Hotels With spa in Suez Governorate, Egypt

Facilities: I like it very much Hygiene: Clean and hygienic Environment: Close to the beach🏝️, watch the sunrise and the moonlit night on the sea Service: Very good, great value for money, I like it very much, the place is not in Heergeda but it is a niche place, the experience is not bad

I recently stayed at Porto Sokhna. On a positive note, the service was good and the staff was helpful. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several issues: Location: The unit was quite far from the beach. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was below expectations and needs serious improvement. Noise: The central AC units were very loud and disturbing, especially at night. Furniture & Maintenance: The furniture condition was poor. The sofa bed was broken and wouldn't open properly, and the wardrobe was loose/falling apart. Overall, while the staff does a good job, the management needs to focus on room maintenance and hygiene before I could consider staying here again.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. My only reservation is regarding the food—it falls short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, leaving us feeling bloated and requiring digestion aids afterward.

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

The hotel amenities were quite good enough to stay inside without going somewhere else. I am really admired by the front desk officers, cleaning, pool and aqua staff who were supportive and friendly ppl. The only neutral comment is that the food was normal and location is not by the sea side.

Very enjoyable, room was so clean and the room view was perfect! Shutter buses from and to the sea was good and the pool was very clean. Overall good experience and would definitely repeat it again.

The newly opened hotel has a golf course, swimming pool, etc. The decoration style is the latest popular. The room is large in size and a separate cloakroom. The breakfast was also delicious, and I actually ate the ripe white balsam fruit for the first time. Front desk service, room service, lobby service are very good, golf club staff dress up.

Every thing is ok I recommend it for good family vacation

It was good stay , I loved the place , We had a good time and the family too .

The environment of the hotel is very good. After arriving at the hotel, I decided to stay one more night and upgraded to a sea view room. The room is big but the equipment is relatively old and simple. Breakfast and dinner are good. The hotel is all locals, very friendly, and there are The activity arrangement is good. On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much! By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. They did not even wear masks deliberately, or even disagreed with our request for virus testing. In this terrible period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it is very valuable. thank you very much! I took a lot of beautiful hotel photos, but I couldn't upload them at first. Let's see if I can upload them again after returning to China. This hotel is highly recommended, breakfast and lunch are not expensive.
