Pamukkale Whiteheaven Suite Hotel
4.2/576 Reviews
A beautifully set property at the gates of Pamukkale, the hotel has a very beautiful plants around and Turkish lamps and evil eye decor all through with a small garden and patio at the entrance with a lovely pool. The hotel is family owned and owners give an eye and word to all guests, they would personally ensure all our requirements were met and they happily guided us for our tours and plans - thank you. We stayed in a family room which was large with a balcony and had 2 twin beds and 1 single bed all of which were super comfortable - the room, wash room and patio were clean and tidy. The balcony had a good Mountain View with sunset view. Breakfast was sumptuous, tabled in Turkish style.. it included jams, breads, honey, cheese, olives, fruits etc. which was all delicious. Being vegetarians our menu of eggs and meat was replaced with Cheese fingers and French fries on all 3 days of our stay.. no complaints but the restaurant could have been a bit more creative here. In all we had a nice stay at White Heavens and thank the owners and their family members and the motivated team for making it a wonderful stay.

My friend and I went to the restaurant part of Özbay Hotel yesterday and they made sure we had a good time. They brought food that we didn’t order as a complimentary and everything was so delicious. I am from Turkey and I know when I eat good kebab :) On top of that, we were so tired from walking in the site all day, they dropped us to our hotel which was only 500 metres away. It was very nice of them! Totally recommended from local/Turkish eyes! :)

Anatolia Hotel

From the outside, the hotel seems welcome and pleasant. However, since our first contact with the team, we were surprised by their cold: they didn't want to be paid by bank cards, saying they had no reader, while we could see him behind the counter. Then we were taken to our room: it had no air conditioning, which resulted in a constant smell of moisture, in addition to very unpleasant moisture. I think it is dangerous to stay in this atmosphere several nights, especially for young children. In addition, the materials used in the bathroom are not of quality: the washing machine is not well fluided and the toilets evacuate the fluids through a hole located next to it, not below ... I let you imagine the problem. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We have paid the next day of our arrival: since then, no kindness, no exchange, even no hello or smile. Even when we left, they didn't even come to the courtyard, but just set us from their sofa. I understand that some tourists may be afflicted and unpolite, that this profession is not always easy, but I do not understand this attitude. Finally, the price was not so high, but I had to write this message for families who will pay the high price this summer and who will face these disfunctions.

Aspawa Hotel

It is really a surprise during the trip to meet such a warm hotel owner in a foreign country. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were infected by the boss's enthusiasm. The boss was very happy to know that we were from China and mentioned that Turkey had fought a war with China before. But I really didn’t hear clearly whether he was talking about the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea or the earlier Tang War against the Turks (I feel like these two events were not good memories for Turkey, right? I don’t know how they recorded them in their country). He also took the initiative to help us find a parking space and provided detailed travel advice for our Pamukkale itinerary. Early the next morning, the boss personally drove us to the south gate of Pamukkale. Anyone who has been stabbed in the back by a Turkish taxi should know how rare this is. Enter from the south gate, go down the Pamukkale Pool, and then come out through the middle gate. You are almost right back where you live - the location of this store and the fact that the boss can deliver it to the south gate is perfect! Breakfast is a highlight. The bread is paired with local honey spread and jam, as well as tender fried eggs and fresh fruits. It can be seen that the boss is very attentive to the food and the guests. There are banknotes from various countries under the glass of the dining table. , it seems that everyone has a consensus. The room was tidy, comfortable and very clean! There is also a small swimming pool in the yard, but due to the tight schedule and weather conditions, we had no choice but to enjoy it. When we checked out, the boss gave us a refrigerator magnet and took the initiative to take a photo with us.
Richmond Pamukkale Thermal

Location: The location was good and convenient for going to Pamukkale hot springs and hot air balloon rides. Room: Although the facilities are a bit old, they are clean. It's nice to have various fruits placed in the room. Facilities: The swimming pool is large and the surrounding gardens are great for walking, and you can even see Pamukkale. But there is no elevator Breakfast: Mediterranean style, so salads, cheese, olives, fruit, and dessert are included. There was nothing for breakfast and the coffee was Middle Eastern, which doesn't suit Korean tastes. However, the breakfast view and facilities were spacious and good. Peaches are delicious!!

This hot spring hotel is a great value in every aspect, especially the hotel's hot spring swimming pool is very unique, and every room has a hot spring bathtub. This is a very ideal accommodation when you come to Pamukkale.

The gel for the soul was remembered - a very pleasant aroma (= After Pamukkale returned late when the hotel restaurant was already closed. Very helped the girl with the respiratory - through her phone ordered us delivery of pizza from Dominos. Thank you very much! Great hotel, modern and beautiful. Hierapark Thermal & Spa Hotel

The bathroom is really unbearable, especially the faucet in the shower room and the bathtub are extremely dirty. The room was changed three times, the sound of the outside of the air conditioner was loud, the sound of the inside of the air conditioner was loud, etc. The water quality was particularly bad! Perhaps due to geographical conditions, the hotel is privately opened in the local area. The towels are directly washed by a huge drum washing machine in the garden. Alas, the hygiene is not much to say. The breakfast area is full of flies.
