When we first arrived, we went through the wrong entrance, and the front desk staff came down to meet us. The location is excellent; you just cross a pedestrian bridge outside and you're at the subway station. The service was fantastic. We were even more pleasantly surprised when we entered the room—it's definitely a very spacious room for Japan. We had no problem opening all three of our suitcases. The room facilities are very comprehensive. Every day, housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly and replenished everything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Osaka.

My partner said the hotel offered the best breakfast out of our three nights in Japan. It had a great variety of both Western and Asian dishes. I joined the first session of the premium lounge in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the curation of different side dishes to pair with wine, cocktails, sake, and more. It’s a bit unfortunate that access is limited to one hour, but I understand the policy. The public bath was good, though the women’s bath was missing a Finnish sauna. The steam sauna also had a slight smell. The staff were very kind and kept our luggage until the evening before we caught our bus.

Natural Hot Spring Asagiri-no-Yu Dormy Inn Premium Namba Annex Stay: A Perfect Blend of Convenience and Japanese Hospitality My stay at Dormy Inn Premium Namba Annex was a delightful surprise. Nestled in the bustling Namba district, I discovered a hidden gem offering an immersive natural hot spring experience—a true 'small but certain happiness.' **Location is the biggest highlight:** The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, surrounded by pharmacies, izakayas, and department stores. It's incredibly convenient for returning after an evening of shopping, making it a godsend for travelers looking to explore Osaka extensively. **Hot spring experience exceeded expectations:** 'Asagiri-no-Yu' is the hotel's centerpiece. While not huge, the natural hot spring water felt wonderful, leaving my skin smooth. There are indoor and outdoor baths, with simple greenery adorning the outdoor area. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the evening breeze instantly melted away the day's fatigue. Do note that the public hot springs have separate male and female hours, so remember to check the schedule upon check-in. **Room design is practical and thoughtful:** We chose a Japanese-Western style room. It wasn't exceptionally spacious, but the storage was excellent, allowing us to fully open our luggage without feeling cramped. The yukata (Japanese robes) were of good quality and added to the ambiance for photos. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and toiletries were comprehensive—even the comb had a massage function. These small details showed genuine care. **Service was efficient and warm:** The front desk staff spoke fluent English, and check-in was swift. They proactively informed us about hot spring hours and recommended local eateries. Every day, staff greeted us with smiles when we left and helped with our luggage upon return. Their politeness was just right—not overly enthusiastic, but comfortably warm. **Minor drawbacks:** The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, primarily Japanese set meals, and the taste was decent but not outstanding. If you visit during peak season, you might have a short wait for an available spot in the hot spring. Overall, this hotel perfectly balances 'convenience' and a 'Japanese hot spring experience.' It's especially well-suited for tourists who want to explore Osaka's city center, dine, and still enjoy a hot spring. The value for money is excellent, and I'll very likely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka.

An excellent hotel with a convenient location. The twin room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet area. Guests are asked to place trash and used towels outside their door daily for collection. Every morning, the hotel provides Yakult. In the evenings, after enjoying the hot spring, guests can relax in massage chairs and read manga, along with complimentary ice cream. After 9:30 PM, you can head to the first floor for a bowl of soy sauce ramen and free coffee and cola. I enjoyed the hotel's hot spring daily, and even the showers in the room were clean. As our final hotel in Osaka, the room was adequately spacious; even after all our shopping, there was still plenty of room to open our suitcases. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Dormy Inn is always a top choice for us when we travel to Japan. Practically every time we visit, we first check the location and prices of Dormy Inn hotels. We've stayed at this specific hotel and its chain many times. The hotel offers smoking rooms, microwaves, ice machines, a laundry room, and natural hot springs. On the first floor, there's a beverage bar where you can help yourself to coffee, matcha, and chocolate drinks. Toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs are also readily available. You can pack light when traveling here; the hotel truly takes care of guests' needs very well. The complimentary soy sauce ramen served from 9:30 PM to 11 PM is also quite tasty; they don't skimp on quality just because it's free, it's consistently good. We'll definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on our future trips to Japan.

The Imperial is quite nice. It was the last few days of the Expo back then, so it was super crowded, and the price was a bit higher because of that. The view from the executive lounge was still pretty good. I don't speak Japanese or English, and it took a while to get breakfast delivered to the room. The service was still good though; you could ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you left. They even gave me a welcome gift on my first stay. When I went out, there was a doll on the bed, and when the housekeeper cleaned the room, she propped it up against the headboard for me, which was super cute ☺️. The view outside the room window was also good.

1. The location and value for money are superb! It's just a 5-10 minute walk to Shinsaibashi, Daimaru, and Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient. 2. The airport shuttle bus stop is right next door. 3. While the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate for a family with children, and there's still enough space to open your suitcases comfortably. 4. The 2F onsen (hot spring bath) is spotless and fully equipped. Be sure to remove your shoes before entering, and note that you'll need to bring your own towel. It's pure bliss to relax in the onsen after a day of sightseeing! They also offer complimentary ice cream and a late-night snack.

