From there, it takes three elevator transfers to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a head-scratcher! 😂😂😂 However, the top floor offers great views. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, but I do wish they offered more local specialties.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

I love the rooms. I love the place but the problem is they promise with the heat and air conditioning. The rooms are too hot. They need to keep a little more maintenance. Keep everything running in good condition. But Got a great atmosphere for the rooms. It’s a you that needs to be BETTER maintained .. could be perfect ..!

The hotel facilities are excellent. The overall decor and room interiors are very stylish, blending modern hotel design with a charming Sui and Tang dynasty cultural theme. The restaurant, laundry room, gym, and other facilities are all well-equipped, and even have Chinese-inspired names, which is a nice touch. Service was outstanding. We were proactively upgraded to a better room upon check-in, and every day we received fresh fruit, special desserts, and a 'goodnight' congee. Any requests we had were promptly addressed, and they even provided bathtub liners and other amenities. Takeout deliveries were brought to our room by a robot, which was quite cool. The airport and high-speed rail transfer service was fantastic. We had a comfortable business car to the high-speed rail station, and staff were there to help with luggage when getting in and out. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Luoyang.

First time in Luoyang, I chose Luoyang International Hotel. It's super convenient as Line 2 is right outside, making it easy to get to Yingtiangate. The museum is a bit of a walk, but the Sui-Tang Botanical Garden is directly across from it. For Longmen Grottoes, there's a shuttle directly from the hotel that takes you to White Horse Temple. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and even during peak hours, the queue was orderly. The room was a bit compact; there was a desk but no desk lamp, which made it hard to work. The staff at the Chinese restaurant were very thoughtful; they even explained the origins of each dish as they served it, which was a nice touch! The hotel staff were all very welcoming. They also had a stamp collection activity for a gift. I happily collected all the stamps and received a custom Luoyang International Hotel bottle opener. It was very refined, but not something a child would be interested in. The staff mentioned I could ask the front desk for a peony brooch when checking out. I had a pleasant three-day stay, but when I went to check out, the front desk said they were out of brooches and waiting for a new shipment. It's early April, and they're still restocking? Is this a new hotel? They also offered a choice of a boarding pass souvenir or a mugwort hammer. Honestly, I think the hotel could be more generous with gifts that truly represent Luoyang.

We were on a self-drive trip and found the parking safe and convenient. Even after all these years, the hotel's design still feels top-notch and artistic. We stayed for four nights, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded our room. The bedding was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We also got two complimentary coffees every day. The breakfast area was lovely, and the food quality was excellent. Plus, it's really convenient for shopping nearby. Highly recommend!

The room is no different from the picture, simple and clean, reasonable layout, good bedding, dry and wet separation of the bathroom, smart toilet, clean cleaning, the overall price of the hotel is good, suitable for playing with the family. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were Ji Hotel's custom-made, which gave me peace of mind. The hotel also had a free laundry room—such a thoughtful touch! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!
