The hotel staff were enthusiastic and proactive, the room was clean, and the location was convenient for sightseeing with easy access to transport. Although the room window was sealed, the hotel's fresh air system prevented any stuffiness. The only downsides were a bit of noise in the room at night, the air vent blowing a bit too strong, and the lack of a night light. Overall, I found this international hotel to be excellent.

The YOHO Treasure Island Hotel Macau, which opened in 2023, is a brand-new luxury resort located in the heart of the Macau Peninsula, offering unparalleled scenic views. Its biggest draw is its proximity to Grand Lisboa and Wynn Macau, and its neighbor, the Macau Science Center. Most rooms boast picturesque views of Nam Van Lake and Penha Hill, providing guests with a panoramic vista that encompasses both Macau's historic center and its vibrant modern cityscape. Design-wise, the hotel cleverly blends the adventurous spirit of Treasure Island with Macau's unique Sino-Portuguese cultural heritage. The interiors are exquisitely decorated, creating a luxurious and mysterious atmosphere. Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with high-end amenities and smart control systems, ensuring a premium stay. The dining options are equally impressive, featuring a delightful mix of international cuisine and authentic local dishes. However, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities may still be undergoing enhancements. Additionally, given its prime location in a bustling area, traffic around the hotel might be a bit congested during peak hours. Nevertheless, the YOHO Treasure Island Hotel Macau, with its exceptional location, state-of-the-art facilities, and refined service, is undoubtedly an ideal choice for travelers seeking a high-quality Macau experience, especially couples and business professionals.

When I checked in, the room wasn't ready, and by the time I came back at night, they said there were no rooms available! Luckily, the hotel upgraded us to the presidential suite for free?! What a pleasant surprise! **Environment:** The hotel is quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, surrounded by old buildings, overlooking Zhuhai across the sea. The overall architecture has a sense of history. **Service:** The staff's attitude was excellent. We were queuing for them to call a taxi for us, but no cabs were coming. They asked about our next plans and then directly ran to the roadside to hail a car for us. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was definitely up to par. **Facilities:** The room was super spacious, with every functional area imaginable: a living room, dining room, kitchen, home theater, sauna, massage bed, and a huge bathtub – absolutely amazing!

It's really quiet here, but the facilities are decent, and the staff are super friendly and always smiling. Luggage storage was convenient too. Fisherman's Wharf is right next to the hotel, and Sands is just across from Fisherman's Wharf, which makes getting around pretty easy. You can go out and explore, then come back for a peaceful night's sleep. I'm usually quite picky about beds, but I slept wonderfully here.

I really loved the blinds! The location is fantastic! My stay in Macau was amazing this time. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The amenities were complete, and the toiletries were high-quality, showing great attention to detail. The front desk and room service were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with a wonderful ambiance, and it offered great value for money. Staying here for a trip to Macau felt very reassuring, a perfect experience, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Make sure to book early!

The hotel environment is fantastic! The sea is right behind it, offering a beautiful view and fresh air. The room is very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff are absolutely wonderful, super friendly, and patiently answered all our questions about local tourist attractions. It's right next to Fishermen's Wharf and a bus stop, and across the street from Sands [****** Name, if applicable, otherwise omit or generalize], where you can catch a free shuttle bus to downtown attractions and [destination, if specified, otherwise generalize to 'other places']!

Away from the hustle bustle of the Main Street yet close enough to every foodie point in Macao. It’s very cozy, the staff is extremely friendly. Shout out to Selene for arranging the lovely decorations in the room for my birthday celebration. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Overall, my stay at the Pousada de Sao Tiago in Macau was quite good. The hotel's setting is very unique, built into a hillside with a rich historical atmosphere. The terrace offers great views of the river and city skyline, providing a quiet and relaxing, resort-like feel. Both the architecture and the courtyard have a strong Portuguese influence, making for excellent photo opportunities. On the first night, we did encounter an unexpected issue: a leaking ceiling in our room caused a power outage. However, the front desk and maintenance team responded incredibly quickly. Staff arrived promptly to address the problem, maintaining a professional and patient demeanor throughout. Although it was late and we were quite tired, the entire resolution process was handled smoothly and efficiently. The next morning, the hotel manager personally apologized and arranged for us to change rooms, also offering a complimentary afternoon tea set as compensation. This demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Our subsequent stay proceeded without any further issues. Overall, despite the unforeseen incident, the hotel team's service attitude and problem-solving efficiency were commendable. The staff were all very competent. If you appreciate quiet, historic, and less-mainstream hotels, this place is definitely worth considering.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! From the ambiance to the service, cleanliness, and facilities, everything was incredibly satisfying. My check-in was a bit late, but the front desk offered luggage storage, so it wasn't an issue at all. The soundproofing in the rooms was decent; I barely heard any noise. I appreciate the option for non-smoking rooms, which means no lingering smoke smell from previous guests. That's a huge plus. The hygiene was impeccable. No dust on the floors or tables, and I could walk barefoot after a shower without getting my feet dirty. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done. What truly impressed me was the ceiling-mounted shower! You don't have to worry about some strange person messing with the showerhead or making it unsanitary because there's no handheld showerhead to worry about. It's brilliant. The room amenities were comprehensive. The minibar could chill drinks or food, and the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were all individually packaged. Again, no worries about someone tampering with them. You don't even need to bring pajamas as bathrobes are provided. The room even came with an umbrella, which made me feel incredibly at ease and relaxed. The sea view room offered a fantastic view, right across from Hengqin (Important tip: make sure your phone's mobile data, especially if you have roaming or a Macau data package, doesn't accidentally connect to Hengqin, or you might incur charges. If it does, contact your provider for a refund). There's also an outdoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor, 1.2m deep, free for guests, open from 8 AM to 9 PM. The hotel also has a gym available for use. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus with several routes. For the Gongbei Port route, you can board at the Qingmao Port. If you can't find it, you can take the Galaxy * * shuttle bus, then walk 5 minutes to Pai Kok to catch the light rail, get off at Ocean Station, and walk about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. You can then wait at the hotel entrance for the hotel's shuttle bus to Venetian, Taipa Village, and Gongbei Port. It's incredibly convenient. I've definitely saved this hotel. From now on, whenever I need an overnight stay in Macau, this will be my top choice. A definite must-try, go for it!

We booked a family room and a triple room. We told the front desk that we wanted to check in at 3 PM, but they hadn't given us the room cards by then. We got one room first, and the triple room across the hall was still being cleaned. We wanted to be next to each other, but the front desk staff had a really bad attitude and told us it didn't matter where we slept since we weren't sleeping together anyway. We found out that a former leader had stayed here before. That's why our family room was upgraded to a 'sea view' room, but the view outside was just mediocre.
