This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin.

Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby 👶)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out – I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway 🚇, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery – I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! I stayed for 3 nights, and it was perfect for exploring Central Street one evening and St. Sophia Cathedral another. It's also incredibly close to the famous morning market, which was a bit of a shame because the hotel breakfast was so delicious, I didn't have time to visit the market. A slight regret there!
The breakfast might not have an extensive variety, but the quality makes up for it. It's a main course plus buffet style, quite upscale. The tempura shrimp, pan-fried sole, salmon French toast, and mushroom soup were all delicious and satisfying.
The hotel service is excellent. All the staff, both men and women, were very pleasant. A young lady named Xiaoshuang at the front desk was incredibly responsive to all my requests. The doorman proactively helped with my luggage, and there was also a tall, slender male server whose attitude was really good.
They even offer free milk at the front desk in the evenings, which is a thoughtful touch.
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it had a smart toilet. The only minor issue was needing a password to watch TV, so I had to ask housekeeping for help.
Upon check-out, the farewell gift was candy in a lovely orange pouch – super pretty.
Overall, booking through Ctrip with a coupon made this stay incredibly good value for money! I was very satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin. Heartily recommended!

This is one of the few times I've felt compelled to leave a review, mainly for the following reasons:
1. **Location:** The hotel is situated right on the Songhua River. The subway Line 3 Youyi Palace station is directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to get around. About 200 meters ahead, you'll find the Songhua River Cableway, and Central Street is just a five-minute walk away. The location is truly excellent! 👍🏻
2. **Hotel Environment:** We dropped off our luggage in the morning and didn't return until around 5 PM. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a family suite free of charge. It was a very spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, complete with children's toiletries, a tent, and toys. My child's favorite was definitely the car-shaped bed.
3. **Service:** The service was incredibly thoughtful. My mother-in-law and I went down separately to return our room cards. Two staff members helped us carry our luggage to the entrance, waited for our car to arrive, loaded our bags into the trunk, opened the car door for us, and even said, 'Princesses, please board the carriage!' 😁 I've stayed in five-star hotels before, but I've never experienced such exceptional treatment. I was honestly a bit overwhelmed by the attention, but it was a wonderful feeling. Their warmth felt genuinely friendly and personable.
Choosing this hotel was a delightful surprise for this trip. It was super convenient. After dinner on Central Street, we strolled to the Flood Control Monument and walked along the river, enjoying the breeze back to the hotel. It was such a relaxing trip. My kids kept saying, 'Mom, next time we go to Harbin, let's stay at this hotel again!' After checking out, we arrived at the station, and my child realized they'd forgotten their smart watch. I contacted the hotel, and they kindly mailed it back to us. Many thanks! 🙏🏻

The hotel service was truly exceptional. On my first day, I used a toilet seat cover, and from the next day onwards, disposable toilet seat covers were provided daily. Housekeeping was always prompt, and fresh fruit and mineral water were replenished regularly. The bedding was changed every two days. What was even more incredible was that on my last day, while packing, I noticed that all the black scuff marks from baggage handling on my suitcase had been wiped clean!
The location is also superb. A left turn leads to the Hongzhuan Street morning market, and a short walk to the right takes you to Central Street. I never had breakfast at the hotel because there were so many great food options nearby. I'd go out in the morning, come back for a rest at noon, and then head out again in the afternoon, feeling completely refreshed. Wandering around the old streets near the hotel, you can find beautiful small churches and old buildings – absolutely fantastic!
If it's your first time visiting, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Choosing this hotel on Central Street for my trip to Harbin truly elevated my experience, making it absolutely perfect from start to finish. I have to sing its praises!
The hotel's location is what I'd call a 'golden central spot,' making getting around incredibly convenient. Just a few minutes' walk out the door and you're on the cobblestone streets of Central Street. Russian-style architecture lines the streets, and the inviting scents of Madieer ice cream and Qiulin red sausage are everywhere. It’s perfect for exploring and dining. St. Sophia Cathedral is about a 10-minute walk away, where you can watch pigeons circle the dome during the day and capture magical night views under the lights in the evening—the atmosphere is truly enchanting. It's also super easy to get to the Songhua River for sunset or explore the Hongzhuan Street morning market. No time wasted on commuting at all, which is a huge relief.
The hotel's environment and facilities are exceptionally well-thought-out, ensuring maximum comfort. The lobby features an exquisite light luxury style, with warm lighting and plush furnishings, and a subtle, pleasant fragrance in the air. You feel relaxed the moment you step in. The room is spacious, not cramped, with a simple yet elegant design that pays attention to details. The warm color palette creates a cozy and healing atmosphere, and the natural light and ventilation are fantastic. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress offers excellent support—lying down feels like sinking into a cloud. The soundproofing is superb; closing the window completely blocks out the street noise, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep every night. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, hot water instantly, and quality toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The heating in Northeast China is more than sufficient, keeping the room warm and comfortable, and the humidifier prevents dryness—so thoughtful and considerate.
The service is absolutely impeccable, warm, and attentive. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and polite, making check-in efficient and quick. They also patiently offer recommendations for local attractions and food. Bellhops proactively assist with luggage, and housekeeping is timely and thorough, responding quickly to any requests. Even small details are considered; if you forget a small item, they thoughtfully provide it. I felt a genuine sense of sincerity and warmth throughout my stay.
The value for money is outstanding. With its prime location, excellent facilities, and thoughtful service, this hotel is undoubtedly the best choice when staying on Central Street, whether for a short trip or a longer exploration. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to any friends planning a visit!

