I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) The hotel is located near College Station, which makes transportation incredibly convenient – the location is pretty good. Room cleanliness was average, but the facilities are quite old. The downside is the soundproofing is really poor; I frequently heard noise. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible and often wouldn't connect. Breakfast options were standard and didn't change daily, but it tasted pretty good. Overall, the hotel service was quite thoughtful.

We booked a 3 night stay at the Grand Georgian and had a wonderful time. We came the week before March Break and were lucky enough to feel like we had the village to ourselves. Check-in was easy and quick. Parking was convenient. Everything we needed was a minutes-walk away. The kitchenettes are well stocked (toaster, kettle, cutting boards, etc.). My son loved the hot tub(s!) and sauna. I wish the fitness room had free weights/dumbbells. The best meal from our stay was at Mother Tongue.

Rooms was big and spacious. Updated bathroom with standing shower. Clean and comfy. Location is great right outside (literally across) of the Niagara outlet collection. Parking on site is available for a fee of 15 CAD (2023)

Very good family hotel, more than 100 years of history, the combination of ancient and modern. The breakfast food is large and tastes good. The only room will be loud when you walk.

Requested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

Family-friend trip. Somehow all of the instructions provided to trip.com when we made the reservation was never communicated to the hotel as we booked two rooms and one with a pet. We also put the second room under another name on trip.com which seems like the message was never passed on so there was a confusion at the beginning. Thankfully there was a room available for pet dog. However the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Parking for hotel visitors are $20 with unlimited in and out which was not listed on trip.com. Wish Trip.com could provide more information

Excellent hotel situated in the heart of the Toronto Financial District. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the executive suite which I never wanted to leave!!
