The pool, beds, tv and air con were great. The couch in the room was so uncomfortable, it gave me a sore back. It is disappointing that they have taken the kitchens out of the room as difficult to feed a family with no microwave. We love the pool and location so we probably would go again.

Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic . I was disappointed with the hotel rooms as they are old and needs updating to match the rest of the hotel standards and furnishings. Service was quite slow even though it was not busy for a Monday. The iPad in the room that controls the blinds and lights only working when it wanted to. Very over priced for accommodation and food.

Mandurah Quay Resort is a very family-oriented run resort. Full of friendly and helpful staff who are always there to help you. It resides at a quiet corner of mandurah which gives you the peaceful which any urban hectic human needs. Book a 2rooms Spa apartment where I can enjoy the jacuzzi amenities within the room. Room was spacious and clean. Very decent value for its price. If you like to have some fun, can loan the crab pots and various equipment from the hotel owner/staff who are more than willing to go the extra miles. Dropping point is at the jetty within walking distance. Can also drive around to visit the Giant of Mandurah who are sited in magnificent sceneries. Beautiful , huge and yet can feel the freedom and friendliness of the giant.

Picked this location for the nearby scenic visits (lake cave, mammoth cave, surfer point etc). Stayed in room 106 (2 bedrooms apartment),a block behind the reception block, the wifi signal kept dropping out. Feedbacks but without much help. Recommended that you’ve own huge datas. One of the rooms facing the mountain view is colder than the other, having heater in the living room doesnt help at all. Bed firmness is weak so sharing couple may not have the good rest. Comes with washer and dryer, great for longer stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.

The decoration is warm, very comfortable and very comfortable. Especially the surrounding scenery is amazing and pleasant, it is very suitable for walking around. Not far from the town, about 10 minutes drive. In short, very recommended!

Cons: parking a bit limited, unsecure. Elevator is functional but a bit scary for my partner. A microwave or similar would have been nice? Or even just cutlery? In places, property is showing age but within reason. Noise through floors/walls from other guests, even closing doors a floor above is very audible let alone TV/etc Shower head needed descaling and was a bit erratic Pros: On beachfront, although our view was a bit obstructed. Dining next door has always been excellent, great food. Room was large, functional, and quite clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, pillows pleasant and linen clean. Check in and out was easy and simple. Overall, I'd stay here again and plan to book a room again in December. Our 2 nights here were great, and watching the water from our table having dinner in the rain was fantastic. If you're expecting a 5-star resort, you'll be dissapointed. If you want a clean, large, comfortable room, in a good location and easy access to good food (recommend the fish and chip shop 5 mins away), and just a pleasant beach front stay? Book here.

A little hideaway in the Perth suburbs. It was a lovely stay with very friendly staff. The only let down was the bathroom, it wasn't an enjoyable shower first thing in the morning being scalded and then then chilled continuously. The mirror is so old that it's been cleaned so much that the reflective surface is getting rubbed off.

TTisna IskPerfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

GGuest UserI am writing this to warn other travelers about a major security and privacy failure we experienced at Duxton Hotel WA. Upon returning to our room at 8:55 PM, we were shocked to find our room door fully open and propped up with a wooden door wedge. Our room was located near the elevator, meaning our personal belongings and privacy were completely exposed to every passerby for nearly 5 hours (housekeeping finished at 4:30 PM). The most disappointing part was the management's response. They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, but like most Australian hotels, it didn't offer any amenities. The location was fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk to the shopping center and many restaurants! Parking was available at the adjacent Wilson's, which was pretty convenient. We got a daily pass from the front desk for $20, which is half the price of places like Pan Pacific. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserI very much appreciate Andrea, the hotel manager’s help to upgrade my room so that I could enjoy my 5-day stay in Coma. Andrea’s sincere and considerate attitude towards guests is very impressive. Thanks again. The location of the hotel is almost perfect, the upgraded room is very spacious: simple but cozy. However, the carpets of the corridors, the sofa of the lobby, the facilities of the hotel and the training of the staff have much room for improvement.

GGuest UserWhat a stay! Clean, spacious and super quiet room. Huge beautiful bathroom and dressing area. Best beds ever. Loved the pool. Restaurants were pricey but top notch food and service. Easy walking distance to so many places. What made this stay though was the exceptional staff and their hospitality

GGuest UserThe check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

IIlia MA pleasant hotel with discreet service. The breakfast restaurant is excellent. However, the amenities in the rooms, especially the bathroom, are poorly designed: the showerhead is fixed to the wall, and there's no door to close the shower cabin.