Stayed two nights at the Shangri-La with my family (two adults, one child) during the May Day holiday. The lovely front desk staff upgraded our room upon check-in and gave my child a complimentary drink. The room, as others have mentioned, felt a little dated, but the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay, and we slept very well both nights. We had breakfast at 8 AM and didn't have to wait for a table. The location is superb, convenient for both taxis and the subway. I'd like to acknowledge that every staff member we encountered at this legitimate five-star hotel was incredibly warm and polite, demonstrating their professional service! A special shout-out to Wang Jingwen and Geng Jiamei. I recommend the Shangri-La.
Facilities: The room had everything we needed, and the amenities were well-stocked.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless and very clean.
Environment: The hotel is located right within the scenic area, so you step out and there's plenty to do.
Service: The short-haired girl at the front desk provided excellent service.
Overall: A reliable recommendation from a friend. I'll definitely be back for a second stay!
My daughter absolutely adored the slide room! The service was excellent, communication was prompt, and there's convenient free parking right next to the complex. The check-in instructions and directions sent beforehand were also very clear. It also offers a fantastic river view! The location is super convenient for getting around. My daughter loved it so much she didn't want to leave! Most importantly, it was impeccably clean, and all the facilities inside felt very safe for children.

The hotel experience was fantastic! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were complete, with efficient air conditioning, hot water, and reliable internet. The toiletries were also of good quality. The staff were warm and helpful, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and always ready to answer questions. The breakfast spread was extensive, with fresh and delicious ingredients. This place offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserI can truly call this guesthouse a boutique gem. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor, and the thoughtful service truly adds to its charm. The family suite features bunk beds, which is perfect for a family of four like ours.
The heating is excellent, and showering is convenient; you'll never feel cold indoors. Even when it's -20 degrees Celsius outside, you can comfortably wear a t-shirt inside.
The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the staff are attentive to every detail. You can bring any request to them, and they'll diligently assist. Every inquiry was met with a surprisingly positive response. Their meticulous service left us with a warm and wonderful experience during our trip.
The guesthouse's own restaurant was also full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it might not be as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it had a great balance of meat and vegetables, and both Chinese and Western dishes were available. The owner even prepared dishes according to guests' preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lunch and dinner were made to order. The ingredients were fresh and never skimped on, and the tables and cutlery were clean and neat. Every detail reflected the owner's meticulous management philosophy.
More than half of the other guests staying there were from overseas. Everyone got along harmoniously and chatted happily at the guesthouse, unlike the isolated rooms of a five-star hotel where there's no interaction. This place felt more like a community of neighbors, where strangers became friends within the guesthouse.

PPiaomeiyouluThe soundproofing is really poor; I could hear people talking outside at normal volume as if they were in the same room. There was dust on the table and TV stand, and some stains on the bedding. There was a large silverfish on the wall? I called the front desk and someone came quickly to remove it, but the room wasn't even damp. The facilities aren't new; it's just an ordinary hotel with an old TV, old doors, and an outdated environment. The air conditioning comes from a central vent near the door, and the room isn't very big. The shower was decent. The front desk service was pretty good; the tea was hot, and there was a self-service coffee machine. The outlets in the room had a slight electrical leakage, especially with Apple phones. And every time I pressed the elevator button on the 8th floor, I'd get a small shock.

Ssusan ieThe best host in my trip!! Very helpful with all our inquiries, would try to find the best solutions to our problems, and provided almost everything we need!!
They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!
HHuanggBooked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable.
I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station.
To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax.
Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.
GGuest UserThis hotel offers a free shuttle service, and the bathrooms are well-equipped with a stable hot water supply. There's a backyard garden for exercise, and the toiletries are of good quality, showing great attention to detail. It's located near Sunac Land, and the common areas are clean and elegant. The environment is quiet, free from noisy disturbances, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure. The bedding is warm and comfortable, the service is excellent, and it offers great value for money. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel!

MM2d0p7jkk****I never expected to find such a peaceful haven right in the middle of a bustling city. The soundproofing in the rooms is surprisingly good; once you close the door, you're completely cut off from the outside noise. What impressed me most was the bathroom – the shower had amazing water pressure, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. For anyone looking for a moment of tranquility during their travels, this place is an excellent choice.

3300752****Located at the North Pole, right next to the river, you can stargaze from your room. It's a standard, old-fashioned hotel; it seems to have underfloor heating, the room was quite warm, and the bed was clean and comfortable.
ZZhuqueqiwuThe rooms were incredibly tidy and clean, with options for both traditional 'kang' beds and regular beds. This is a comprehensive resort hotel that offers both accommodation and dining. We initially stayed for one night and then extended for another. The owners and their family were so incredibly warm and hospitable! They provided all the ski gear – suits, hats, and goggles – completely free of charge. They picked us up from Yabuli West Railway Station and provided transfers to the ski resort. They even helped us book discounted tickets and ski passes, and connected us with excellent, affordable instructors. We'll definitely come back to Yabuli to ski again and stay here! Highly recommend it to everyone.
