The hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained. From the rooftop, there is a stunning view of the bridge, especially in the evening. The location is excellent – although it is practically in the city center, the area is very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The staff are extremely friendly and always available to help. I would especially like to praise Xiao Luo for the great service. Upon departure, we also received a small thoughtful gift from the hotel, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for 5 nights and the absolute best part was the location. It is incredibly convenient. Just a short walk to IFS, Tianfu Square, Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Station. I literally walked everywhere! Plus, having several spas nearby was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. However, there were a few issues with the room and service: Soundproofing: The walls are quite thin. I could clearly hear people walking in the hallway and doors opening/closing, which was a bit disruptive. Housekeeping: I was disappointed that they never changed the bedsheets during my entire 5-night stay. On one occasion, they didn't replace the face towel; they just re-hung the used one to make it look new. Security/Privacy: I was surprised to find a ******************************* slipped under my door one morning, which felt a bit unprofessional for a hotel.

Our family booked a two-night twin-bed package for our trip. After pushing the beds together, we had a spacious, super-large bed. The room was clean and tidy (I forgot to take pictures of the room, unfortunately!). Breakfast was plentiful, and the 'Bo Bo Chicken' was delicious. We also received two complimentary afternoon teas and a voucher for a traditional lacquer fan experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and a laundry room. The gym had everything we needed, and the laundry facilities were also more than sufficient – no more worrying about smelling after a sweaty workout! It would have been even better if there was a bathtub in the room.

3 bedroom with 2 bathroom, the en-suite bathroom is linked to the washing machine room outside. The apartment is decent sized Staff were friendly and responded quickly. Staff asked if we need cleaning every day. There’s a stench in the bedroom with the en-suite bathroom throughout the stay. There is a heated swimming pool and gym in the building, have to request for the one time use card from the staff. However the swimming pool was packed throughout the 4 nights stay thus wasn’t able to use it Can order taobao parcel delivery to the hotel and input the locker location which is at b1 of the building, very convenient

They took excellent care of my companion when she suffered from altitude sickness. The restaurant food was fresh and healthy – highly recommend! Customer service via WeChat was prompt and always helpful.

The room itself was stunning and clearly well cared for. The service truly stood out — every member of staff was so friendly, welcoming, and kind, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. On top of that, the location was superb, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing room. We got really excited upon seeing our room. So so pretty and everything is so clean and neat. Staff were all so nice and accomodating. Really appreciate they let us check out late. I already recommend this hotel to fellow friends

I was very happy with the room, and I'll definitely be back next time. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend! It's very close to Kuanzhai Alley, and I'll definitely stay here again. The breakfast was especially delicious, and there are even handicraft activities, which I also highly recommend. The search feature was great, and the timing was good too. I'll definitely be back. The staff were also very good, and the hotel's location is excellent.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's clean and tidy, with a lovely and comfortable environment. The room facilities are new and fully functional, and the bathroom is spotless with a complete set of toiletries. It's perfect for business trips or tourism and offers great value for money.
