Seaview room, but the sea view was largely obstructed by trees. Still, overall it was pretty good! The breakfast was quite rich with many options. It's considered a relatively high-end hotel in the area!

Everything was almost good, the elevator from the underground car park to the hotel didn't work and there were no signs to reception, we had to drag all our stuff up the stairs ourselves and when we spoke to the reception staff we were simply ignored!

The hotel is a bit biased from the city and the view is OK. However, it will be emphasized by the number of people. The price of Ctrip is only the price of one person, even if it is enough for three people. The price of three people is much more expensive. The casino is also very small, won a few times at 21 o'clock and was stared, clearly shuffling your cards, speechless... Summer may be better. But the price is not high...

For the price I paid, I didn't expect anything, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, I really want to thank my housekeeper for doing such a good job every day-she made me feel special! The breakfast in the morning was also great, and the swimming pool and parking lot were great. I really appreciate all the staff and Pella Hotel for making my trip so easy. We recommend the hotel with all our hearts. Firstly, the cleanliness is above all praise, and secondly, the staff are all very friendly, we, not knowing the Bulgarian language, did not feel any discomfort, everyone helped at the first request. Thirdly, the breakfasts are sooooo delicious. And the main feature is that a visit to the Aqua House is included in the price of your stay. We enjoyed our time there.
