This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too!
The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there.
Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think.
The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service.

Primus is really one of my favorite hotels. The hotel is located in a very calm place away from all the city noise. The food is tasty and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel 100%

Wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. The breakfast was high quality and tasty. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool water was dirty. The gym was well equipped and the hotel rooms are spacious and clean.

However, when we stayed in a hotel in the middle of winter, the air conditioner was cooling, and then they even asked us to give us a heater. After waiting for a full hour and a half, the front desk helped us change to a room with heating. s room. I can't blame the front desk. It's still not easy for the front desk lady and service aunt. I can only say that the management can't keep up and there are not enough manpower. It’s my first time to come to Nanchang and I have a bad experience. I’m afraid Nanchang will be difficult to prosper.
