C.R.TunnAfter spending a night on Sanqingshan, I made my way down the mountain and checked into the resort again. Whilst my room was being cleaned, I opted to wait by the area by the lobby and it was shut. I asked a young female waitress to let me in so I can sit on a comfortable sofa whilst waiting for my room and she let me through when she realised that I was so knackered after coming down from the mountain and there was no where else to sit in the lobby. She fastened the rope behind me so no-one else could get through and left me there to rest.
10, 15 or maybe 20 minutes went by and approached the reception again and this time was given my room key and gestured where to go. I was a little annoyed for not being told that my room was ready.
It was in a different wing of the resort to my previous room. This resort is huge. The room was so spacious and beautiful with a double bed.
I then went downstairs to the area by the lobby to order an early lunch but was told by the young female waitress that it was closed until 12:30. I asked if I could order a 3 course meal from the menu and they can bring it up to my room. They said it was fine and I also managed to speak to the chef to see what was available. I was forewarned that it might take a while to cook. I placed my order anyway and went back to my room. The wait was worth it and all the courses were so delicious.
Despite the feeling of being disorganised, most staff in this resort are really quite helpful.

Guest UserI recently stayed at this hotel in Nanchang, and the location is fantastic – right across from the subway station. The room was well-cleaned and even came with disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes, which was a nice touch. The in-room smart assistant was also super convenient to use. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge or particularly lavish, the Nanchang-style mixed noodles were absolutely delicious and just as good as what you'd find outside. I also appreciated that you need to use your room card to access the elevators, which made me feel very secure. Definitely recommend it; I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip to Nanchang!

Anonymous UserStaying at this hotel means you don't need to make a special trip to visit Tengwang Pavilion, as it's right downstairs. The pavilion-view room offers floor-to-ceiling windows, providing panoramic views of Tengwang Pavilion, the Gan River, and the Ferris wheel.
Although it's a five-star hotel, the facilities are a bit dated. I guess it's because the location is just too good. The lobby layout felt a bit messy, and the occupancy rate is high; we had to wait until 2 PM for our room to be ready, but check-out was strictly 12 PM the next day.
The breakfast had everything you'd expect. I recommend the white sugar cake, mixed noodles, wontons, and ceramic pot soup. The fruit was decent. The only downside was that the restaurant is large, and the food stations are very spread out, so you have to walk quite a distance to get all your food.
However, I have to say, the location is truly excellent. Step out of the hotel and turn left across a small road, and you're at the Dashi Yuan food street. Turn right, and you're at Tengwang Pavilion. Walk straight for about ten minutes, and you'll reach Wanshou Palace. It's super convenient for sightseeing, eating, and shopping.
The hotel provides complimentary bottled water, available in the room and elevator hallways. There are also chilled drinks in the fridge, and food deliveries can even be brought to your room by a robot, which is quite a nice touch. If I get the chance to visit Nanchang again, I would still choose to stay here. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The room was clean and bright. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even prepared a small gift and afternoon tea for our New Year's stay. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's quite convenient to get to tourist attractions by car, taxi, or subway. Next time I'm in Nanchang, I'll definitely stay here again.

This is probably the only ” international ” option in Ruichang.
There was only coke and water as soft drink for breakfast one day.

dyhxPleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking.
Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing.
I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster.
But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here.

TANG*1970We made a last-minute decision to switch hotels (the AC at our previous hotel wasn't working, and my little one was drenched in sweat). Unfortunately, the Shangri-La was fully booked, but we managed to find a family room at the Hilton, so we quickly made a reservation.
Soon after booking, Ms. Diana from the Sheraton called my husband to confirm the reservation and asked if we had any special requests. Honestly, that gesture warmed my heart.
The next day, after checking out, we headed straight to the Sheraton. The front desk staff saw Diana's note in the system and offered a complimentary breakfast for my little one, which was very thoughtful! Ms. Diana also came over to greet us; it felt like meeting a kind relative.
I really liked the decor style of this Sheraton. It's understated yet luxurious, calm yet grand, and you can tell the designer put a lot of thought into it. In the evening, the sunlight streaming into the elevator lobby created a romantic, painterly atmosphere.
Our family room had an excellent view, directly facing Tengwang Pavilion. We enjoyed watching the colors of the pavilion change against the night sky across the river, which was incredibly pleasant. The bathroom design in the room was also very clever; the shower and toilet each had their own enclosed space, providing privacy. The fixtures were all Duravit, a top-tier brand. Both the sink and shower had fast water flow and good pressure, and I was especially pleased that there was no water overflowing onto the floor after showering. Excellent! Oh, and the pure white duvet cover had elegant white patterns that were truly beautiful! The two down pillows had different heights, so there was one suitable for everyone.
The executive lounge at the hotel offered a good variety of food, and the taste was quite good. Breakfast was only available on the first floor, as the lounge wasn't open. There was still a decent selection of breakfast items; the ceramic pot soup was delicious, and the mixed noodles were also good, though the coffee beans were a bit acidic.
Upon checkout, we ran into Ms. Diana again, and she asked about our stay. Honestly, we've stayed at quite a few high-star hotels, but this was the first time we encountered someone as dedicated and genuinely caring about guests as Diana. We must extend our sincere thanks to her 🌹.
Overall, the Sheraton Nanchang is definitely worth my time to write this recommendation!

Guest UserThere were cigarette butts left in the bathroom of the room and they were not cleaned up. The front desk helped to change the room. I asked if there were any equipment for children, and was told that there was no such service, only for adults. To park, you have to drive from the auxiliary road in front of the hotel to an underground parking lot in a residential area. It is difficult to find it without calling to ask. It feels like the city construction and design are full of bugs. Compared to the city, it is relatively close to the Haihunhou Museum, and the museum is still worth a visit.

Guest UserA stunning hotel with large rooms to accommodate a family. Bathtub was a huge hit and the beds were very comfortable take. Breakfast was delish! Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the dinner buffet but I recommend taking them up on that promo if still offered. It looked amazing.
While the location is in the center of so many activities, it is not actually next to anything. We found food options limited compared to other locations. Near the subway but the walk is a little messy due to the major traffic area. But it is on line 2 which gets you to all the big stuff and bus stops we’e easier to reach.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and well-equipped, and everything was clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to and assisting with any requests. I've stayed in countless hotels in many cities, and this one truly impressed me! Downstairs, it's a short walk to Hema Fresh, and just across the road is a hospital. There's ample parking, and electric vehicles can be charged. The subway is only a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach Bayi Square in just fifteen minutes. Plus, there's a gym and a laundry room!
