Romantic Hotels in Hokkaido, Japan

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was small, but the location is fantastic, and the price is excellent. There are clear signs directing you from the JR station, and the Hakodate Morning Market is right across the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to JR station and within walking distance. It's right by the sea, with a seafood market just below, which makes breakfast convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and offer beautiful sea views from the windows. The front desk service is great. My favorite part was the public indoor and outdoor onsen on the upper floor of the hotel, where you can soak while enjoying the sea view. Even the lounge area offers sea views – it's fantastic! Highly recommend this place! 👍

Between the JR Nikko Hotel and this one, the room size was the deciding factor in the end 🤭. We chose the South Tower, which is also relatively new, and the room was incredibly spacious – enough to open a large suitcase. It was also very clean. They have self-service laundry and a bathtub. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A taxi ride costs around 1000 JPY, so it's convenient to grab one if you're tired. The New Chitose Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. For the return trip to the airport, the bus stop is just across the street at the Crown Plaza. Taking the airport bus is much more comfortable than dragging suitcases through the snow.

Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

Less than a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station. From the South Exit, turn right and walk straight, and you'll spot it. The space is comfortable, and for breakfast, you can choose between a buffet or a set meal on the day. Check-in is at 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can store your luggage, and they'll have it placed in your room by the time you return in the evening – very thoughtful service. Some rooms have a view of the trains, but it's not noisy at all.

Great location! Right downstairs are bus stops and the JR station, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel is quite new, and there's a drugstore right next door. The environment is nice, and the service is excellent. Plus, there's free coffee and hot water in the lobby, which is a nice touch.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff provided excellent advice, there was a specific parking lot for the hotel, the late-night noodles were delicious

Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan . We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby . I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a great experience. There's a bus from New Chitose Airport to Noboribetsu for 2400 yen, but you need to book it in advance. It departs from bus stop #86 on the 1st floor. For a hot spring experience, Dai-ichi Takimotokan is an excellent choice. They have many onsen pools, and they are incredibly clean. I recommend booking the breakfast and dinner package. While there are some restaurants in town, some are only open for lunch. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are quite good.

The environment, cleanliness, and service at this onsen hotel are top-notch; my overall experience was excellent. This time, I even enjoyed the outdoor onsen on the rooftop, which felt like a private bath since there were so few people, haha. The only minor drawback, perhaps, is that the hotel doesn't provide shower caps? After bathing, women usually want to keep their hair from touching the hot spring water as much as possible. Maybe the hotel could consider providing them in the rooms!
