This was the best hotel we stayed in during our two week trip in China.
The place was very clean and comfortable, the amenities felt top tier, and the service from the staff, especially Fania, was amazing.
Fania added us on Wechat on the first day and it made communication very convenient for us. She accommodated many of our requests and even helped to bring a heater into our room when I mentioned I had caught a cold from the weather.
Im really grateful for the service from the staff and would love to stay here again next time~ 🥰

A big thank you to the duty manager, Peter Pan who assisted in an urgent situation. My grandfather was hospitalised and we need to check out on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay. Without hesitation, he advised us to contact trip about the situation and once we did that, he approved the refund for the remaining duration. Everything was done smoothly within 10mins.
Regardless for the service or the facilities, Conrad deserve to be one of the best hotel in Chongqing.

第一次來重慶跟老公過了個週年紀念日酒店很貼心的為我準備蛋糕，早上起來我點了餐，送到客房裡享用重慶小麪也很好吃，工作人員不論是前台還是賓客服務中心禮賓都有非常貼心和熱情的體驗，這次選擇康萊德是明智的選擇，下次還會來房間的空間很大，衞生非常乾淨！

Only minor issues: Room curtain didn't work so they arranged another room quickly but the second room’s closet lighting was very dark which I hardly see so changed to the 3rd... Room is clean and spaciouus.

這次入住重慶康萊德的高層雲端房型，整體感受很不錯。酒店位置確實方便，離主要景點和商圈都比較近，出行節省了不少時間。
🛏️房間：48層的雲端景觀房視野很開闊，俯瞰城市的感覺很是震撼。房間裝修現代簡約，設施都很新，床品舒適度給滿分，淋浴水壓也很合適。
💁服務：前台辦理效率不錯，工作人員禮貌專業。特別是提福，小 s 和 easy。特意安排了較高的樓層，景觀相當不錯。
作為新開業酒店，部分細節還在完善中，但整體體驗對得起價位。如果來重慶想住得舒服又方便，這家是不錯的選擇。

獨特又有意義的六天五晚旅行體驗，重慶康萊徳酒店，留下了珍貴的記憶，沒去重慶之前，犯了選擇困難症，看了攜程的評論，果斷定了康萊德酒店，6月29日抵達酒店，被前台景觀吸引，由原來的景觀房升級至270度景觀房，真的被美到啦，坐看雲捲雲舒，愜意自在，隨手拍都是大片。房間設施乾淨完善，用品都是前端產品。所有工作人員都非常禮貌，Richard經理、前台、以及客房服務人員都非常體貼周到，讓我和孩子們有客至如歸的感覺。特別是離別送行，鮮花和禮物太意外，女兒的畢業旅行，超級亮閃閃。再次感謝🙏Richard團隊，有愛又可愛的團隊！下次來重慶，必選康菜德，我也會推薦給親友！

簡單對這次入住進行評價。
首先，由於自己的原因行程改期，又訂了不可能取消的訂單，作為酒店來説，完全可以按照訂單直接扣費。可是經過商量，酒店積極協調改期事宜，還送了小熊鴨子和雙早，非常暖心，非常大氣！當然這裏也要表揚攜程，也出了不少力！
其次，酒店較重慶其他酒店來説，比較新，風格也是我很喜歡的那種。酒店床品很舒服，提供了很多種枕頭，這點非常棒！酒店早餐品種也非常多，照顧了各年齡各地域的顧客需求，口味也很不錯！酒店服務人員也特別好，有求必應，響應速度也很快！
最後，酒店位置沒有在核心區，沒那麼鬧騰，不會出現打不到車的情況。下樓走五分鐘就是地鐵3號線工貿站，看演唱會可方便極了！周圍都是居民社區，很多寶藏小館，每天吃飯肚子撐到爆！
總的來説，這次體驗非常好，下次還會繼續入住，尤其這個270°的房間，又大又舒服！

Conrad｜IFS國金中心-入店即享 國金豪禮:到店後並沒有主動提供…我也忘了問。所以就沒有享受到。
特別吐槽的是停車場，指示不明顯，停車位很少。
餐飲方面也還可，房間設施也不錯。
