The room is not too small, but the equipment is a bit outdated. There is nothing in the minibar either. The service is good and very friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the old city, opposite the train station, very convenient

The hotel is located directly on a park, making it possible to walk right outside the hotel. Also the location provides a quiet environment. Parking is free around the area, if there are congestion, you can still escape to the hotel's own parking (18€ per night).
The staff at the reception was very prevalent and crowned our start and the end of the stay.
We'll be happy to come back when we're in town again.

The location of the hotel is very central. Short paths to the building house museums and the theater. Good and rich breakfast buffet. Free parking near the hotel. We are happy to come back.

Very nice located castle. Just find the reception and other facilities.
Very friendly and helpful staff at both the reception and the restaurant. Rooms were super large and equipped. everything was needed. The heating had to fight with the temperature but 19 degrees of warm were the rooms. A heating air/infrared heating was available to increase the temperature in the bathroom in the short term.
We usually sleep at 18 -19° C therefore no problem. The ordered sect was with 2 glasses on the room as ordered. We had no food pre-ordered in the restaurant, but after consultation there was no problem to get food. The breakfast did not leave any wish open. The spa area is divided into different areas and was perfectly sufficient and beautiful. I can continue to recommend it fully. We will come back in summer.

This is a hotel with a friendly desk and a great location. I think it's a good place to stay in Halle. Even if it's not up to date or modern, it has neat facilities. If you have a heavy carrier, you have to go through the stairs when you walk from the central station, so it looks good to turn around and climb the tram track.

Very nice hotel for relaxing. Very nice wellness area with saunas, whirlpool, indoor and outdoor pool. The rooms are very large and have a comfortable furnishing.
Breakfast is of high quality, very good and offers a large choice. A cooker also offers fresh omelets or mirror eggs in an open kitchen.
Parking is sufficient and free at the hotel.
All in all it is a hotel for the pleasure!

Gute Lage wenn man zum Brocken wandern geht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Ich habe mir den Kopf angeschlagen an der Leiste die über dem Bettkissen, die ist auf ungünstiger Höhe. Es fehlt Personal. Leider sind die Rezeptionsleute immer woanders, das ist schade. Ich habe schon in Hotels gearbeitet und kenne wie geizig die Besitzer/Manager sind. Also, bitte mehr Leute anstellen. Wenn das Hotel dad ganze Jahr Gäste hat, wäre das kein Problem.

The perfect location in central Wernigerode for your stay. An easy walk to the castle, the steam Brockenbahn and the main railway station from here, as well as all the local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and there is a fridge in each room. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Wernigerode.

GGuest UserWe had a beautiful stay in the Regio Hotel Schatzenhaus in Wernegerode. The location was very beautiful. It was very quiet there, in a sackgasse directly at the shock.
That's why we have sleeped very well!
From there you could just walk super. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, even a water cooker with glasses and tea bags were in the room.
The breakfast was really very good. There was not only Continental, but also antipasta, rhetoric, small fricadels, etc more than we had expected.
The staff at the reception or in the breakfast area are very nice and helpful.
We were there 3 days over the holy evening, we're sure to take a short holiday there in spring. I can only recommend this hotel further.

MMatthiasEs war ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage in der Nähe vom Bus- / Zugbahnhof und von hier aus gab es eine super Anbindung in alle Richtungen, die man dank der Hatix Gästekarte komplett kostenlos nutzen konnte. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und auf Wunsch wurde dieses auch täglich gereinigt:). Man konnte Morgens schon ab 7 Uhr zum Frühstück gehen, wo man ein gutes Angebot zum Frühstücken bekommen hat. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub ubd bedanken uns auch beim Regiohotel Team :)
