Romantic Hotels in Shaanxi, China

In this bustling city, this hotel is a quiet sanctuary. The wood-themed decor feels warm and soothing, and you can see the thoughtful touches everywhere, from the greenery to the artwork in the hallways. The room's aromatherapy scent is subtle and pleasant, and the soft bedding ensures a great night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a gentle breeze on the terrace with a cup of the hotel's homemade floral tea, watching the busy traffic below. All the fatigue from my travels just melted away.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet guests' requests. Before check-in, they sent a self-made guide, and after checking in, they reminded me about the supper service. They even gave me a gift upon departure! Any issues that arose were promptly and proactively resolved. No hotel is perfect, but the thoughtful service at Novotel made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Service: The front desk service was professional yet friendly, and the staff were very polite. Environment: The hotel's internal environment was very clean. Cleanliness: The bathroom was very new, with marble decor, clean, and no unpleasant odors. Facilities: The elevator was clean and convenient. Transportation: It's right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Line 2, which is incredibly convenient. Across the street, there's the Qinfeng shuttle bus that connects to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, costing 30 RMB per person, including a guide – very convenient. Summary: The hotel is right outside Longshouyuan subway station, making it very easy to get to popular attractions like the Bell Tower and Xi'an City Wall. The room design is also clever, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, which is convenient for multiple people getting ready. The breakfast includes many local specialties, such as Biangbiang noodles and Saqqara noodles, allowing guests from out of town to better understand the city. It was a great experience! The hotel is located off the Main Street, so you would need to walk for about 3 min after drop off to reach there. The staff is responsive and helpful with our inquiries, they can speak in English as well. One flaw we found was the smell of the towels, there’s a stale note and the intensity varies by the days. Not sure if it’s the detergent or the towels are left too long after washing. Overall still a good experience staying with YiXi designer hotel

Here's my take on the apartment I booked: 1. The apartment is in a separate building, not part of the main hotel. After checking in, you have to walk a bit to get to the apartment building. 2. The apartment's facilities are a bit dated, but they're still well-maintained. 3. The bedding and linens were quite comfortable. 4. My room faced the street, and city roadworks started at 3 AM – it was incredibly loud with very poor sound insulation. I called to request a room change. All the hassle meant I didn't get a good night's sleep. 5. Breakfast was plentiful, but there were a lot of guests. 6. The hotel's location is convenient, right across from Joy City and next to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. It's a good place to stay for sightseeing.

Chose this hotel due to the brand and newness, although location is slightly off center but it's still within walking distance from Metro and that's the most important. Very good connection to Xianbei Railway Station and Xian Airport with Line 4 direct from hotel. Room is as shown in Trip.com photos, and in fact it feels larger and luxurious, maybe due to the ceiling height. Going to the City Wall, Bell&Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Dayanta, are all very easy with Metro. This is our first time in Xian, and really enjoyed the traditional costume rental and photography with it, don't miss this when you are there. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good. it was a bit difficult to find but with the help of the pictures you can find the entry and then you have to walk a bit and then you will find the reception, which has 24 hour front desk which is a huge bonus. Staff was really nice and checked me in quickly and you had a lot of amenities that you can use such as towels or slippers for free. This was one of the comfiest beds that I ever experienced during my trip in China. I would recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Xian for little money.

This stay was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is super convenient, and it even offers free underground parking. There's an elevator straight to the lobby for check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. All the toiletries were provided, and the hot water supply was very stable. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, with fresh ingredients and good taste.

An incredibly satisfying stay! The hotel's design is top-notch, and opening the window to see the Qujiang Pool is just fantastic. The day before check-in, the concierge called to confirm my arrival time. When I arrived at the hotel, a thoughtful staff member was there to help with my luggage. They even upgraded me to a Wonderful King Suite at check-in! Breakfast was incredibly rich and featured local specialties. The gym was massive, seemingly endless, with brand new facilities, all Life Fitness and Technogym equipment. I must mention that the concierge's service was absolutely amazing, considerate to the core, and incredibly responsive. As an ancient capital, Chang'an always welcomes visitors. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciated the excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was amazing — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you to the staff for their kindness and flexibility. The laundry service was very convenient, and they kindly helped us extend our room until 6:00 pm, which made our departure day much more comfortable and stress-free. U The service was attentive and professional, making us feel well taken care of. We are very grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
