My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel. Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long. Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints. Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

I really like this hotel. The staff are very competent and friendly. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. There's also a gym and a pool with a jacuzzi.

Bad things: Only one thing. PILLOWS. The worst pillows I have ever slept on. Basically they are made of textile waste. No joke. It's such a shame. From my point of view – it's disrespectful towards customers. Good things: 1. Location. Only 10 minutes from airport. 2. Breakfast was PERFECT. Best hotel breakfast in Marocco. (*unfortunately, their branch at Casa Oasis doesn't have a good breakfast)

This hotel is a gem! The value for money is excellent. It's very clean, and the room smells lovely. A special thank you for the room choice – the ocean view is breathtaking. The location is convenient too: it's a stone's throw from the beach and close to shops/cafes.

I had a wonderful stay at Polar Bear Hotel in Casablanca. The owner is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. She cooked delicious homemade food and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. She even kindly offered airport transfers and was always available to help whenever needed. Unfortunately, I was scammed by a local taxi driver who falsely claimed he was sent by the hotel. As a solo traveler, this was quite stressful. However, the owner was genuinely concerned about my situation and did everything she could to assist and support me. Her care and kindness made a huge difference. When you travel alone, meeting people who genuinely look after you is priceless. The hospitality here felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. Thank you for your kindness and for making my stay in Casablanca such a positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and caring host.

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

This hotel is great, right by the ocean, facing the Atlantic. There's a mall nearby, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The front desk service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Casablanca.

I booked a twin room with a city view, and when I checked in, I asked the front desk for a room with a better view. To my delight, I was upgraded to a sea view room! From the room, I could see the Hassan II Mosque and the ocean, which was a fantastic view. However, there were some issues with the facilities. The shower drain was severely clogged, and there was only one bathrobe in a double room, and only one mouthwash cup in the bathroom. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't bother to complain. It felt like the hotel's hygiene and service weren't up to standard. I hope my review helps them improve their service quality.

If you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.
