk (a very kind lady) that we needed to check out at 7 AM the next day for our flight and asked if breakfast was available. The hotel said they would prepare a 'to-go box' for us. However, when we checked out the next morning, a different staff member (a young man) was at the front desk. His attitude was terrible; he claimed he hadn't received any message, knew nothing about a 'to-go box,' and told us to go eat at the restaurant instead. We went up to the restaurant, only to find it closed. His attitude was truly awful (it felt discriminatory). 3. This same front desk staff member was extremely, extremely, extremely reluctant to help with our luggage. PS: This hotel is very photogenic, and it's worth staying for those who are 'hot air balloon refugees.'

Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats. The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded. Would stay again.

We traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Beautiful hotel located in the largest shopping center in Nevsehir. The pool, spa and gym are amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent (dinner and breakfast). Very good value for money. I recommend.
