The hotel is very spacious with nearly all-day lounge to hang out with snacks and drinks as the key signature. The staffs are all service-minded and friendly. The public bath service is also the great facility I have enjoyed as well. The location of hotel requires you to walk moderatedly from the Osaka station, yet the hotel location itself is surrounded by metros, convenient stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Love it!

There are so many facilities (see pictures for details), it was a great stay. The only downside is that the subway is a bit far away, so you have to time your bus. The hotel lobby is huge, and it is equipped with convenient wifi and charging ports that you can't use.

Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

## Hygiene and Service: The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed. ## Location: It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88. There's a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. ## Facilities: There's a public bath (which is also open to the public, so it can get very crowded in the evenings). On the first floor, the lobby offers soda, coffee, and an ice machine for guests to use at any time.

I stayed at Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a beautiful, slightly European Art Deco style and feels elegant from the moment you walk into the lobby. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. Location is excellent – just a short walk to Osaka Business Park and within easy distance of Osaka Castle, so it’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with directions or questions. I also really enjoyed relaxing at the onsen/spa after a long day of walking. Overall, a wonderful stay with great atmosphere, good facilities, and warm Japanese hospitality. I would happily come back here again on my next trip to Osaka. 🌸

My overall stay was exceptionally good, with excellent service, ambiance, room type, and meals. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. Initially, I didn't have high hopes for the Imperial Hotel Osaka because the exterior photos looked a bit dated. However, my perception was completely overturned after checking in. It truly exceeded all expectations! Even if the hotel's facilities weren't brand new, they were incredibly well-maintained, comfortable to use, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, providing a fantastic experience, truly the standard of an established luxury hotel. The front desk staff were gentle and accommodating. One staff member (I believe her name was Kim) was especially attentive, actively helping with luggage every time I went in and out. I stayed in a riverside room on a lower floor. The environment was very comfortable, and the price was not expensive at all (much better than many more expensive design hotels). The bedding in the room was excellent, and I slept wonderfully. The Japanese breakfast offered by the hotel was outstanding in quality, with a well-balanced and palatable selection. The dining experience was just right, without feeling overly full. (American breakfast was also available in another restaurant). The hotel's laundry service is also commendable. Washed clothes were clean and neatly pressed, and they were even carefully organized and tied with ribbons. This level of delicate and thoughtful care is not common even among many high-end hotels. The hotel possesses a restrained and dignified classic charm, with sincerity towards guests evident everywhere. I have high standards for accommodation details, but this hotel still managed to be impeccable. I would prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Osaka and am also willing to try other hotels of the same brand in different cities.

Newly opened hotel so it's clean and facilities are nice. Body towel, face towel, pajamas, room slippers, hair dryer, and plastics are provided. There's a sento, sauna, and a gym. Facilities are separated by gender. Easy checkin and checkout. Hotel is easy to find via Google Maps. JR Hanwa Line and Osaka Metro Midosuji Line are close by so that's easy access to the airport (one transfer but no need to change platforms) and central Osaka. Not a touristy location so it's peaceful, not many shops around, but there are restaurant options nearby. There's also a 7/11 beside the hotel. Would stay again.

