The hotel is excellent, the staff is nice, the room is clean with a view of the mountains (I recommend taking them). I got a little confused about the floors of the lobby and parking, but you quickly remember it. It's cool that there is an exit directly to the shopping center. Excellent SPA, it is better to book a day before visiting. Delicious panoramic restaurant IWA on the roof of the hotel. Well done in general.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

The facilities are a bit old, such as the light switch is not working. Overall it is good. The restaurant is good.

The room is clean and hygienic, mountain view room, beautiful scenery, the room price is a little expensive, there is a horse and chicken at your own expense, free swimming pool, swimming trunks are required

The guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier? Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.

It was very hard to find at night. Took the taxi driver 30 mins circling around the block to find the hotel entrance! Takes about 30 mins to walk downtown. However, the receptionist was very helpful. Gave tips on restaurants and where to shop.

не понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован

The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. However, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Breakfast was delicious.
