The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

The hotel is very clean and peaceful， The service is also good， rooms are spacious and dont carry bad smell. The only problem i can think of is towels and curtain. which i guess wont be problem for anyone who is not picky like me， there is a little amount of light leaking through curtains which will make you awake if you are sensitive to light. Also the towels are thin which are not to my liking and they are missing small towels. Breakfast downstairs is delicious but there isnt much to select from.morning coffee is the best i have tasted all over indonesia. Over all good hotel and would choose to stay here next time too. The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

Deluxe twin bed room but no window. Already contacted the hotel CS but no response. But overall good!

The accommodations were satisfactory for a three-star hotel. The flooring consisted of a luxurious wool carpet, and the room's décor was tasteful. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Highly recommend this hotel with a large parking area and a swimming pool that makes us want to swim until morning

The furniture littlebit old, but overall clean.. I did special request of King bed room, but end up still did not fully fulfill all my request, end up getting some were Twin Single bed room.

Always enjoying in here for staycation. Whether with a partner, solo trip, it's really suitable here with affordable price.
