Hotels With Pools in Sihanoukville Province, Cambodia

The hotel looks new (some floors still being furnished) and the rooms are clean and decent size. The room has a small fridge, tv and kettle and a comfortable bed. Nice view over the ocean The pool is in the front overlooking the beach here is a restaurant on the 11th floor but that was closed although they say it opens for breakfast. The signe also mentioned a sky bar but that was not there yet. The beach is right across the road, in the morning high tide, and not busy. Do note that this beach is about 6km from the city centre (15,000 Riel each way by Tuk Tuk) and in the surrounding area there are a few restaurants and the odd small local shop.

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Sihanoukville. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and very comfortable. The service from the staff was outstanding ,everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We were also very impressed with the food. The meals were delicious, with a great variety of choices and high quality ingredients. Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing. We greatly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the team. We would definitely recommend Novotel Sihanoukville to our friends and colleagues and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This resort is massive but thankfully you can ask for an electric buggy to take you around. Be prepared for steps and steep hills everywhere! We stayed in the pod village and took a buggy to breakfast and the main hotel building, and from the ocean pool back to our room. The ocean pool is large with a stunning view over the water. There were several loungers there, some shaded, some not. The smaller pool by the main reception was much quieter with less people. Breakfast was a bit limited in options but ok, you had to queue for eggs, bacon or sausages. The Sunset restaurant had beautiful views over the ocean and beach. You either walked down many stairs or took the elevator down to the beach. The staff here were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our small dog was welcome, with only a small pet fee to pay.

Only spent a night. Upmonntjebgill overlooking the small city. I had a full bachelor suite with fridge and all the basics of a much longer stay. No cooking wear but I bet it’s brought into room if asked for on a longer stay The things I cared about I was happy with. Water pressure was good temperature controlled. Bed was the regional foam mattress that is common here and I’m not small, it was soft enough. Nice.

Excellent hotel with great service. They have hot water, WiFi, a pool, and a bathtub. The room facilities are well-maintained. To access the rooms, you need your hotel card to activate the elevator, ensuring total comfort and security. I stayed for 3 days, 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are very new, having been built just last year. There are two main issues: (1) Hotel staff are not responsive to guest inquiries smoothly. For example, they are unable to answer questions about restaurant hours, airport pickup requests, or room changes, requiring guests to consult colleagues (who then have to call to inquire further). (2) The balcony executive room I booked wasn't the best, but it was above average. The club downstairs closes at 1:25 am local time, which significantly disrupts guests' rest and is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. If this is a persistent problem, the hotel should add a note next to the room number on the booking platform and lower the room rate.

This hotel was okay but not great value for the price we paid. We ended up shortening the time here and spending another night at a near by hostel - think this shows the level of quality. The location is amazing but as is every beach front hotel/hostel on the *****. The pool here is nice but sun loungers could use an update as are quite dirty. The room is okay and has aircon, door didn’t fully shut so the curtains covering the door is covered with mosquitos trying to get in. We had to spray the gap in the door regularly with spray to keep them out. The shower was mid warm but low pressure and hung on the wall and had to hold in hand to keep up. The service at the front desk was fine but to the lowest standard we’ve had travelling. There was no added niceties or politeness. Check in took a while (20 mins) while there was no comment on why it was taking so long. Our room wasn’t even ready in this time period so we weren’t waiting for the room. Breakfast wasn’t great and they could really do with more staff. The poor waitress was run off her feet trying to clear plates, stock food and drinks back up but there was always big gaps. People were sitting at dirty tables with no cutlery just to sit down and start eating. Not the waitresses fault as she was working very hard just needed 3/4 more people. The privacy is nice but the amenities are worse than the hostels near by.

This place is a little slice of paradise. Great location in the middle of Saracen Bay, beautiful swimming pool with cosy cabanas and sun loungers. Lovely breakfast included with good food options - they have an on site baker so all bread is delicious, including pizza! Fire shows on the beach & live music, free kayaks available & you can book tours, get your laundry done, get a massage, whatever you need. In saying that, you are also close to all the other services on the island if you want some variety. The management & staff are super friendly & attentive. I’d go back there in a heartbeat!

A good option for an overnight stay before heading out to the islands. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, and the staff is attentive. In the morning, they provided a transfer to the pier, which is a 10-minute drive away. Upstairs, there's a huge, beautiful pool with city views. There's not much to do around the hotel itself, and Sihanoukville as a city didn't really impress us. The food at the restaurant was average and didn't particularly stand out.
