JJuさんMy stay at this hotel, to put it simply, was acceptable for a regular five-star hotel, but subpar for a JW Marriott. First, there's only one driveway for vehicles entering the hotel. To exit, drivers have to make a U-turn, and if there are multiple cars dropping off or picking up guests, it easily causes congestion. Second, the hotel lobby is on the 38th floor, and guest rooms are above that. Getting from the ground floor to your room requires taking two separate elevators each time, which isn't very convenient. Finally, regarding room amenities, the entire room, except for the bathroom, had no tissues, making it a hassle every time I needed one. Also, a heads-up: the mini-bar in the room is chargeable, and the price list is just a blank piece of paper on the table. I didn't notice it and consumed some items, though the housekeeper, Maggi, later waived the charges for me, which I appreciate. Overall, this JW Marriott has a significant gap compared to other JW Marriotts in different cities, and the service is just acceptable. Furthermore, booking through Ctrip doesn't offer any extra benefits. If you still want to experience it, you might try booking directly on their official website.
