Fantastic! Extremely satisfied with everything. The breakfast was great too, with both Chinese and Western options. Plus, the room rate was a special offer since it was off-peak season! The subway station is right downstairs, the Bell and Drum Towers are just 100 meters away, and the airport shuttle bus stop is directly across the street. Super convenient!

Location: Incredibly convenient! It's right near the H exit of Bell Tower Metro Station. After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel at Bell Tower Station. We could see our hotel as soon as we got off, which meant we could rest immediately – the location is just perfect! It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so we just walked back in the evenings.
Service: The staff in the lobby on the first floor, the front desk on the second floor, the cleaning aunties, and the hotel's personal butler were all warm, thoughtful, and had excellent service attitudes.
Room: The environment is clean and bright, and you can open the window for ventilation. The sink drains very quickly with no strange odors, and the shower water pressure is great, which I really liked. The toilet is also clean and automatically heated, which is a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing, you can really get some good rest here at night.

The hotel environment is excellent, really great, highly recommended! I'll definitely come back again. 🏨 The hotel environment is truly superb, clean, tidy, and cozy~🛏️ The room decor is very thoughtful, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally 🌞 The front desk service attitude is also exceptionally good, Nnn was warm, attentive, and not perfunctory 👏 The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, I ate to my heart's content 🍽️ Overall, the experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Xi'an! 👍✨

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway entrance. The staff are all incredibly energetic and polite, greeting guests without being intrusive. The 24-hour butler service is always responsive, and the delicious breakfast satisfied my taste buds. The infinity pool on the 17th floor is perfect for photos, and the public areas catch the warm sunlight beautifully. I was very satisfied with my stay; it truly felt like a vacation. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Xi'an next time.

Humans' anxieties all stem from an imbalance between internal chaos and external order. As Freud revealed in 'Totem and Taboo,' once humans enter culture, they fall into an irreversible alienation. This primary anxiety, a fundamental castration complex, means the subject can never find peace. Yet, it is precisely the establishment of this primary repression that supports the sliding of the signifying chain. In cities filled with noise, overstimulation, and overflowing desires, we are long exposed to unconscious pressures of anxiety, intrusive interpersonal interactions, and violated spatial boundaries. This hostel, Guihua Zaijiu Hostel, located on Huimin Street, unexpectedly became a rare transitional space and a field for spiritual healing.
When I stayed in this hostel, I experienced the feeling of being embraced by what psychoanalytic theory calls an 'ideal safe object.' Its extreme cleanliness and tidiness were not just about physical comfort; they subtly echoed Freud's interpretation of cleanliness and anxiety. The orderly and spotless environment acted as a barrier, isolating my subconscious fear of disorder and impurity, allowing my wandering id to lower its guard and return to a state of relaxation and security. The service, just right, without overly intrusive gazes or cold detachment, perfectly aligned with Lacan's emphasis on the subject's need for a sense of boundaries. Not judged, not symbolically hijacked, but gently accepted, it allowed me to shed my social mask and suppress my true emotions, achieving a momentary integration of self in my own space. Even more precious is its location, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustle: downstairs, the vibrant reality of human life and desires; turn back, and it's a peaceful, undisturbed spiritual sanctuary. This perfectly embodies the balance point between inner and outer worlds described by Lacan, satisfying both the perception of life and the guarding of inner order. Coupled with its affordable price, it completely stripped away the identity symbols that capital imbues upon accommodation, eliminating the castration anxiety brought by money, allowing one to return to their most authentic state of being. This hostel, hidden in the city, lacks elaborate packaging but, with its stable, clean, and gentle qualities, has become an excellent subconscious refuge for urban wanderers, soothing anxiety and settling the mind and body.

I stayed here for four days during my trip, and the hotel experience was fantastic! They offer round-trip shuttle service to the Terracotta Army, which made getting around incredibly easy. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle service, so I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and they responded quickly to all my requests. It's really great value for money. This hotel is super convenient for visiting Xi'an, I highly recommend it! Service: The service was excellent all around.

