This was my second stay at Violet Hotel and it was as good as my first trip. I honestly love this hotel for its calm, quiet, and clean environment. It is ideal for families because of all its facilities, its breakfast buffet is a perfect blend of dishes, and its location is ideal for anyone performing Umrah. It has a 24/7 shuttle service and you can also get a cab for 10-15 riyals to Haram, which takes around 5 min. The shuttle drops you at the Ajyad street from there it's a 5-7 min walk to King Abdul Aziz Gate. The return spot is the same. Cabs usually drop you right at the Abdul Aziz Gate, no walk. So it's your choice. For the prices they charge, this hotel is excellent value for money. I happily prefer it over the hotels located near Haram but are crowded and don't offer much in terms of facilities

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff at the reception were polite and helpful. However, I faced a major issue with the Wi-Fi in my room. I called the reception several times to report that the internet was not working. Each time, I was informed that the IT team had checked and confirmed that the Wi-Fi was working properly. Unfortunately, when I returned to my room, the issue was still not resolved. After calling the reception again, I was told once more that the IT technician confirmed everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi continued not to work. This was disappointing, especially since reliable internet is very important during a hotel stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves coordination between the IT team and reception.

The property is Gorgeous and great location amazing hospitality from front desk staff to house keeping and room service. Very welcoming and helpful people Rooms are sound proof. You don’t hear anything the silence was extremely peaceful. The beds and amenities were amazing too. Very comfortable and spacious. Balcony was a plus definitely. I do suggest keeping some outdoor furniture there

I just wanted a quiet place to relax, but I did not get that. There were a lot of families with lots of children running around, and even in my room I couldn’t sleep at night because I could hear the children in the room next door screaming. The hotel couldn’t move me because they were full. I don’t understand why the rooms aren’t sound isolated for the price we are paying. The pool area was also constantly having kids running around. I was also disappointed that I had to cover up at the pool. All my Saudi friends told me in fancy hotels you can wear bikini so was very disappointed that I had to cover up, The food - I had a club sandwich that was awful, and I payed 75 SAR so I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of those ingredients. However the other meals especially dinner and deserts were very good. The Spa area when I went didn’t have anyone to help me.

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was outstanding, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Good location, nice small and cozy clean rooms. Just discovered that level M has a nice recreation place suitable to have small business meetings or to get together. Avoid moving to Adagio as an upgrade because that's more of apartments. Good for family stay at Adagio.

The hotel was really nice, everything went smooth and really appreciate all the stuff of doing good job. I rarely staid at the hotel because I was in the mosque all the time or out but I come to the hotel for rest. The only issue I consider has to be mentioned and I am not complaining at all, under the beds there were some of food like chocolate or something that was not cleaned. This is only to improve because a such hotel must have everything under control. I will be back on November, and I will surely book through you Ruba hotel. Regards!

I spent three days in this Hotel. The location is good as it is within walking distance to the beach side (note the beach is not swimable) and it’s closed to a few food court and shopping centre. The Hotel had a gym and sauna. Facilities in gym are not well maintained but sauna dan swimming pool are good. Food is not bad for an Indonesian Australian tongue. Service is very good thanks for some staffs that could speak English (mostly Bangladesh). The distance to the airport is around 20-25 minutes so that’s one of the drawbacks. I will recommend this hotel

The accommodation they gave me was a two-story unit, but for the 550 Riyals I paid, it wasn't worth it. It should have been much cheaper because there were no services or facilities, just rooms.

The hotel is beautiful in every small detail. The only thing it lacks is good customer service at the reception. Some of the staff lack courtesy and smiles, and can be provoking. Remind them that this is the core of their job.
