Hotels With Pools in Perak, Malaysia

Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

Value for money choice. I stay at Weil hotel for 5day4nights. Its lobby connects to shopping plaza enterance. It provides you shopping choice even rainy day. Staff attutide is excellent and helpful. The room space is  big enough, comfort ventilation. They offer delicious , greate variety food breakfast. You can taste famous local food in one place, there.  Thank you Weil Hotel. The property is surrounded by a construction site which they worked through the Saturday and Sunday until very late. It caused a noisy environment and hard to get to sleep.

Room was spacious and clean and bed was very comfortable. Can get grab or drive to nearby attractions Tasik Cermin 1 or 2 mirror lake, San Po cave, old towns and shopping centres. Quiet environment.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is strategic.Hawker stalls are nearby and plenty of choices even by walking distance.It’s definitely convenient and it’s located inside taiping mall.

A very nice place for family trip. Friendly staffs and pool accessible rooms available.

the house was so welcoming and suits for our family of 5. the rooms are spacious and clean. we will come back again the view of the hill and the surrounding was so breathtaking and relax . we really love it

Hotel Grand Baron is a great place to stay if you want quiet and peaceful hotel. About 2 km from Taiping center, so you might need to drive or take a cab/grab to move around Taiping town. But if you like the nature, it is quite near to Burmese pool, Bukit Larut, Zoo Taiping and Taman Tasik Taiping

It was a very mixed experience. The little container was sweet and very comfortable with the curtains closed. Bed and pillows were good quality.  Staff were lovely and very attentive.  The pool was busy with Muslims so I didn’t feel comfortable getting in it with my semi naked body. The container was right next to the pool so it felt very exposed especially when the pool was busy and who wants to close their curtains in the middle of the day?  I asked if I could swim once the pool was empty, however this was after 8pm and the pool was closed. This policy needs to be reviewed for residents of the pool side rooms.  It felt a bit like a halal leasure centre so that wasn’t relaxing when I was looking forward to hanging out at the pool.  The sounding area is beautiful and Taiping is beautiful.  Saying this it wouldn’t stop me from staying again. There were more positives than negatives.

The hotel room is providing advance technology like Bluetooth mirror and toilet… there free snacks from the hotel and there facial scans for easier convenient.