The hotel is perfectly situated right at the foot of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, directly across the street from this 1300-year-old ancient tower. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs, and you're immersed in the vibrant Tang Dynasty spectacle of the Grand Tang Everbright City. There's no contrived hustle and bustle; upon entering the lobby, you're enveloped in a refined New Chinese elegance. Wooden carvings and Tang Dynasty elements are subtly displayed, and even the air carries a sense of ancient charm. Breakfast is served in the G-floor restaurant, offering a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made Roujiamo (meat burger) has a crispy exterior and soft, tender filling. The Shaanxi-style Pao Mo (bread soaked in lamb/beef broth) is authentic and flavorful. They also offer freshly prepared Eggs Benedict and fresh fruit. The hotel even has its own Qujiang Art Museum, which guests can visit for free. The guest rooms continue Westin's signature 'renewal' design, with solid red oak furniture paired with stone bathrooms, exuding a premium feel. I particularly want to highlight the 'Heavenly Bed,' with a custom pillow menu offering 7 pillow choices. The firmness perfectly supports the shoulders and neck, ensuring a dreamless sleep until morning.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the city center, right outside Xi'an City Wall's Yongning Gate, offering lovely night views of the city wall. It's also very close to Metro Line 2, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. I requested a quiet room, so I was placed in one not facing the street, which meant a very peaceful night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities worked perfectly. During holidays, the hotel even provides complimentary evening fruit. Booking in advance made the overall value for money quite good.
It was a beautiful moment to be there. I’m a female and I was traveling alone. And it totally felt safe to be there. Most of the team that I’ve seen were female too and they were always very helping if I needed something. Location is not so far from the Center and very quiet. I had the family room and the room is very spacious, isolated(in a good way) and cozy. Many windows but warm, the bathtub and the water was very hot. Very high ceiling and it’s always the best! Sometimes it’s important to have a great hotel by yourself if you are traveling alone, it totally gives you better feeling of the city and welcoming energy. For that it was a very good price. I’ll definitely come here again if I come back to X’ian one day and I already recommended my friends to stay here. Thank you so much Yixi hotel. Happy new year!

Choosing the right hotel for a spring outing is so important! Tanghua is fantastic. You open the window to a beautiful view of blooming 二月兰 (Orychophragmus violaceus), cherry blossoms, and hawthorn trees just outside the courtyard wall. It’s wonderful, and when the wind blows, petals land on the patio table 🌸 The service is leisurely and unobtrusive. The freshly ground coffee at breakfast, mixed with the scent of plants, makes every breath feel soft and gentle. It’s exactly the comfortable feeling you’d expect during a blooming spring season~

