Spent 3 days and 2 nights at Sunway Lost World of Tambun and didn't want to leave! 🥹 We stayed at the Lost World Hotel this time, and it was incredibly thoughtful! ✔️ The room was clean and comfortable. ✔️ Super close to the theme park, within walking distance. ✔️ They even give you two free tickets every night! It's such a great deal. We spent our days enjoying the water park and evenings soaking in the hot springs and taking in the night views – total relaxation mode activated! ✨ I could absolutely repeat this kind of vacation rhythm. ♨️💙

The place is clean and overlooking the park. The space is just right for 8 of us. Easy check in. Thanks for allocating two parking spaces near the lift entrance. Will be great to have bathroom slippers. The bathroom floor is a little slippery for seniors like me. Please check the water heater, the hot water supply is not consistent.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the best things about it is its incredibly convenient location. The hotel is situated right next to a shopping mall, which made everything so much easier during my trip. Whether I needed food, shopping, or just a place to relax, everything was just a short walk away. The accessibility to nearby amenities really enhanced my overall experience. It saved me a lot of time and effort, especially after a long day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a great location.

The location was very strategic for me and my buddy. The amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean. The ambience were nice. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Great place ! Good for relax . Receive warm welcome from the receptionist and the service staff . The staff picked us up from the carpark and help to check-in. Check-in process fast n smooth ,and serve with ice cream . The staff all are friendly . Room is clean and spacious with the amenities and gym,pool facilities. Like the quietness, spacious and friendly environment. They also provide us with a complimentary breakfast., simple local food. Overall stay is good but the area is still new,not develop yet hence the outside road abit bad, and try not to open the door which the flies will fly in

First time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back. P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

The place was good but its in a residential area and can be difficult to locate. The worse part was the bathroom. The bath tub drainage was very bad and it overflow into the room. This cause a very slippery floor and quite dangerous especially with soapy water. The management should looks into this before and serious injury occurs.

A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.

The guard are very friendly and prepare well for the guests who check in.
