It was a very good experience. The surrounding environment is beautiful and travel is convenient. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the breakfast is rich. It is a good choice for both business trips and tourism.

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

房間乾淨，很新，比較舒適。服務很好，冬天人不多，滿清靜的。距離海邊很近，200米內，早上晚上海邊散步很合適。海很漂亮！

Hotel maravilhoso, cheiroso, toalhas limpas, cama king muito confortável, chuveiro ótimo, café sensacional, um dos melhores que fiquei em Itajaí!

The location of the hotel is good and clean. The door of the cabinet in the room could not be closed, resulting in the lights being on for several nights. Details need to be improved!

Minha experiência foi decepcionante .....aluguei um quarto onde o anúncio mostrava uma banheira redonda no quarto e foi um quadrado de mármore com um chuveiro..........tem piscina coberta com jacuzzi onde é proibido a entrada de crianças bem desagradável ....... a comida deixa muito a desejar buffet fraco ....carne ao molho madeira temperada com amaciante ....molhos do macarao industrializados .... pouca opção para as crianças.....arroz e macarrão duros........o café da manhã é da tarde bem simples poucas opções.......não tem muito o que fazer poucas atividades e algumas são pagas a parte .......esperava muito mais de um hotel plaza.....

The rooms are clean and spacious. There are relatively few twin rooms with a sunny side. Because it is winter, after communicating with the front desk, they found a way to switch to a room with a sunny side. All large bed rooms can be split into two small beds. The service was very good. Suitable for business trips, if you need to go to a hotel near the seaside for tourism.

Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!

Hello When we came to Florianopolis the first time, the WK Design was still being finsihed. When we decided to come back to Floripa, we decided to see what the WK is about. We have been traveling in Brazil sinse July...I am Platinun at the Sheraton and my husband is diamond with Hilton. So we have lots of choices to stay and decided to try WK. At first arrival, we were greeted by a super enthusiastic team. The concierge Jean was a fantastic host making sure we understood evertything at the hotel and during the stay. Ricardo and Andrea were also very helpful. Javier and the pool crew great staff always on point. The breakfast was fantastic - just the fact that you have salmon lox, made my day and the staff could not be better. Our last night it was raining quite hard so we stay at the hotel and we had dinner at the restaurante. The food was excellent and service was perfect. I rarely eat dinner at the hotel but this time it paid off. Barbara it was great as well The bartender Crystian is one of the best. He is the master of cocktails and great at conversation with everyone at the bar. After all of this greatness, the only bad experience was that I planned to buy a fish from the market to take back to Curitiba with me. I asked if i could keep it in the fridge overnight and we told flat out no. They made an excuse that it was against the law. I know from a fact that it is not as long as everything is properly packaged and labeled. Overall, thank you for a great stay and for setting the standard of what a hotel should be.
