Hotels With Spa in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

An absolutely wonderful Japanese hotel experience. The lovely lady at the front desk, who spoke Chinese, kindly explained how to use all the hotel facilities. The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron. It was very quiet, and the room was clean too.

My partner said the hotel offered the best breakfast out of our three nights in Japan. It had a great variety of both Western and Asian dishes. I joined the first session of the premium lounge in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the curation of different side dishes to pair with wine, cocktails, sake, and more. It’s a bit unfortunate that access is limited to one hour, but I understand the policy. The public bath was good, though the women’s bath was missing a Finnish sauna. The steam sauna also had a slight smell. The staff were very kind and kept our luggage until the evening before we caught our bus.

When we first arrived, we went through the wrong entrance, and the front desk staff came down to meet us. The location is excellent; you just cross a pedestrian bridge outside and you're at the subway station. The service was fantastic. We were even more pleasantly surprised when we entered the room—it's definitely a very spacious room for Japan. We had no problem opening all three of our suitcases. The room facilities are very comprehensive. Every day, housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly and replenished everything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Osaka.

Quite place. Facing sea for my room view. Auto self check-in, it is easy. The dinosaur machine at counter is scary for my kids. There is a 24hrs supermarket but need to walk an estimated 8mins. Hotel have washing machines cum dryer, ice cube machine, instant noodles and snacks and ice cream machine. I still like to see human service staff around than mostly robot. The room is clean. Onsen is nice (it is total nude) bring room hotel towel with you, don’t lost it else need to compensate ¥2,000. I will still recommend this and return to this hotel when returning back to Osaka. Walking no shelter from train station to hotel. Please bring physical card to pay because Japan don’t often use apply pay or Samsung pay. I use YouTrip card really can change to Yen on the date when highest Yen shows. Nice nice

The room was nice and clean, perfect for long stays for families. My kid loved free Remen, ice cream and lactic acid drinks! I enjoyed hot spring and Sauna. You can also have free laundry and paid dryers (just 100 Japanese yen). The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to Dontonbori and Shinsainashi and metro. We stayed for three nights but loved it so much, then we booked another extra night. Highly recommend for people who come to Osaka first time!

A fairly good place to stay even for several days. Amazing and delicious breakfast (till 2 p.m.! great for time zone-changers), all dishes are totally worth trying. Pretty small but perfectly equipped rooms (we had high floor with a bath), view could be more picturesque but was already nice enough. Restaurant on 2nd floor was OK. Admire the staff, they’re super friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel with a convenient location. The twin room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet area. Guests are asked to place trash and used towels outside their door daily for collection. Every morning, the hotel provides Yakult. In the evenings, after enjoying the hot spring, guests can relax in massage chairs and read manga, along with complimentary ice cream. After 9:30 PM, you can head to the first floor for a bowl of soy sauce ramen and free coffee and cola. I enjoyed the hotel's hot spring daily, and even the showers in the room were clean. As our final hotel in Osaka, the room was adequately spacious; even after all our shopping, there was still plenty of room to open our suitcases. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The Imperial is quite nice. It was the last few days of the Expo back then, so it was super crowded, and the price was a bit higher because of that. The view from the executive lounge was still pretty good. I don't speak Japanese or English, and it took a while to get breakfast delivered to the room. The service was still good though; you could ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you left. They even gave me a welcome gift on my first stay. When I went out, there was a doll on the bed, and when the housekeeper cleaned the room, she propped it up against the headboard for me, which was super cute ☺️. The view outside the room window was also good.

If you need hotel near airport this is it. It’s clean and staff are friendly . Also it’s near train station but far from the city center .. it’s great if you want something near Airprot for layover or rest after long flight then head to the city

This hotel is soooo new and they have an aircon (so we can adjust the temperature easily and switch from heating to cooling easily if we want). The location is the at heart of namba, there are so many things to do around it, easily accessible metro stations and a direct line to KIX. The hotel service was excellent, they helped me receive parcels and cleaned the rooms really well. I would rate the service 10/10. We love their shower head too (so functional and interesting). Highly recommend this place! They don’t have a lot of rooms, so book them before all sold out!
