It's been a while since I've given anyone a bad review. This time, I was in Yekaterinburg for an extended period because a colleague was too lazy to switch hotels, and we needed a washing machine for a long business trip. I'll review it point by point. **Amenities:** Why two stars? The hotel was recently renovated, and there was a smell in the room, but I grudgingly accepted it given the price. When booking, make sure to look at the pictures, not just the description. Not every room has a washing machine, and there are definitely no two 1.8-meter king beds; not even one – the largest is 1.5 meters. The original description for this suite also stated two 1.8-meter king beds plus a sofa. I stayed in this room on the first day, and since there were two of us, we were dumbfounded when we walked in to find only one bedroom with one bed. The washing machine doesn't have a drying function; you can only hang clothes on the drying rack above it. Try to wash and hang your clothes early, or they won't dry in time. They've since changed the description to one 1.8-meter king bed. **Environment:** There's not much to say about the environment. It's decorated like a serviced apartment, and the surrounding area is a bit out of the way, so it feels a bit low-end. **Service:** I could grudgingly give the service on the first day a high score because the description said there were two 1.8-meter king beds, but there was only one, and the front desk gave me an additional room without charge. The truly awful experience was during my second stay. I'm going to review my order point by point to help others avoid this trap.

I was fully delighted with my stay at the Vysotsky Hotel. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel team offering an appreciation for an incredible Junior room with a stunning view on both sides of the city. It was a real gift from each side opened a unique panoramic view that gave a special atmosphere to my rest. The room was not only beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable here was everything to feel like home, but at the same time in the atmosphere of true luxury. Attention to the details in the interior, the quality of service and the general mood of the hotel have made my stay truly unforgettable. I would like to note Alexander on the respiratory his delicacy and sincere care created a sense of warm reception from the first minutes. He paid great attention to all my wishes, was incredibly polite, obstructive and professional. Thanks to him, I felt really welcome. Such staff is the real person of the hotel, and it is thanks to such people who want to come back again and again. Special thanks to the whole team for the atmosphere of comfort, attention and perfect service. The ”Vysotsky” is not just a high-class accommodation, it is a real sense of concern, style and level. 1. Location is good (in terms of ecology and silence - in the forest array, pine, air). 2. This and minus delivery from good restaurants is not going here. 3. Breakfast is continental (I lived 3 days, the first breakfast was with a hot dish (omlet), the second without it). Breakfast for an adult is small. 4. Service is normal. 5.
