I extended my stay for one more night and requested to be transferred to another room. This tiime I was quite satisfied with the room. It was clean and I did not feel stuffy like my previous room. It was quieter, though, voices/sounds coming from the outside and other rooms are still audible. Service at in the hotel restaurants still takes long. Foods are pretty good taste wise. Added bonus is free luggage storage while waiting for a late flight and free shuttle pick up and delivery to the airport.

The hotel is not bad overall. However, during check-in we asked about the massage service. The administrator told us to come back in two hours to make a reservation. When we returned, we were informed that there were no available slots and that we had to book online. However, there was no information about online booking for massages on the website. This service was very important to us, as we had a long flight and only an 8-hour stay.

Overall, Go Hotels Ermita is a practical choice if you’re looking for affordability and accessibility, but don’t expect premium comfort or full amenities.

Booked a standard queen room,Room is clean and love the garden view. Basic stuff were provided but no bath robe just towels. We had good sleep because it was quiet and ac temperature was great.We had buffet breakfast,had great variety of Pilipino food to enjoy.

We booked 4 rooms with breakfast for our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 kids) to celebrate the birthdays of 2 seniors and 1 adult last week. I requested complimentary cakes for the celebrants, but unfortunately only one cake was provided. The cake was so delicious, though it was a bit disappointing that only one celebrant received one despite booking multiple rooms. Overall, the hotel was nice - the space was a bit small, but everything was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is delicious too. However, robes and lotion were not provided. Overall, we would rate it 8/10.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free experience—I would definitely consider staying here again.

I feel disappointed the room is just fine but the bed is not confortable to sleep,the cover is like dirty because instead of white it become dirty white also the towels!and with all the hotels ive been checking in this hotel is different and theres no small fridge.diappointed ive been stay here for more than a week.and inside the bathroom there place to put for thier soap and shampoo.i hope the management will pay attention for thier service.

The hotel was very conveniently located near NAIA 3. The breakfast spread was fairly diverse and highly visible and accessibe especially for a hotel this size. Breakfast could never be crowded due to the wide and well lit breakfast area.

It's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you.
