Imran LondonExcellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care.
All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests.
Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable.
Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled.
I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

The hotel itself was nice, however they had a sports team staying here. They cordoned off areas and path ways, it was a lot of bother up until they left. I would suggest if you are staying here, check before hand if there is such an event going on. They give priority to the athletes and make you stop from crossing even the lobby and going to your room.
I did wish I stayed at some other location instead while the team was here but as soon as they left things got a lot better.

Overall experience was good. I have been going to this hotel since I was a little boy in the 90s.
The good: Quality service. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and continental options. Breathtaking view. Consistency across 3 decades.
The bad: Facilities are very outdated and need a big upgrade. My 4 year old played on the same swings that I played at his age. Great for nostalgia and recreating old pics. However, shows how outdated things are. In fact, some were just broken. Table tennis and squash rooms that were freely available for guests years ago are closed and replaced with some 4D entertainment which wasn't functional. Not much for recreation for a resort-type hotel. Room TVs were not smart TVs.

SulmanChI stayed at Hotel Dream Palace Sialkot for one night and was genuinely impressed. The experience was far beyond my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, including hand and bath towels, comb, soap, shampoo and complimentary hotel slippers.
The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and always available to assist whenever needed. A special mention to the Front Office and Concierge team — they were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and professional throughout my stay.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Dream Palace to anyone visiting Sialkot, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DongnanyalaonanrenTo my surprise, Multan, Pakistan actually has such a good hotel. Rumanza by Pearl Continental is located in DHA, a bit far from the main city center. It's not very convenient for Chinese guests to get around, so you'll need assistance with transportation. I'll definitely choose Rumanza by Pearl Continental again for future business trips.

Amenities: They were pretty good. The bathroom and guest room even had a sound system so I could listen to music while showering, haha.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness met the standard for this type of hotel.
Service: The service was good, and the barbecue upstairs was delicious.

The rooms are nice. Wooden flooring. Housekeeping staff is friendly and took particular of my room as I am very finicky about cleanliness and do no want even a speck of hair around. The understood my needs and cleaned the room thoroughly. Reception staff are ok. Had a few issues in the beginning but then were sorted. Mr.Bilal was helpful and nice from the front office. The restaurant La Messa breakfast needs revamping. Staff are very slow and needed to be reminded about things many times. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure replenishment of food done. The GRM Mrs Khalida was great. She tries very hard to make things better and takes feedback proactively. She was always on the move and helpful. I would like to thank her. Please also commend the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor who looked after my room. They were awesome. I forgot their names but they were always on the 2nd floor in the day time. Look forward to my next visit to this hotel in a week's time.
