Romantic Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Northeast China, even better than some older five-star places. It has a unique character and excellent service! The hotel has a lot of style, and it would be perfect for photos, but unfortunately, we were in a rush. When we returned from being out, we found complimentary welcome fruit, and there was also afternoon tea with delicious pastries and fruit. The hotel service was also fantastic; the staff were incredibly patient, and the young men and women were all so good-looking! Breakfast was also great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Upon check-in, the queue was chaotic; anyone could cut in, and those who waited patiently were always last. The staff initially didn't manage it well. As for the room, I booked a suite, but it wasn't particularly useful, just a bit more spacious. My child could run around, and it would be nice for having tea with friends. However, the 'tea room' had no door, which felt odd when trying to sleep. Overall, the room was decent. Regarding the complimentary refreshments, they were delivered between 4-5 PM on the first day and at 3 PM on the second. Interestingly, on the third day, a note was left on the door saying the 'Do Not Disturb' option was selected, so they didn't deliver, and I needed to dial '0' for service. However, even after I called, nothing was sent. Furthermore, our room was only hastily cleaned around 5 PM that day, right in front of us when we returned. We had specifically asked for it to be cleaned that morning around 10 AM when we ran into the cleaning staff across the hall. Now, about the breakfast. The variety was good and quite unique. However, the service quality needs improvement. Ms. Huang Yanhua provided excellent service on the first and third days. Seeing I was with my child, she proactively helped me get drinks and even got my child some 3D yogurt. Another auntie was also great, though I don't know her name. Overall, the location is good, but the service needs to be better. The 5-star rating for service is entirely due to Ms. Huang Yanhua and the other auntie in the breakfast restaurant.

An incredibly satisfying hotel stay, I wholeheartedly recommend it! Our experience was excellent from start to finish; the staff greeted us with warm, welcoming smiles. The hotel lobby is modern and elegant. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with everything neatly arranged. It was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, everything was superb, and I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to everyone. The rooms are very clean. You can arrange private transportation through the hotel staff. The chef makes delicious food, so you don't need to eat out. The hotel can also arrange all the activities you need, making the trip very smooth and enjoyable. But above all, I want to thank and appreciate all the staff who helped me find my lost phone while doing activities in the mountains. Everyone helped me so much, even in freezing weather, and even stayed up late without expecting anything in return. I was very impressed with this place and will definitely return if I have the chance

The location is unbeatable, super convenient, right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The room was also very warm and I was very satisfied with the overall service, especially the lobby manager who was very enthusiastic and helpful. I'll definitely choose Manhattan again next time I'm in Harbin.

The location is fantastic! St. Sophia Cathedral is right downstairs, and Daoli Vegetable Market is just across the street. We took a nice evening stroll to enjoy the night views. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The customer service was excellent; they were super quick to address any issues. We had a very pleasant stay. Plus, there's a small room to store luggage, so you don't have to worry about carrying it around while exploring. There's also a clothing store downstairs, so you can easily pick up any hats or gloves you might need. Getting to the Ice and Snow World is easy by taxi or subway. Super satisfied! I highly recommend the scenic view king room; the round bed room's windows aren't very well sealed, so it can get a bit chilly.

An absolutely incredible experience! [Strong][Strong][Strong] This time, my two friends and I stayed at the Junyi Hotel (Central Street Branch), a hidden gem tucked away on an unassuming street. The location is superb, just a few steps from Central Street, with tons of authentic local restaurants nearby. The hotel itself boasts a luxurious yet elegant and warm style, with top-notch facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The Russian-style afternoon tea, available almost all day, was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was dazzling; in addition to the buffet with various local specialties, there were three delicious set menus to choose from. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. What truly stood out was the hotel staff's incredibly attentive and devoted service – it’s been a long time since I've experienced such high-quality service. For me, a seasoned traveler who spends half the year in hotels around the world, this was an unforgettable experience. A huge thumbs up to them! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Central Street, making it super convenient for getting around. They offer complimentary congee and steamed buns, plus delicious frozen pears and frozen persimmons. The only downside is that the room is incredibly small – I couldn't even fully open my suitcase. Luckily, they gave me a room with a balcony, otherwise, there would be no space for my thick coats.

The hotel is located in Songbei District and shares an entrance with a coffee shop. My destinations for this trip were the Polarland, Sun Island, and the Siberian Tiger Park. A taxi ride from the hotel to these places cost around 17 yuan. While there's no dedicated parking, it's very easy to find parking nearby. The hotel environment is nice, and the cleanliness is excellent. It offers great value for money. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room, which is a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

The hotel's location is excellent, right within the scenic area, making getting around very convenient. I don't want to lower the rating and discredit the hotel staff, who genuinely put in a lot of effort for every guest. The hotel owner should feel lucky to have such wonderful employees. My five stars are for the security guard and front desk staff who helped and received me. I'd also like to privately inform the owner that some facilities need improvement. With such a great location, not every guest will overlook issues just because of the staff's kindness. Some might feel that since they paid for the room, service should be a given, especially since it's a three-star hotel charging four-star prices due to its location. So, improving the facilities to match the staff's personalized service would make it perfect. Regarding the facilities, it was very cold on the first day; the heating couldn't keep up with the sudden temperature drop. On the second day, I was terrified when a large piece of plaster filler fell from the ceiling in the middle of the night.
