Romantic Hotels in Sichuan, China

The hotel is located on the 15th floor, in the same building of the Ibis Hotel. You’ll see the signs inside directing you to go in the elevator to floor 15. The hotel lobby is very stylish and we received a warm welcome. I highly recommend international guests to download WeChat as the staff can communicate easily this way. The room was spotless. Lovely robes to use. Bottled water daily. We had the 180 room and it was great. Such a unique experience. The bed was huge and the herbal pillow was amazing. We had free fresh coffee prepared and offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. The television has no English speaking channels, does my screencast or accept vpn, so it may be an idea to download some programmes/ films to your iPad / phone. We only had one full day in Chengdu and the staff helped us choose the best places to visit. (Our visit was short due to us changing flights because of the Middle East conflict) We had free coffee offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. DiDi easily found the hotel. Metro 18 is only every hour but we found more regular trains to airport from east Chengdu station. Was less that 40 mins from panda base at 0730am. If we come back to Chengdu we will definitely stay here.

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful; you can tell a lot of thought went into its design. It rivals high-end hotels in terms of facilities and layout. I've stayed in many guesthouses in scenic areas, and I honestly think this is the best one. The underfloor heating was just right, not too stuffy, and the bedding was super comfortable. Getting a good night's sleep in a high-altitude area is incredibly important, you know. Most importantly, the service was outstanding; they really helped me out of a bind! For this location, the price is definitely not high. As for the views, just look at the pictures – waking up to the golden sunlight illuminating the snow-capped mountains in the morning is an unforgettable experience!

Amazing hotel, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we were helped by Pan and she was lovely and let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out Location was perfect, the nightlife gets a bit loud in the evening however the hotel supplies you with earplugs to help with that if needed, we didnt need to use them the whole time we stayed but it was a lovely addition to the rest of the amenities provided The view was incredible, overall my partner and I were extremely happy with our stay and are hoping to visit again in the future

The location is really easy to find, right next to the high-speed train station. For this price, the quality of the stay was excellent. The room was very spacious and roomy. We booked a room with a hot tub, and it looked exactly like the pictures. The ladies at the front desk were all very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. They even provided recommendations for local restaurants, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Good overall experience, the rooms here have a very interesting design, but there were some problems that I encountered. First of all, the room amenities included a city view, but actually there is just a small window placed very high, through which you cannot see anything else than a wall. In addition to that, the window does not even close, so I was constantly hearing noise from outside. Second, the sink did not function too well,resulting in a slow decreasing level of water, almost like it was clogged. Lastly, in the amenities included there was a minibar, snacks, soda drinks and instant food, all for free. The only things that were actually available were water, tea and some biscuits, which didn't quite fit what was written on Trip.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Chunxi Road and very close to the metro station. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and they even upgraded our room for free. The room was also very clean. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!

We stayed in room 2510. Great stay in Chengdu, the hotel is located strategically in the city, just walking distance to Chunxi road shopping district. Front office team are friendly & accommodate for my Taobao request. Housekeeping lady greet us every morning, start our day with warm smile. Our booking comes with free laundry, hotel hi-tea & not mention also good breakfast choices everyday. The only downside is, our room ac is not function. Staff explained due to col weather (we stay from 7-12 March), the ac still function at “heater mode”. Advise us to leave our window open, and provide solution by placing a fan in our room.

One step shy of perfect. The location is absolutely central to Chunxi Road, with a subway station right downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere. The facilities are exquisite. The biggest issue is that the second floor can be quite noisy, which explains why earplugs are provided. Make sure to confirm with the front desk that there isn't someone upstairs who loves walking around in high heels at 11 PM or children who enjoy running and jumping. The air conditioning vent is on the second floor, and the heating isn't very efficient; warm air doesn't reach the downstairs area, so the loft below can be a bit cold. Despite these minor flaws, everything else, including the beautiful fish-shaped bathtub and the decent view, makes it great value for money at this price point. If the noise issue were resolved, I wouldn't mind paying an extra 300 RMB per night.

I stayed here for a business trip, and my overall experience exceeded expectations. The hotel has a simple yet elegant design, and the quiet, refined environment is perfect for business travelers to work and relax. The room layout was well-planned, and the facilities were well-maintained. The internet was stable and fast, making it easy to work or attend video conferences without any issues. The housekeeping standards were high, with every corner clean and tidy, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The service team was professional and courteous, proactively offering luggage assistance, wake-up calls, and itinerary reminders – attentive without being intrusive. The dining was consistently good, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Parking was convenient, and security was excellent, making me feel very safe during my stay. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth, with no unnecessary hassle, truly reflecting high-quality business travel service. It's perfectly suited for both solo business trips and small business receptions. My overall experience was perfect; it's a hotel I'd confidently rely on and recommend in the long term.

It's necessary to leave a nuanced review. On the positive side, beautiful rooms, great location, and very kind and friendly staff. We loved our stay. And would love to stay again. Notes for improvement (listed for the hotel's benefit): we had initially booked a more expensive room, but were offered a room layout not matching the beautiful photos seen on Trip.com. (The alternative was to downgrade to a smaller room.) I've attached photos of what we found on arrival. Needless to say, it fell far short of expectations. We had been given the choice, but the photos provided to help guide that choice were far from the reality. The hotel should never have encouraged or even presented this room as an option, just to keep us in the more expensive room category. After the first night, we rebooked the cheaper, better room. Second complaint was that at least three of the hotel's web routers were infected with viruses during our stay, and were redirecting our web traffic to pornographic websites. It routinely happens, I'm sure. And the staff were quick to find us a solution. I hope the hotel will fix the issue though. Affected rooms were: 2108, 2109, 2110. I would still recommend staying. Just communicate with the staff to ensure you are getting what you expect and have paid for.
