Arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us check in early and even upgrading us to a business room. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient, with distinct areas for the bathroom, sleeping, and a small living space. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The hotel's location is super convenient for transport. It's right next to the Sands Hotel, and just a short walk to catch a bus from Sands directly to The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. Lotus Square is right next to the hotel, and behind it is Macau Polytechnic University. If you want to visit the Ruins of St. Paul's, it's about a twenty-minute walk. Fisherman's Wharf is directly opposite the hotel, and there's a bus stop right on the side of the hotel, making getting around incredibly easy. For this price, given the location and the hotel's quality, I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Macau. It boasts unparalleled high-altitude views. The room was spacious and newly renovated, making for a very comfortable stay. The ocean view from the window was stunning and expansive. The cleanliness was exceptional, spotless everywhere. The bedding was new and very clean, and the large bathtub made for a very relaxing soak. The shower water pressure was also good. The internet speed was super fast, perfect for working. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always smiling. Check-in was fast and professional, making me feel right at home. Although this was my first time staying here, the service and beautiful scenery left a deep impression on me. The wonderful experience here was unforgettable and definitely highly recommended.

Throughout my stay, I felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed. From the moment I arrived, there was a natural, easygoing atmosphere that quickly put me at ease and helped me settle in. The location is also ideal – basically everything is within walking distance, and the old town is right nearby, making it super convenient to pop out and explore whenever I wanted. What's more, the guesthouse's cleanliness was truly impressive: it was exceptionally clean and well-organized, with attention to detail evident everywhere. This made me feel particularly secure and comfortable during my stay. Overall, there's absolutely nothing to fault; everything was just perfect. I would gladly recommend this place to others.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We had a small issue at check-in, but they upgraded our room that evening, and it was spacious and beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. It's directly opposite Marina Bay Sands, so you can easily hop on a bus from there. There are also bus stops right nearby.

Stayed at the Riviera Hotel in Macau and overall really enjoyed it. The location is great if you want to explore the old part of the city. One of the best things was the view from the room — absolutely amazing, прямо looking at the Macau Tower. Definitely a “wow” view, especially at night. Breakfasts were good and had enough variety. The hotel is also about a 15-minute walk from the metro/light rail station, and they provide a free shuttle to Border Gate, which was very convenient. A few downsides though: The nearest grocery/convenience store is about a 10–15 minute walk away, which can be annoying when you just need something quickly. Taxis around the hotel were also not always easy to find. And not all staff members speak English well, so sometimes communication was a bit difficult. Still, for the location, views, and overall atmosphere, it was a very good stay.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with a bathtub and a small fridge. Soaking in the tub after walking 20,000 steps a day was incredibly relaxing, and you could even watch TV (though the TV programs seemed to repeat; I watched the same news two days in a row). It was a sea-view room, directly facing the Macau Tower, perfect for photos. There's also an infinity pool on the 2nd floor, open at 8 AM. It's great for swimming, taking pictures, and checking in. Just remember to bring your room key card for registration. There are changing rooms and showers, and they provide slippers. The lighting in the morning is fantastic for photos. Environment: The hotel is located inside a mall. There's a slope to get in, but you can avoid it by taking another route: from MGM, there's an underpass that leads directly to the hotel lobby (L floor). If you enter from the slope side, you'll be on the G floor, and you'll need to go down one escalator to check in. The location is close to MGM and Wynn, so you can easily use MGM's shuttle bus. I never needed to use the hotel's shuttle. Service: The front desk staff was very thorough and attentive. A MOP 1000 deposit is required. I had seen on Xiaohongshu (a social media platform) that some people had deductions from their deposit, so I asked the front desk what was chargeable. The deposit refund was quite fast; I checked out at 11 AM and had already received it by the time I wrote this review. The hotel also provides a set of discount coupons. I think they'd be quite a good deal for family trips (or at least for two people), but I was traveling solo so I didn't use them. Both the G-floor exit (next to Pop Mart, where food deliveries are also picked up) and the L-floor exit have staff guiding guests and helping to call taxis. However, I didn't think it was necessary, haha. I took the elevator directly to B2, followed the signs, and asked for directions to MGM (thanks to Xiaohongshu tips) to catch MGM's shuttle bus to the airport. It cost 0 MOP, and the bus ride was about 20 minutes, with two stops at border crossings – very convenient.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel has nice Portuguese style architecture and a really relaxing atmosphere in the entrance hall. There is a nice view. I previously enjoyed my stay enough, in particular due to the exquisite bathtub, to return a second time. Little did I know that only one room has that beautiful bath tub and I was just extremely lucky on my first stay. My room this time was fine, but it just wasn’t as nice as my first stay. There was mold in the bathtub in a few places showing that the cleanliness is just standard, but not up to par for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Macau is hot so it’seasy to have mold. Thorough cleaning is really important. In addition, because it is an older building, there are some little spiders and other little bugs in the rooms sometimes. Not any scary bugs, but still just a point. The hotel location is in a quiet area and near a bus stop. However, there are no convenience stores in the surrounding area (closest is a 15 minute walk) and the hotel does not provide many options to make up for this. The first time I stayed here I arrived at 9 pm and wasn’t even able to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. It seemed like a joke. In addition to that, there are not many restaurants open later thanthat in the area as well. So, I don’t recommend booking this hotel if you will need to eat later on in the evening. The staff is generally helpful but were never able to solve any problems I had completely. Personally, I think it is worth coming to the location to check out the architecture and design. There is a restaurant so you could come to eat a meal and enjoy those nice perks without staying in the hotel. I think I would come to the restaurant in the future, but I will most likely not return for another stay.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape the big city. The hygiene standard was excellent – everything felt very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered so many options, something for every taste. The swimming pool was a highlight: nice and deep, great for a proper swim. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, making it the perfect choice if you truly want to unwind. Highly recommended!

The location is super convenient, with a bus stop downstairs that even has direct routes to the border crossing. Getting around to attractions is easy too, as all bus rides are only 6澳币. I'd recommend visiting the Ruins of St. Paul's early in the morning; it's just a 10-minute walk from here.

This is a great hotel located directly across the road from Macau airport departures. Transport to visit all parts of Macau is plentiful with bus AP1 and 51 or 51x some good options for getting to the historic centre. Rooms are as you would expect for the price and if you like a fantastic view of the airport try to get higher floors and even numbers...our was 712!. One thing to note is there was a musty smell in parts of the hotel but for a couple of nights it shouldn't be a problem.
