Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright.

Bali is just next door! Haven on earth, good environment, vibes and massage. Excellent customer services from staff named Rahman, he prepared a parking and ramp for me as i brought my mom on wheelchair. Exceeded expectations

A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We would happily stay here again.

Have a wonder stay in this hotel. The location is good and near to one of the famous seafood restaurants. The manager (Steven) is very friendly and helpful, We will for sure stay back this hotel for our next trip in Teluk Intan.

Title: A Slice of Paradise in Ipoh! The Private Onsen is a Game Changer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can honestly say this was one of the best stays I have ever had in Ipoh. If you are looking for relaxation, luxury, and convenience, the IWH Sunway Onsen Apartment is the place to be. Here is why I can’t stop raving about it: • The Private Onsen: This is the absolute highlight. Having a private hot spring tub right on the balcony is an experience you usually pay premium hotel prices for. Soaking in the natural geothermal water while looking out at the majestic limestone hills was incredibly rejuvenating. It is the perfect way to unwind. • The View: Waking up to the view of the greenery and the misty hills is breathtaking. It feels like a retreat far away from the city, yet it is so accessible. • The Apartment: The unit managed by IWH was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were hotel-quality comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the amenities provided—from high-speed WiFi to the kitchenette—made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. • Location: You are practically right next door to the Sunway Lost World of Tambun. It’s incredibly convenient if you are visiting the theme park. Plus, there are plenty of food options and a grocery store nearby. • The Service: The IWH team was fantastic. Check-in was seamless, the instructions were clear, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this to couples looking for a romantic getaway or families wanting a fun, relaxing trip. I am already planning my next trip back! My personal rating : 11 / 10

Everyone was very friendly and exceptional hospitality by the team. Will definitely recommend to our white people guests as we're also in the tourism industry in Penang. Except for the dining Sidai restaurant service staff, bad attitude and even giving faces when chef kitchen asked them to prepare things missing. My husband is a hotel chef for 10 years so he knows how to operate a 5 star hotel. Didn't keep baby chair clean too, full of dirt (serious not like some dirt). Should be in SOP to wipe everyday, but luckily service crew help me wipe upon asking. Spot another couple brought baby too and they wipe themselves while GM kutuk them then they still watching customer wipe themselves without go in front and said I help to wipe, so hilarious 😆You're charging a lot for this resort, so I expect at least 4 star service. Room cleanliness can be improved, especially bathroom. Dirt marks between tiles can be easily fixed by just putting tile grout then problem fixed. Room photo is different from the one listed on Agoda and Trip.com so there's a expectation vs reality scenario but I am okay with a smaller room, just that maybe others won't be happy.

i came earlier before 2.30pm and told the counter about my room. Mr Solihin, who attended me was very kind to inform that my room only partial seaview and i need to go out to balcony to have a seaview and from my bed i will see the tree and I a bit upset since i like seaview so much..He proactively suggest better seaview room I was so happy and our room just same level with counter, no stairs or lift to take. Mr Solihin are very kind to allow me for early check in since the room was ready. Their staff all are very polite. I love the peaceful environment and the breakfast was so great with so many options. I am very happy for overall experience over there.

Location ideal for walks to the lake gardens & cafes / hawker centres nearby.  Unit floor was dusty. Some water spots & signs of water leak from the bedrooms - mouldy in those areas. Air conditioning in one room was not cold.  All safe boxes were not working. Balcony door could not lock properly. No water boiler in the room. Some parts of the stairs had a lot of bird droppings.