I had an incredible stay at Dormy Inn. If you’ve never stayed at a Dormy Inn, you’re missing out on the best perks in Japan. The natural hot spring (onsen) was the perfect way to unwind after walking 20,000 steps around Dotonbori. The highlights: * The Ramen: Free Yonaki Soba (soy-based ramen) every night from 9:30 PM. It’s the perfect late-night snack! The Onsen: Clean, relaxing, and they even provide free ice cream in the evening and probiotic drinks in the morning. * The Room: Compact but very smartly designed. The separate door between the hallway and the bedroom area made it feel much quieter.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently accessible from either Nippombashi or Nagahoribashi subway stations. The best option is Exit 10 at Nippombashi Station, which has an elevator – perfect if you have heavy luggage and want to avoid stairs. Dotonbori is right across the street from the hotel, and Shinsaibashi is also very close, making shopping incredibly convenient. You can even walk to Namba Station, though it's a bit further, where you'll find Takashimaya department store, which is great for browsing. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which is popular with Korean guests, and offers unlimited ice cream and Yakult! The front desk staff are warm and polite, and some even speak Chinese. There's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs, making it super easy to grab snacks. The hotel breakfast is bountiful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and everything—location, transport, price, facilities, and service—was excellent. But this time, it wasn't good. 1. The staff weren't as enthusiastic as before. 2. The front desk guy said they no longer provide bottled water; you have to get it from a dispenser near the elevator. 3. The cleaning staff just tossed my pajamas on top of my suitcase. 4. There were some stains on the duvet cover... I stored my luggage, and I recall being charged for it previously. This time, when I asked how much to pay, the young lady seemed surprised and told me it's free. Mostly, having my pajamas thrown on my suitcase really annoyed me.

XXLbaoWe stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address. The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach. If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there. The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better. On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day. Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

AAnonymous UserWhenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

33001152460I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to book it anyway because of the location, and I'm so glad I did! The rooms are big and clean, and housekeeping is very quick and efficient. The location is fantastic, right opposite Daimaru. Once you get your bearings, you can get to Hankyu via the underground passage really quickly without having to go above ground at all, which is also great for places like LUCUA and GRAND FRONT. A taxi to the Glico Man sign in Shinsaibashi and the Kani Doraku main branch only cost 2400 JPY. The only minor issue was that I booked two rooms and specifically requested no corner rooms, but we ended up with one at each end of the hallway. Luckily, the elevator to the first room requires a turn, so we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. The breakfast isn't super extensive, but it has all the essentials, so overall I'm very satisfied.

XXiaoyuhuiThe location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.

FFeixiaozhaiHow to get there? 1. If you land at Terminal 1, first find the connecting corridor to Terminal 2, or locate the JR station entrance. 2. Facing the JR station entrance, you'll see the hotel sign on your left-hand side! 3. Follow the sign, and you'll spot a Lawson convenience store and an escalator. Take the escalator to the second floor! 4. Once on the second floor, you'll see a pizza restaurant and the hotel's directional sign. Just walk all the way to the end, and you're there! (#) Stay Experience: 1. Cons: The soundproofing is practically non-existent, it's terrible!! People walking outside sound like an earthquake. It's hell for light sleepers. Remember to get an eye mask and earplugs from the front desk! 2. Friendly reminder: I didn't realize the room had air conditioning. The AC switch is right next to the light adjustment buttons. I slept incredibly cold all night and had to use my down jacket as a blanket. 3. Pay attention when the front desk assigns your room. It was my first time staying, and I didn't know, so they gave me one of the very first rooms, which meant a lot of people walked by. Avoid W302 and W303; they are especially noisy and right next to the entrance and luggage room. 4. Pros: Taking a hot shower was incredibly comfortable, and they provide shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, makeup remover, makeup remover wipes, facial cleanser, cotton swabs, comb, toothpaste, and toothbrush (no cups, and no disposable cups!). 5. The bed is very firm, which is great for people with back problems! 6. Towels and sleepwear are provided. The sleepwear is like the kind you'd wear in a large public bathhouse in China. (!): Overall, for 400 a night, if it weren't for a very early transfer, I wouldn't recommend it. It's better to find a nearby hotel. Apart from being quick and convenient, other hotels offer better value for money.

MMingmingshitianshiThe room was good. Although small, it was enough for a family of three. I booked a twin room, but it didn't have a bathtub. The hotel switched me to a room with a tub. The bed was smaller, but still comfortable enough to sleep in. After soaking in the hot spring every day, there were free ice cream sticks to enjoy to your heart's content, and Yakult in the morning. For this alone, it deserves a full 5 stars. The only downside was that the hotel had too many tour groups, all Koreans, and their etiquette was quite poor. In the hot spring area, I saw an elderly Korean woman scrubbing dirt off herself in the pool, and some people spitting... My goodness! 🤦‍♀️
