We chose the Renaissance Hotel for our family trip to Xi'an with the kids. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's easy to hail a taxi, and right across the street is MixC City, where we could take a stroll to see the Tree of Life. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the air conditioning system was very comfortable and quiet. We opted for a high-floor room, which was very peaceful. Breakfast was decent, offering local specialties like Qishan noodles and Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger). The only downside was the somewhat limited selection of pastries and bread; there were no cakes or Western-style desserts. However, kudos to the ample number of coffee machines. The staff were all very nice, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The hotel's decor is very tasteful, with a charming ancient Chinese courtyard style. The lobby is perfect for photos, and the rooms are well-equipped. The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful, making for a worry-free and convenient stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This guesthouse is our top choice when traveling with family. The location is absolutely perfect, right at the foot of Mount Hua, making trips to and from the visitor center incredibly convenient and saving us a lot of hassle. All the facilities are brand new, and the rooms are clean and dry, offering a very comfortable stay. What really touched us was the owner's thoughtful service: he drove us to the scenic area early in the morning, and when he realized my phone was out of service and I couldn't scan a QR code, he proactively helped me top it up, which was a huge lifesaver. He's genuinely warm and sincere, always putting guests first. Whether you're driving or hiking, this place is a perfect fit. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Hua. I truly recommend it to anyone traveling to Huashan!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the odor-free bathroom with plenty of stable hot water. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with a kind attitude. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation. I slept really well, and I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, yet the environment is quiet. The service attitude is excellent. Since we were traveling with a child, we didn't want the hassle of booking multiple times, so we booked 5 nights. I happened to check in during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us festive small gifts. The floral sachet charm was super cute and really enhanced the festive atmosphere. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!

I brought my child to Xi'an after their college entrance exams. I was very satisfied with the room layout, cleanliness, and facilities. However, a small incident occurred during our stay that I found incomprehensible and made me very angry at the time. The hotel's response was incredibly fast, and their attitude towards resolving the issue was very proactive and sincere, not to mention extremely thoughtful and heartwarming. They successfully diffused all my anger. Although I still believe the incident shouldn't have happened, the hotel manager and the front desk ladies provided truly exceptional service! Therefore, if I bring my parents next time, I would likely choose this hotel again. I hope the hotel continues to improve!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were truly impressed by this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new — everything is clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the thoughtful details and the warm hospitality. The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise and gave us much more than we expected. The laundry service was also perfectly organized and very convenient during our stay. The rooms, facilities, and common areas are all elegant and comfortable. The reception team was excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Although English communication can sometimes be a little challenging in China, the staff always made a great effort to assist us and make our stay comfortable. A fantastic hotel with wonderful service. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
