I stayed here to go to Auschwitz! It was just over 10 minutes from the station and within walking distance of the tourist sites, so the location was great! There was a supermarket nearby so it wasn't inconvenient. There was a road in front of the hotel so you could hear the sounds of cars and trams until late at night. There was a water dispenser in the hallway on each floor so I didn't have to buy water!!

The receptionist was in the annex. I'll open the front door with my password to the room. The room was beautiful. There was a water server in the lobby and it was saved. just in the middle of Krakow central station and central square We were able to move within walking distance. I was saved by keeping my luggage after checking out and solid security.

Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!

The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

We booked because of the good reviews, but I cannot agree with the reviews. The location is good, you are not directly in the city now but after a few minutes walk you reach the old town. The room was quite small but well furnished. Had been waiting a little more on the basis of the pictures. Unfortunately, we found hair from our bed at the arrival. In the shower was black fungus and the shower head dropped uninterrupted. I noticed it but, except for an excuse from the lady at the reception, I heard nothing more. I found very sorry.

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves. There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off. The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones. You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town. The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school. The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation.