We used this hotel to go to Universal Studios Japan as a gift for our child's graduation. Access from the nearest station wasn't very good, so it was a bit of a hassle to get around when we were tired, but there was a large public bath so we were able to relieve our fatigue, which was great. The room was clean and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient. The front desk staff were kind and the service was very good. We will use this hotel again. Thank you for giving us fond memories!

Locals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual. There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths: two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C. You dip in and instantly feel alive. One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very Japanese, and surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth trying. There’s also an inexpensive breakfast option, plus vending machines with food and drinks right inside — very convenient. Overall, it’s a men-only vibe: arrive, clean up, relax, reset, and go about your day. The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience. They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt. You get your own locker, bedding and clothes are changed daily, and the bathrooms have literally everything: toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, shampoo… even nail clippers. You don’t need to bring anything. Location is fantastic — right next to Dotonbori. Step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife and energy. Downsides? A strict checkout — you must leave at 10:00 AM, and check-in starts only after 3:00 PM. If you want to stay during that gap, it’s around 300 yen per hour, or ~900 yen for the day. Still — great experience. I always wanted to try a real Japanese capsule stay. Inside the capsule there’s a TV, radio, adjustable lights, and AC — though it blasts pretty strongly, so I turned it off.

Nice rooms I booked one with a view over Osaka. Hotel is 10 mins walk from Dotonburi and very close to Namba station entrance from there about 5 mins walk to subway lines that take you further into town I didn’t include breakfast but paid for one morning it was quite expensive but the food was good quality and the views over Osaka from the 40th floor while you eat are stunning! I asked the maids to clean my room a day ahead of schedule and they were more than willing and also came back as scheduled the next day. While pricey I cannot fault my stay there

YyucongseuExcellent stay! The room was very spacious, and the facilities and service were consistently up to InterContinental standards. The view from the window was great, offering a glimpse of the red Ferris wheel. The location is superb, right next to Osaka Station and Umeda Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, so dining, drinking, and shopping are all very easy. Plus, breakfast is free for children under six, which is a great value.

VVinzy NgGood hotel with spa with mediocre services.  The room was neat, clean and feeling new.  However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings. Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day. Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.  Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time. The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

IIL8Great location in the heart of the city, with metro and train stations right downstairs and plenty of shops and malls around. Very convenient. However, the soundproofing is seriously lacking. The family staying above me had kids who were constantly stomping and jumping from early morning (around 7am) and as late as bed time at night (around 11pm). Even after the hotel reminded them, the parents and did nothing to control the noise. Very inconsiderate and mediocre behaviour. We ended up enduring this for almost a week without asking to change rooms (as it means we need to pack and unpack luggage again!), but it really affected our sleep and overall stay. The hotel needs to improve soundproofing or handle such noise issues more effectively.

AAoniguiguiThe location is truly exceptional. Step right out, and you're practically in Umeda, Osaka's prime shopping area. Major department stores like Daimaru and Lucua 1100 are just a 5-8 minute walk away, offering a vast selection of brands and convenient in-store tax refunds. JR train access is also excellent; Universal Studios is less than 20 minutes away with a super convenient same-platform transfer. The airport limousine bus stop is also just a 3-minute walk, making airport transfers incredibly easy. The hotel was clean, and the service was attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

XXiaoxiaoxiaoxiaolaotouThe hotel's location is convenient, about 1km from the commercial center's Daimaru and Hankyu department stores, and around 600m from the subway station. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are enthusiastic. Breakfast is well-organized with orderly queuing, though the variety of dishes is just average.

MM256301****This hotel has very clear pros and cons. Pros: Excellent location (just a short walk over the bridge to the airport) and extremely comprehensive amenities. Great value for money. There's also a convenience store and restaurant downstairs. Cons: Not soundproof or light-proof, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Cleanliness: Very good and clean. Amenities: Extremely well-equipped with a communal bath, showers, water dispenser, washing machine, and restrooms. It's small but has everything you need, including pajamas, towels, and various toiletries.

GGuest UserLove this quiet and peaceful hotel and the surrounding....will stay again the next trip. We stayed one night before heading to Kansai airport ( 5 mins train ride) My son was so elated to enjoy the onsen due to his scoliosis and his pain was eased. Good breakfast with a fantastic seaview. Be there and see for yourself. About 10mins walk from Rinku town station. Should you intend to leave your baggages at the station, there are 2 options , locker or pay 500 yen per pc at one of the shops providing storage service. You can then freely head off to Premium outlet and back before 8pm (shop closure) to airport. Highly recommend Saba fish at OOTOYA - Rinku premium...pls google exact location.

__cangyueI've always loved the style of W Hotels, and choosing the W Osaka this time was definitely the right decision. **Facilities:** The facilities are comprehensive, truly befitting a five-star hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, and the gym, swimming pool, and other amenities were all fully equipped. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, no complaints there. **Environment:** The 'nightclub' vibe of the environment is fantastic! There are also many great places to eat nearby. I highly recommend the Blue Bottle Coffee downstairs. It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Namba, basically within walking distance. The subway is convenient too, and Daimaru is just across the street diagonally, making shopping very easy. **Service:** Everyone was very enthusiastic, and most staff offered Chinese language service. English communication was also not an issue. I will definitely choose W Hotels in other locations in the future.
