Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, this is the 3rd room type I booked. I loved the smart toilet. Room is really spacious and clean. I could open up my large and medium luggages in the room through my stay, and still have space to walk about. There is a foot bath in the room, but we did not have time to enjoy at all. Bath is hot enough for the cold weather, and water pressure is strong. The pillows were firm, and comfortable. The only thing we did not like was the steps in the room. But they did have warning signs about them. The front desk lady -Xiao Pan is very helpful and friendly. We can communicate with her on wechat constantly, and she would give updates.

Excellent location, right next to Taikoo Li. You can walk to Taikoo Li and IFS, and in the evening, stroll to Wangping Street for some lively nightlife and late-night snacks. It's located on the top floor of the iconic Langyu building, and each room has its own unique style. The entire room was very clean; I just didn't get a chance to use the giant bathtub. The butler service was a really nice touch.

Service: Excellent, the hotel provides a dedicated shuttle. Facilities: Very new, the underfloor heating works great, and the charging sockets are stable! Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Directly facing Mount Siguniang, the view is great, and there are no strangers to disturb the scenery.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

I'll like to mention that the hotel is very clean. Came during the winter and the heater was working perfectly. Location wise it is about 800 to the nearest train station but you can consider just taking a cab(didi) or bicycle. There is even a cute cat outside the hotel (does not belong to the hotel). Reception responded quickly via wechat. Had a really good sleep in the hotel. Recommend.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel room was much more spacious than I expected; I could open two large suitcases completely without feeling cramped at all. The layout was very well-designed and efficient, with no wasted corners, making the space very comfortable to move around and place my belongings. The thoughtful details also added a lot to the experience. Complimentary bottled water was provided in the room daily, and there was also plenty of self-serve water available in the elevator lobbies, so I didn't need to buy any extra. This was really considerate, especially when coming back after a long day and needing a drink. The whole place was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a restful sleep. If I come back to this area, I will definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to my friends! 👍

Stayed for a few days and had a great experience. The scenery is beautiful, and the butler service was excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable, down to the smallest details – they even tidied up my charging cable that was left outside. Came with my girlfriend and we had a wonderful time.

I had a very pleasant stay at ISEYA Chengdu. The staff were spectacular - polite, helpful, and very responsive! They helped collect parcels that were delivered to the hotel and even brought my food delivery directly to my room, which I appreciated. The room itself was spacious. I liked that the bathroom & toilet were separated into their own spaces. The hotel slippers were of good quality, hairdryer works well. A couple of things to note: the interior design leans heavily toward black tones, which made the room feel a dim for my preference. The hotel is located inside an office building, so the entrance may not immediately be obvious. Even so, the service and overall experience were good, and I was satisfied with my stay. 我的入住体验非常愉快。酒店员工一直都很礼貌、乐于助人，而且反应非常迅速！他们帮我代收寄到酒店的包裹，甚至把我点的外卖送到房间里，我真的很感激。 房间本身非常宽敞。我也很喜欢浴室和厕所是分开的设计。酒店提供的拖鞋质量不错，吹风机也很好用。 有几点可以注意：房间的整体设计以黑色为主，对我来说有点偏暗。另外，酒店位于办公楼内部，入口不是特别显眼。 总体来说，服务和住宿体验都非常好，我对这次入住非常满意。

The front desk staff were all smiles, not only quickly checking me in but also thoughtfully providing information on the gym and laundry room hours. They even proactively asked if I needed extra pillows or blankets. These thoughtful details instantly made a great impression. The guest room was an even bigger surprise. Upon entering, the room was impeccably clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly; lying down felt like sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep until morning. Outside the window, I had a view of quiet city streets or lush greenery, and drawing the curtains in the morning revealed a refreshing scene that instantly lifted my spirits. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-designed and spacious. The toiletries had a subtle woody scent, produced fine lather, and rinsed off easily, their quality on par with boutique brands. Even the hairdryer's power and water temperature control were perfect – a detail-oriented person like me was truly impressed. What left the deepest impression was the hotel's incredibly responsive service. One evening, I noticed a minor issue with the air conditioner's fan speed control. After calling the front desk, a maintenance person arrived in less than 5 minutes, quickly fixed the problem, and even checked other facilities to ensure they were working correctly. Before leaving, they specifically reminded me to contact them anytime if I needed anything. This efficient and attentive service made me feel completely at ease. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and within 500 meters, there's a 24-hour convenience store, chain noodle shops, and local specialty snack bars. This was incredibly convenient whether I needed a late-night snack or wanted to find food during the day, completely making up for the slight regret of no breakfast. Upon check-out, the staff proactively asked about my stay, helped me call a taxi, and kindly reminded me to check for any forgotten items in my luggage. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of warmth to my entire trip. If I ever visit this city again, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel without hesitation. It not only provides a comfortable accommodation environment but also uses its ubiquitous details and genuine service to make every guest feel the warmth of 'home.' Such a hotel truly deserves all the praise!

The room was impressively spacious and clean ~25-30m2 which is worth-the-price! The location is just a short walk away from the bustling Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it easy to wander around. Plus, there are numerous local restaurants, convenient store nearby. The staff was also supportive 🩵🫶🏻
