Came here for one night on business trip and the location is convenient. The hotel’s service is attentive, with smiles greeted when you enter and exit. The room is clean and hygienic. High cost performance, recommend staying!

We loved everything about this resort. The room was spacious, very friendly and helpful reception staff. They were able to arrange a taxi for us for both days to do some sightseeing and transfer to Mandalay. The buffet breakfast was very good and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The pool and garden is lovely, ideal for the beautiful sunset in the evening overlooking the river.

The territory of the hotel is very large, and to get to the lobby or other areas, you can use comfortable golf carts - it is very comfortable, especially in such heat. The room was spacious, with a gorgeous view of the temples of Bagan. My villa had a bathtub with a jacuzzi, from which you could enjoy the view of the temples - it was simply amazing! There was also a shower in the room, and all the amenities are at a high level. However, it is worth noting that there was very little body cream, and I would like there to be more of it. The service at the hotel is excellent: all the staff are always friendly, smiling, ready to help. This makes the stay even more comfortable. I was especially pleased that they offered a complimentary extension of the room for a late check-out - this was very thoughtful of them, since my check-out was at 5 pm. The only thing that left a slightly unpleasant impression was the confusion with the transfer to the bus. At first they told me that the bus picks you up directly from the hotel, and then it turned out that this was not the case, which was an unexpected expense. As for the food, the breakfasts at the hotel were varied and very tasty. The menu included not only traditional dishes, but also grain coffee, which was certainly pleasing. I especially want to note that when I asked to replace regular milk with coconut milk, they brought it to me without any problems - this was a pleasant and thoughtful gesture. The hotel also has two restaurants with excellent service and delicious food. And for additional comfort, upon check-in, there was a free set of drinks in the minibar: Coca-Cola, Sprite and two types of beer, as well as local sweets as a gift. The SPA is especially worth mentioning - I had a massage every day, and it was a great addition to the holiday. The massage there is really good and worth the money (20,000-35,000 kip). There is also a viewing platform next to the hotel with views of the temples of Bagan. It costs 5 dollars, but the view is truly stunning, especially if you come at sunrise and sunset. The landscapes around the hotel are incredible, and the territory itself is buried in greenery. This place is ideal for relaxing and hiding from the heat. Even in April, when the temperature was under 40 degrees, the hotel was very comfortable. Result: The hotel is completely worth its price. This is a great place for those who are looking for privacy, beautiful nature, varied and delicious food, as well as high-quality service. Despite minor misunderstandings with the transfer, I do not regret my choice at all. This is a place worth visiting, and I will gladly come back here again!

I didn't expect the Samsung hotel rooms to be equipped with bathtubs, and the pool and gym environment was also very good. The room is very spacious and the service is very detailed. The hotel is said to have opened last year. The facilities are newer than other hotels in Mandalay. It feels that it has reached the 4-star standard and will choose next time.

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

The hotel is a friendly hotel, but a little old at the level of the facilities. The room was very good and very good. The staff are ready to make you service. Old indoor pool, really unrecommended.
