In between Phnom Penh and Techo Airport. Tuk Tuk Transport easy enough on the Grab App. Nearby is Spa, Restaurant, Pharmacy, Coffee Cafe. Florist Garden a long trek. Note: Dusty Roadside. Pool is nice, just one tatami area for cover. Room extremely clean. Front Desk staff amazing. Can modify breakfast as vegetarian if needed (Asian Noodles). AEON mall is a short ride. All amenities you need are in there, including kettle and slippers. Really lovely lobby and tea table area.

The room was OK and the price was good! But there were so few room types and it was hard to find a room. It was like a guesthouse in a factory area!

Very Good
Nice spot for a layover from the new airport, Techo. Comfortable room and nice little gym good for a late or early morning workout. Very good service at the front desk. Luggage service was helpful. Grab food will deliver from restaurants or Starbucks nearby. Hotel is very quick ride to the airport in the morning but traffic is a little slow in the evening. Hotel is new and needs a little more finishing, i.e. walls need plaster washing, and windows are not soundproof or double pane. Can hear traffic until late evening. Otherwise would stay again for a layover before a flight out of KTI.

The room is clean and the location is great, near the local market for selling fresh fruit and vegetables, we are quite satisfied with it.
