Overall it's good. The surrounding area is relatively safe, there are many restaurants, and the flow of people is not urgent. The only drawback is that the elevator does not require a key to go up, but everything else is generally OK.

Casablanca was just a transit point for us, and we stayed here three times in total. The hotel isn't super luxurious, but the rooms are spacious and clean, and the shower pressure is excellent and very comfortable. I'm very satisfied with my choice.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

The room is very spacious. You can see the old city and mosque in the distance outside the window. It is very close to the train station, so it is very convenient to take a train from the entrance or go to other cities. There are some constructions around and it will be a bit noisy during the day. The hotel is I only ate in the restaurant once and came back late. However, the food was served so slowly that I almost fell asleep. Even though I was given two mojitos, it was still a bit underwhelming for this level.
My sister and I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk and concierge team, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.
We had a room on the 18th floor, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque—such a peaceful and scenic spot.
A special shoutout to Youssef from the concierge team, who truly went above and beyond. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, offering great recommendations for places to eat, and helped us with booking a taxi on our last day. the hotel is nice and clean,serving good breakfast as well. even i made a mistake with a wrong date when i was doing the reservation,but it was fully understood by the manager and ladies in reception,they helped correct the date without extra charge,really appreciate the flexibility and kindness of the staff of this hotel,excellent experience

MManfred JamesCheck-in was a nightmare. First they couldn't find my booking so sent me to the sister hotel saying I must be booked there. I wasn't but at least that chap was helpful, found the booking and accompanied me back to the first hotel where he explained to the first recptionist how to do his job. A rather disgruntled fellow finally issued my key but need to charge me local tax. Didn't want to take local money - had no change, and tried to make me use a card for a couple of £ , hence incurring charges, exchange rate discrepancies etc. In the end I lost my cool and just started to walk away - they suddenly found change!
But the hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, much better than the Odomo I used last time. Shuttle bus every half hour compared to the every hour at the other place. I will use it again.

YYUIf you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.
