My stay here was pretty great! The room was spotless, with no dust in the corners, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good too. The front desk staff weren't robotic at all; they actually recommended some fantastic local eateries, which was a thoughtful touch. The hot water was consistent, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The location is super convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. Perfect for both business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

Extremely close to the Bell Tower, making it super convenient for getting around. The environment is great, the service was satisfactory, and breakfast was good. It was a pleasant stay overall. It was a beautiful moment to be there. I’m a female and I was traveling alone. And it totally felt safe to be there. Most of the team that I’ve seen were female too and they were always very helping if I needed something. Location is not so far from the Center and very quiet. I had the family room and the room is very spacious, isolated(in a good way) and cozy. Many windows but warm, the bathtub and the water was very hot. Very high ceiling and it’s always the best! Sometimes it’s important to have a great hotel by yourself if you are traveling alone, it totally gives you better feeling of the city and welcoming energy. For that it was a very good price. I’ll definitely come here again if I come back to X’ian one day and I already recommended my friends to stay here. Thank you so much Yixi hotel. Happy new year!

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and even allowed a late check-out, which was very accommodating. The projector had a clear picture, making the movie-watching experience from bed very enjoyable, and the room space was ample. Overall, the stay was very comfortable! This stay was quite good, with the room meticulously cleaned. The staff were friendly, and the late check-out was incredibly convenient. The in-room projector worked great, and the two large beds were spacious enough. This is a really suitable choice for accommodation.

The room is very nice, the facilities are very complete, the hygiene is very clean, the environment is very good, the service attitude is super good, the front desk lady introduced us to the room type, the snacks and food downstairs and the travel guide, there are many small attractions downstairs. It is convenient to go out to the bell tower in Yongxingfang, Xi'an. There is Xiaodu in the room, the sound system is very convenient, you can turn on the light by shouting, the hygiene is very meticulous, very clean, the children like it very much

I brought my parents on this trip, and the itinerary was very satisfying. First, about the hotel's service: the front desk staff and all the other staff members we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly, always actively helping us resolve any issues. The hotel even provided complimentary round-trip shuttle service to the Terracotta Army. The bus driver was very responsible, checking meticulously on both trips to ensure no one was left behind, confirming each person individually, which was very thoughtful and reassuring. The hotel facilities are excellent, and it offers great value for money. The hotel's location is also fantastic. It's only a few hundred meters from Hanguang Gate, so you can easily walk there and get onto the city wall. The Xiaonanmen morning market and the regular market near Hanguang Gate are very lively and highly recommended for a visit. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the subway is about a ten-minute walk away. Taxis also make it easy to reach other attractions; we got to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Muslim Quarter in less than 20 minutes. The area around the hotel has many residential buildings, and there are plenty of local eateries on the nearby Xiashen Street, frequented by residents, which gives you a real taste of local life.

The location is truly unbeatable! It's super convenient to get to any attraction. The hotel is right by Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Line 2. It's only 3 stops to the Bell Tower. If you want to visit Daxingshan Temple, SEG Shopping Center, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and Datang Everbright City, just take the subway to Xiaozhai. Xi'an North High-Speed Rail Station is only 6-7 stops away. In short, the transportation is simply unmatched. We even cycled from the hotel entrance to the City Wall, which took just over 10 minutes. As for the service, they add you on WeChat, and a butler checks in daily to ask about your stay and if you need anything added to your room. There's Longshouyuan Night Market and Chang'an Food Stall right opposite the hotel. You don't have to queue at other attractions; we just came back to eat at this place opposite the hotel after sightseeing. There's a Terracotta Warriors shuttle bus right outside Chang'an Food Stall. It runs every half an hour and costs 30 yuan per person. For a trip to Xi'an, this hotel really wins on location!

Satisfied! Satisfied from every perspective! Hotel location: Surrounded by the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter, all within walking distance! Service: From parking, service, room cleanliness, to breakfast, it all felt like coming home! Every staff member greeted us with a smile and polite welcome! They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an! Highly recommended!

The environment here is great, just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. The owner is really warm and welcoming. We arrived very late, well past midnight, but when we called her, she still sent someone to pick us up. During our stay, she gave us excellent recommendations on where to go and what to avoid. When we left, she even gave us a small gift!
