The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the subway station and attraction entrance, and you can walk to the main commercial area in just 5 minutes. Getting around is super easy, even with luggage, no detours needed. The room was spotless; the sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless, and even the AC vents and bathroom drains were dust-free. As a detail-oriented person, I was thoroughly impressed! The service was also incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems. Anything I needed was delivered to the room within minutes, with zero disturbance but always on call. The value for money is off the charts, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and reasonably priced. The location is very convenient for traveling, close to convenience stores and restaurants. You can walk around and explore. The staff can speak English. The rooms and cafe are beautifully decorated. There are a few minor shortcomings.The room isn't soundproof. If people in the next room are talking or walking up and down the stairs, you can hear them quite clearly. However, if I have the chance, I would like to come back and stay here again.

The location is fantastic, right by the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), and just across the street from Joy City. We didn't experience any long traffic jams either! The breakfast was really good, with Xi'an specialties like Rou Jia Mo (meat sandwich), oil tea, oil cakes, and spinach noodles. It's perfect for someone like me who doesn't take the kids to morning markets. The executive lounge offers great views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose The Westin again.

I finally got to stay at the W Hotel, which I'd been dreaming of for years. I never expected it to be in Xi'an, a city I hadn't initially thought much of, but the W here has definitely made me look at Xi'an in a new light. Walking into the lobby felt like stepping into a scene from 'Game of Thrones.' The welcoming staff were incredibly warm, guiding us to the check-in counter. I had booked a twin room, which originally included only two breakfasts. While we were debating whether to eat out or at the hotel, the thoughtful W Hotel front desk proactively offered us two complimentary adult breakfast vouchers, each worth 150, for both days. Not only did this save us 300 RMB, but more importantly, it was the warmth and delightful surprise from the Xi'an W Hotel that made our stay truly exceptional! If I come to Xi'an again, I will absolutely book the W. They truly understand their guests! Our two-day 'special forces' style trip to Xi'an concludes today. My initial impression of Xi'an as a bit rustic has completely transformed into deep affection. This city's grandeur, openness, inclusivity, and profound history, all while brimming with novelty and creativity, have made me fall deeply in love with this ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. I dare say this won't be my last visit to Xi'an, but rather just the beginning! See you next time, Chang'an!

Facilities: I saw that it's opening in 2025, so everything is quite new, and the decor is beautiful with a Chinese style. Cleanliness: The room and everything else were very clean, which I was quite satisfied with. Service: The service was what I was most satisfied with. Every staff member was very polite, and when we needed water or other items, they were brought over quickly. I'm so glad I was able to book this hotel for my trip to Xi'an. Service is what I value most, like the airport transfers and the transfers to the Terracotta Warriors. These two transfers were a real lifesaver and saved us a lot of money. I also tried the head massage, which was great. If you book directly with the hotel, it's ten yuan cheaper than **group buy platforms. If I have the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely book this hotel again~

This well-established hotel, part of an excellent brand, has been operating for a remarkable eighteen years. The service quality is outstanding across the board, and all facilities are exceptionally well-maintained. It's evident that their management is highly rigorous and effective, which is truly commendable. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with convenient access to shopping and dining. Its comprehensive facilities include an underground parking garage and a swimming pool. Check-in was swift and the service was excellent. We were greeted with complimentary welcome fruit and specialty beverages, and our room was impeccably clean and tidy. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options, and the steamed egg custard was beautifully presented. Don't miss the Tianxiang Pavilion Chinese restaurant on the ground floor; it's definitely worth a visit. The ambiance is lovely, and the dishes are truly exquisite – perfect in color, aroma, and taste. Their signature Maoxuewang is especially noteworthy, with its wonderfully spicy, numbing, fresh, and aromatic flavors! In summary, my stay at this hotel far exceeded all expectations. It offers excellent value for money, and the Shangri-La Hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice for any future visits to Xi'an!

The hotel has a great location, very quiet, with a passageway leading to the Tang Paradise. It's open from 9 am to 10 pm. I booked a twin room, but the room was small, and one bed was very close to the bar, waking me up several times with the noise of the refrigerator. The breakfast was mediocre; the boiled eggs were not fresh, and the overall dishes were somewhat perfunctory. The service was also subpar; perhaps because it's a northern city, the staff are a bit rough around the edges. The receptionist and her supervisor on the day of my check-in were very unprofessional, even complaining about their hotel's cleaning staff in front of me.

The hotel's dining options are extensive, with breakfast offering both Chinese and Western buffets, including authentic Xi'an local snacks. The executive lounge provides high-quality service, drinks, and happy hour, and it's quite enjoyable to relax with the beautiful view of MixC City's Tree of Life directly across the street. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, with soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. I will definitely choose Xi'an Wanli Hotel again next time!

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was truly impeccable. Even I, with my very high standards, was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied. Ambiance: The environment is serene, secluded, and offers excellent privacy. Our private hot spring room was fantastic, featuring both a dry sauna and a wet steam sauna – a truly nice touch!🧖‍♀️ There were also both indoor and outdoor showers. The outdoor private hot spring pool was absolutely phenomenal! Service: Our butler provided incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive service. Any questions or needs regarding our children's water activities during our stay were handled promptly and efficiently. We also received complimentary coffee and welcome fruits, which was a lovely gesture. Their hospitality was truly outstanding; for instance, when we went out to watch the ”Song of Everlasting Sorrow” performance, they even helped us dispose of our takeout trash! Every single detail was meticulously taken care of, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. We will definitely be returning! We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend this place for family trips.

It's a 5-minute walk to the Muslim Quarter, and both Beidajie and Bell Tower subway stations are right around the corner, offering direct access to the Grand Tang Everbright City and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The choice of a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle is brilliant. Downstairs is the vibrant street life, but step inside and you're transported to a serene blend of Wabi-sabi and New Chinese style. The natural wood tones embrace warm lighting, and rough rock slabs meet smooth, aged wood. Every corner is aesthetically pleasing, and a casual photo turns into a stunning, atmospheric shot.
