Indigo Heights Hotel & Suites

Centrally located high rise hotel. Big clean rooms, attentive staff, good gym area, plentiful breakfast options, this hotel is reasonable. When asked if the hotel could have any improvement I suggested opening the pool a bit earlier - and the next day it opened at 7. Amazing!

Horrible! Stay away. You are better off staying at Park Lane or other hotels in the area. Lots of options. The staff doesn't know what service is. It is sad they call themselves a hotel. Horrible. The air-conditioning broke, and the way the staff handled the situation was poor, to say the least. At a low point during the night, the manager and the receptionist stopped answering calls. This way they made us come all the ay down to complain and to see when the engineer is coming. The entire night we played this cat and mouse game. Pathetic.

Terrible experience at Indigo Hotel Lahore. The service was painfully slow, the breakfast was of poor quality, and the staff seemed unprofessional and uninterested in helping. Disappointing and not worth the money spent. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the breakfast of poor quality, but the food had a strange smell too. The waiters at the restaurant on the 17th floor were inattentive, making the dining experience even worse. To top it off, the slow elevator situation, with only one functional lift, added unnecessary inconvenience to our stay. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience overall. Front office staff appeared untrained and unprepared to handle guest concerns. Washrooms were poorly managed and unclean. Additionally, the central cooling system had issues, necessitating a room change. The lack of proper management and maintenance significantly marred the stay, leading to multiple inconveniences and a lackluster experience overall.

I stayed two nights before taking my flight to Europe. The Hotel is acceptable. I read some terrible reviews but my personal experience was not bad. My room was ok, decent service and breakfast. One evening I have dinner in my room and it was ok.

Nice hotel with very good staff especially Junaid and Nida at reception Very helpful staff and welcoming Security was fantastic and room cleaning was done regularly Room service food wasn’t great and can be improved but in general would certainly recommend

The hotel would not accept my booking through *******! They said they dont even deal with *******! When questioned about why ******* have them on their site they said they have been telling ******* not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!

I booked park land hotel in Lahore they cancelled my booking without any reason so I found this amazing hotel my& mrs stayed for 3 nights all th ee staff was very friendly also very ideal location I will definitely recommend to anyone who wants peaceful stay m.Ilyasuk

Absolutely shambolic! I made my booking many months before through *******! So I had a confirmed booking and was expecting to pay at the hotel. When I turned up at the hotel, they said I haven't got a booking coz they don't deal with *******! I argued the point why would ******* advertise your hotel then?! They kept on coming out with excuses! What I think had happened was that the hotel had over booked and coz I was paying at the hotel their overbookings had turned up and were booked in! When I showed up their were no rooms left! Instead of just owning up to their mistake they just made excuse after excuse and left me in the lurch! Typical Pakistan! And this why the country is in an absolute state!
