Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

This hotel is a solid 10 out of 10! The room was excellent, the mattress was comfortable, there was a large TV, and the view from the window was beautiful (and the mountain view from the hotel corridor was simply unparalleled). The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the staff were wonderful. I was especially pleased with the breakfast: a great selection and everything was delicious. I'd happily come back here again.

I stayed here for a business trip. It's a bit far from the city center, but the accommodation and breakfast were very good. I was very satisfied. Haha ...

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a ******. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was clean and quiet, suitable for working or relaxing. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, was clean and odor-free, and the heating was at a comfortable temperature. The distance to the airport was reasonable, the Chinese breakfast was delicious, and I could relax by the pool after work – a great experience.
