The hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip; the kids and our dog were very happy with it, as it had a large bathtub and a small garden. Since we were leaving very early the next day, our butler, Jiqing, thoughtfully packed breakfast and provided a lot of information on sightseeing and dining options. Leshan is a treasure trove of a city; besides the Giant Buddha, there are many other fun places to visit. I would definitely choose to cycle solo for a thousand miles again next time.

Inaz Ab.llahWe stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around.
The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby.
The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS.
We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

Anonymous UserThe room is cozy! Toilet is clean and the shower pressure is strong. They provide alcohol wipe, ear plugs and even ensure that the room is sanitised (there’s a card beside the bed). You can still hear some noise from the corridor but the earplugs help. The hairdryer is from laifen. Location wise it’s just a short walk from exit F (stairs only at this exit though) of Chengdu Second People's Hospital Metro Station (line 4 & 3. It’s an interchange station so you get more options for your train travel which is a big plus). Walkable distance to chunxi road and there’s even 2 small supermarkets just 1-2 mins walk opposite the hotel. The washing machine and dryer works well and there’s laundry detergent provided too

The hotel was really great. There’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs.
We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog!
We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view.
The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy.
Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious.
They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow.

We booked a quad room, and the service was excellent! The only thing that could be improved is the hot water for the shower; it wasn't hot enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. A big thank you to the front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, for their superb service.

Guest UserWe booked a family room, and it was great. Lynn was super helpful, immediately recommending local restaurants and hiking trails. However, due to the hot weather, we ended up staying at the hotel for two days. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is absolutely fantastic. When we had some bugs in our room, they promptly moved us to another room and even provided iodine swabs. At the hotel restaurant, they even brought out scrambled eggs with tomatoes for our child. The service truly is excellent!

Guest UserThe location on Wangping Street is super convenient! There are many cafes and bars along the river, and you can walk to IFS and Taikoo Li, but I opted for a Didi instead. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a 24-hour laundry room and gym. They offer unlimited free boiled water, and there's even a robot for room service. Inside the room, there's a Xiao Du smart assistant, a smart bed (with adjustable height and massage modes), and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly – I give 100 points to the ladies at counter #1 and #5 for their excellent service! I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Chengdu. The only minor drawback might be that the bathroom and toilet are a bit small and lack hooks, which was a bit inconvenient 🥹

Guest UserI booked this hotel to catch my train, and I was initially worried it might be an apartment converted from an old building. But it exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious, had a fridge and a washing machine, and was super clean. It's really good. The first night, I booked a Lavande Hotel near Chunxi Road, and that room was expensive and tiny. I really regretted not booking this place earlier.

Anonymous UserUpon check-in, we were greeted with welcome candies and 2 complimentary drinks.
The facilities are brand new and the hotel is within walking distance to the scenic area entrance. Breakfast was good, and they even have laundry facilities. Our room was nice at night, and being next to the Public Security Bureau made us feel very safe. It's also conveniently located for dining, with Zangwang Plaza walkable, as well as a McDonald's and convenience store just downstairs!

Anonymous UserI stayed for 2 nights. The two ladies working in the hotel's breakfast restaurant made an incredibly loud racket with the dishes and cutlery throughout the entire meal. The drinks were also of poor quality; the orange juice was sour. When checking out, there were three or four staff members at the front desk who watched as guests struggled with large suitcases without offering to help open the main entrance door (which is manual). On the positive side, they did give a small souvenir when checking out, which is appreciated. I understand that the facilities are old since the hotel has been open for a while, but better hotel management and improved service could compensate for many of these hardware shortcomings. This is an honest review, I hope the hotel can improve in some areas.
