Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

The location is superb just walk to the amusement park. There are too many cards to bring along. If could simplify will be the best. The fridge wasn't cold enough and the towel smells.. the sponge used for washing dishes as quite gross I don't really dare to use much. Other than that, the stay was great. The kids love it.

I've stayed here several times, and I'm always satisfied. It's right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. On New Year's Eve, they prepared chicken congee, red bean congee, and soy milk – they were all incredibly delicious! The breakfast is always satisfying and plentiful. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and offers great views.

The hotel room was decent and clean. However, for some reason, all the windows were sealed off. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel wasn't very good. Check-in was incredibly slow, and I had to wait for a long time. On the bright side, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little over a kilometer from the train station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street.

Great place ! Good for relax . Receive warm welcome from the receptionist and the service staff . The staff picked us up from the carpark and help to check-in. Check-in process fast n smooth ,and serve with ice cream . The staff all are friendly . Room is clean and spacious with the amenities and gym,pool facilities. Like the quietness, spacious and friendly environment. They also provide us with a complimentary breakfast., simple local food. Overall stay is good but the area is still new,not develop yet hence the outside road abit bad, and try not to open the door which the flies will fly in

The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.

Basically the hotel is ok in term of location and service. If they can improve below 2 items then it is even better. a. Breakfast choice. Maybe i stay at monday but its choice is really limited. b. Swimming Pool. If the close time can be extend to 10pm instead of 7pm then it is good.

The place was good but its in a residential area and can be difficult to locate. The worse part was the bathroom. The bath tub drainage was very bad and it overflow into the room. This cause a very slippery floor and quite dangerous especially with soapy water. The management should looks into this before and serious injury occurs.

Booked the villa for my birthday celebration, dined in Jeff cellar restaurant. Both the hotel & restaurant service are top notch. The staff is very attentive & friendly, as well the buggy service arrive after few minutes we call.. also enjoy their yoga activities, a short gateway from the busy city, living in the nature space. Highly recommend for couple to do their honeymoon or celebration here ..

The environment is very clean, and the public facilities are complete. My family and I are very satisfied.