BBaobaoThe location is superb! The Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, Shaanxi History Museum, and SEG Plaza are all within walking distance. There's also a small gate behind the hotel that leads directly to a small park, which is a popular spot for photos. The hotel's decor has a Tang Dynasty style and is very tasteful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The room also features whole-room voice control. The service is the most commendable aspect; the front desk, housekeepers, and service staff are all incredibly enthusiastic and proactively help with luggage. The aunties in the restaurant are particularly warm. The breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western options, and the mini roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) is delicious. Local specialties like liangpi (cold noodles) and jinggao (steamed mirror cake) are also available. We even received complimentary afternoon tea and a goodnight sweet soup.
ZZilùThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Bell Tower, making transportation and dining very convenient. The only downside is the lack of a proper fruit store, with only street vendors selling loose fruit. The hotel service is great. One day, I had to leave early and would miss breakfast, so I informed the front desk. They thoughtfully prepared a simple meal for me. While the food itself wasn't the main point, it was a truly heartwarming gesture. The room has direct drinking water, saving the hassle of boiling water, and there are bottled water dispensers in the elevator lobby, which is convenient for taking out. The staff on the floors and in the restaurant are all very friendly and greet guests proactively. Breakfast is also good with a wide variety of options. This hotel also accommodates international guests, and I encountered many people from different countries.
OoasisjjI brought my kids here for spring break, primarily for the convenient transportation. This hotel was definitely my top choice – it's a super smooth check-in experience right out of Longshouyuan Station Exit B on Metro Line 2. Before we even arrived, the manager called to understand our needs and added me on WeChat to arrange things in advance. For our 3-day stay, all I had to do was message our requests on WeChat, and everything was pretty much taken care of by the time we returned. Thumbs up to them!
The hotel's biggest advantage is its location. It's quiet yet centrally located, with everything you could need nearby. The breakfast, I thought, met our normal needs and also offered local specialties like Roujiamo (meat burger) and Yangrou Paomo (pita bread soaked in lamb soup), both freshly prepared. Plus, I particularly recommend it because there are multiple coffee machines, so you never have a crowd waiting for coffee. Fantastic!
Regarding the decor, as an older hotel, you naturally can't compare it to brand new ones. However, you can see that the hotel has made a great effort to update things. The positives definitely outweigh any negatives.
I highly recommend this place to everyone; considering everything, this hotel is truly worth recommending.
AAlitongxueMount Hua is definitely worth visiting, and so is this guesthouse in the village! The owner contacted me on the day I arrived at Mount Hua and was waiting for me outside the train station, taking me directly to the guesthouse.
It's only a few minutes' drive from the guesthouse to the visitor center, and they offer various shuttle services. They even provided free gloves, which were very helpful!
I stayed two nights and had two dinners here. I ordered a variety of dishes, and the taste was great, and the prices were fair. Thumbs up! The room was also very spacious, and it even had a smart toilet, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of decorative touches in the room that prevent it from feeling bland. The mattress was incredibly soft and the headboard was just the right height, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. I was a bit worried about sleeping poorly away from home, but I slept incredibly well. The room facilities were complete, and my friend and I spent so much time at the hotel we barely wanted to go out and explore! The service was also excellent, with staff showing genuine care for guests, and the hygiene was impeccable. Plus, they even have cat rooms, which are adorable! The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Line 2 subway station, making it convenient for transportation, dining, and sightseeing. It's very close to attractions and offers great value for money.
GGuest UserThis hotel is great! It's close to tourist attractions and not far from the subway station, easily reachable on foot. There are plenty of good food options nearby too. The Shaanxi restaurants and snack bars in the residential complex directly across from the Clock Tower offer authentic and delicious local specialties. The hotel environment is lovely – elegant yet understated, with soft lighting. The service is exceptional, especially the 'butler-style service' at the front desk. I was very happy with the room as well; it was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Hot water was available 24/7, the central air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. I even extended my stay for another day. I highly recommend it!
BBella97I booked the Dongshe Hotel for my family visiting Xi'an, and they stayed for three days. They kept praising my choice of accommodation, saying it was incredibly comfortable.
1️⃣ **Thoughtful and Practical Facilities**: The room came with a humidifier and a spacious shower, with stable water temperature and good water pressure. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and my family said they slept soundly for all three nights. The hallways and rooms were also spacious, making it easy to maneuver luggage.
2️⃣ **Impeccable and Reassuring Cleanliness**: My family reported that the cleaning was exceptionally thorough. The bedding and towels were soft and fresh, the vanity and mirror were sparkling, and the floors were so clean you could walk barefoot without a problem.
3️⃣ **Convenient Yet Quiet Location**: The hotel is right near the Muslim Quarter, so it's easy to step out for food and shopping. However, it's not on the main street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle.
4️⃣ **Proactive and Warm Service**: Hotel staff greeted them warmly every day, and there was even a hand-drawn map in the room, which was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Any small issues they encountered during their stay were resolved immediately.
GGuest UserThe location is great, and the place is clean and tidy. The service is excellent, definitely worth a stay. If you're a fan of Roujiamo (Chinese-style burger), it's even more convenient as there's a shop right downstairs. The restaurant downstairs is also affordable and good value for money.
GGuest UserThe five-bed room is perfect for multi-generational families traveling together. The room is spacious, so it never feels cramped, and having two bathrooms is a real plus for larger groups. The hotel's location is ideal for visiting the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, though it is a bit of a walk to the nearest subway station, which might be a consideration for elderly guests. However, it's great for those traveling by car, as the underground parking is free during your stay. The hotel's back exit leads directly to Intime Department Store, which is super convenient for Hanfu styling and dining options. While the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, the taste is just average and nothing particularly stands out.
LLady ChenWe had a fantastic 6-day stay here with friends! (We extended our stay for another 4 days)
The location is unbeatable—it's just steps away from Zhonglou MRT Station (Exit F), making it incredibly easy to get around.
If you love food, this is the place to be. There’s a food street right downstairs with an amazing variety of local eats, and the Luomashi pedestrian street is also just a short walk away.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—the food was both delicious and incredibly filling, providing the perfect start to our day.
Another bonus for us was the provided washing machines. Being able to handle our laundry easily during the trip was a total game-changer and made our stay feel much more like home.
Also, the staff really made our trip special. From the receptionists to the housekeeping team, everyone is young, well-trained, and professional. They were consistently polite and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. We felt completely taken care of throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great value!
