Booked an executive room. It is spacious for the price I paid for. Great value if you want a big room even for 2-3 people. It is nicely located a few steps away from Ongpin St. Nicely located near good popular Chinese restaurants.

I had my best experience at this hotel. We didn’t even realize we had lost money, but when we returned to the hotel, a staff stopped us and asked if we had lost some cash — they had already kept it safe for us. We are truly grateful. Because of you, we have a different impression of Manila. We will come back!Appreciate!

I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible. Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise. Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.

I recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway near south of Manila. It’s near SM MOA, Ikea, Parqal, and other Manila Bay establishments. The room is small and does not have a view, but it is complete. The room has mini fridge, microwave oven, study desk, safety deposit box, hair dryer, bedroom slippers, and two (daily) free bottles of water. The toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, and body soap. We stayed for 3 nights, but the slippers were not changed and we had to request for towels (they quickly provided though). The highlight of our stay is the breakfast. They changed the food everyday, but I recommend that you try the pancakes and the noodle station.

I stayed at Hotel Sogo for 5 nights and 4 days during my convention at SMX. Overall, my stay was comfortable and convenient. The hotel is near SMX, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the convention. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The place felt safe and quiet, which helped me rest after long convention days. The food was okay and affordable. The hotel is also near malls and restaurants, which was very convenient. Overall, Hotel Sogo is a good choice if you are attending an event at SMX and want an affordable and accessible place to stay. I would recommend it for short or work-related stays.

We chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab. During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting. Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options. On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated. It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.

Had a great extended stay here! Everything remained consistent—comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and friendly service. Awesome sunset view from my room. I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy all the facilities this time, so I’ll definitely be coming back to experience them on my next visit. Looking forward to staying here again!

JJane MorallosWe had a great stay in this hotel. the staff are all warm and welcoming! Amenities: we only use the pool and we don’t have anybody with us, it’s all for ourselves so we enjoyed it so much.. Though the pool is just small. breakfast buffet is just OK.. I could wish tbey can have more to offer., but nonetheless the food tastes nice and very Filipino.

JJazzy DGreat location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC. Pros: • Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC • Rooms were clean and comfortable. • Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. Cons: • The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. • Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time. Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.

SShai AlontoI will definitely book here again, in my future visit to BGC. The location is good, very clean rooms with polite staffs and guards. The lobby may feel cramped since there are a lot of guests even in the waiting area for elevator. A hair dryer is also available while press iron (for clothes) is available upon request. Over-all experience is great. I booked same day and still got a good deal and value for money.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
