The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍"

My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Overview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need.
Staff are helpful and polite.

I didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was still guaranteed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was very rich and very satisfied! The only downside is that it is a bit far from the old town, but it is good to walk along the Danube for more than 10 minutes!

Great service, even the fallen snow was removed from our car and the road to it.
Free access to the welness & fitnes was also very welcome after a long yourney in bad weather.
Because we had a limited time for diner also that was very fine solved.
The breakfast was also a pleasure to make use of!
In one word the sre great!

It was such a lovely stay!
I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly!
I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.
