Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

First off, the location is unbeatable – right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, which is super lively. Secondly, I booked a standard room with a small window this time, but the front desk upgraded me for free to a larger room. It not only had a bathtub but also a huge floor-to-ceiling window. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room itself had a really great design, not just a typical hotel style. Perfect for a trip!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. My stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi was absolutely perfect! It's right in the heart of the city center, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Shopping at IFS and Taikoo Li is just a short walk away. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. The minibar drinks were complimentary, and the toiletries were high quality. The breakfast on the top floor offered expansive views and a fresh, diverse selection of dishes, especially the authentic Dandan noodles. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive; check-in was quick, and they were very responsive to any requests. The amenities like the gym and self-service laundry were really useful. The overall decor is elegant and tasteful, and the hygiene standards were very high, making for an extremely comfortable trip. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu.

We enjoyed the position, right next to people park and very convenient t for metro. The room we booked has a beautiful terrace with plants. Very nice spaces inside, including a small study area. Service has always been readily available and room was really clean!

Fantastic stay – Spacious, comfy, and incredible service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at SEYA Serviced Apartment - Chengdu Taikoo Li Flagship. The location is absolutely excellent, right near Taikoo Li, and the apartment itself is very comfortable with plenty of space – much larger than a typical hotel room. One thing to note: the only bathroom is located on the loft level and has a very open layout, so it might not be ideal for older guests or those who prefer more privacy. However, for families or friends traveling together, it’s actually quite fun and adds to the unique vibe. What really sets this place apart is the service. The team is 1000% helpful and friendly, no matter the time – I even reached out at 3am and got immediate assistance. A special shoutout to our room butler, 土豆 (Potato), who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She’s truly amazing. SEYA is now my go-to accommodation in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located on the 37th floor of a building in front of Tianfu square. Attached to the building is a mall with drinks and snacks etc. The staff were very attentive and supportive at all hours of the day and helped decorate the room for my wifes birthday. They helped with my local shopping requests by helping me navigate local apps. The room was spacious and clean and everything felt modern. Worth the price and we would use them again if we returned.
