This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was small, but the location is fantastic, and the price is excellent. There are clear signs directing you from the JR station, and the Hakodate Morning Market is right across the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to JR station and within walking distance. It's right by the sea, with a seafood market just below, which makes breakfast convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and offer beautiful sea views from the windows. The front desk service is great. My favorite part was the public indoor and outdoor onsen on the upper floor of the hotel, where you can soak while enjoying the sea view. Even the lounge area offers sea views – it's fantastic! Highly recommend this place! 👍

Between the JR Nikko Hotel and this one, the room size was the deciding factor in the end 🤭. We chose the South Tower, which is also relatively new, and the room was incredibly spacious – enough to open a large suitcase. It was also very clean. They have self-service laundry and a bathtub. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A taxi ride costs around 1000 JPY, so it's convenient to grab one if you're tired. The New Chitose Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. For the return trip to the airport, the bus stop is just across the street at the Crown Plaza. Taking the airport bus is much more comfortable than dragging suitcases through the snow.

Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

I booked this hotel for a ski trip. There's a shuttle bus right outside that goes to Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort. The room itself was pretty standard and on the small side. Breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately, the taste was just so-so, nothing particularly delicious. The service was decent. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from Sapporo Station, which is reasonably convenient. I wouldn't recommend staying here if the price is inflated.

Great location! Right downstairs are bus stops and the JR station, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel is quite new, and there's a drugstore right next door. The environment is nice, and the service is excellent. Plus, there's free coffee and hot water in the lobby, which is a nice touch.

This hotel is absolutely top-notch! We stayed before the prices went crazy. Furano had a huge snowfall that day, and the next morning's snow scenery was breathtaking. All the common areas are fantastic, and the onsen is incredible – three private baths and a massive public one. As for breakfast, all the Dormy Inn branches I've stayed at in Hokkaido so far have been excellent.

Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan . We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby . The hotel is right next to the bus stop and Jigokudani (Hell Valley), which is a free attraction. It's a large hotel with good service all around. Breakfast was also quite good, with decent quality. They have a big bathhouse that's an all-in-one spot for dining, entertainment, and bathing. There's one outdoor hot spring, but the rest are indoors. The various pools feel a bit like a large public bathhouse. If you're looking for a romantic, Instagrammable spot, this might not be it. However, if your sole purpose is to enjoy the hot springs, then it's perfectly fine. There aren't many food options in the nearby commercial street, so it's better to just eat at the hotel!

I had really high expectations for the Noji-Kaze Hotel, especially considering the price tag of 4-5000 a night, with a 50 sqm suite going for over 6500. Plus, Ctrip listed it as one of Asia's top 100 onsen hotels, so I booked it without a second thought. The hotel's public areas are indeed nice; the lobby is spacious, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a great variety of vegetables. The staff are generally competent, and basic English communication was possible. However, stepping into the room was a huge disappointment. The bedding and furniture must be at least 20 years old. Not only are they dated, but they're also poorly maintained, comparable to what you'd find in a 400-500 RMB hotel in China. What's even more outrageous for an ”Asia's Top 100 Onsen Hotel” is that the bath on the 9th floor is only a few dozen square meters. The visibility was less than two meters due to dim lighting and heavy steam. Two-thirds of the area was completely obscured. I could only find a corner with slightly better lighting and soaked for 20 minutes before leaving. It's hard to imagine how dangerous it would be for elderly people or children to bathe there. The room I stayed in on the second day was a 50 sqm suite. The furnishings were still old, and the layout felt impractical, a relic of an older era. The private bath for the second day's suite was on the second floor, also a mere 20 square meters. This is a far cry from what I'd expect from an ”Asia's Top 100 Onsen Hotel.” It's also perplexing that such an expensive hotel doesn't even have a gym. And despite mentions of airport shuttle service, I didn't see any available. Overall, this hotel is not good value for money. Proceed with caution. I also hope Ctrip's platform conducts more in-depth investigations.
