Service: Fortunately, there are freshly made knife-cut noodles, steamed buns, steamed bread, porridge, etc. for breakfast, which satisfies the Chinese stomach. All the chefs are Chinese, and the Chinese food ordered for dinner is also good. The portion is also good. However, the hotel facilities are old and dirty, and the room smells of old cigarettes. I had stayed at this hostal a few years and thought it was cheap and cheery then but I found it run down this time around, The rooms were not clean, there was no hot water, the rooms are not light or soundproof.

Facilities: Everything seemed new. Toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were provided, but there was no hairdryer. The kettle was broken, but after calling the front desk, they promptly replaced it with a working one. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Complimentary bottled water was available. However, they occasionally forgot to restock the water after cleaning. Environment: There are Chinese restaurants and a Chinese supermarket nearby. Service: The service was decent, neither outstanding nor poor.

Very good hotel, located fairly centrally in lusaka about 20 minutes from the airport. It's safe, the staff are exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great and the restaurant/bar was also fantastic. There's a pool downstairs in the bar area which is perfect for lounging around and enjoying the Zambian skies. Would definitely stay again!

Но на то она и Африка.

Stayed for a week. It is close to East park mall, so there are many good restaurants around. It is a great hotel with a unique container structure. There is a little bit of vibration between floors due to the structural characteristics, but it is not enough to be bothersome.

The room was a bit small but surprisingly comfortable. Just a heads-up: remember to bring your own toiletries. The hotel also has water dispensers in the hallways, so you can easily refill your bottles. A major highlight was the hotel breakfast – it was absolutely delicious and offered a fantastic variety.
