This is a fantastic resort! With the dinner and breakfast package, you practically don't need to leave the hotel for meals. The resort offers a wide range of entertainment facilities, including a swimming pool and a mini lazy river. The onsen (hot springs) are also excellent, with each bath providing a different scenic view. It's conveniently located about 1 km (a 15-minute walk) from Aso Station, making it very easy to get to the volcano crater.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite, with radiant smiles (the kind where even your eyes seem to smile). The front desk staff even came out to greet us when we checked out, offered to take commemorative photos, and helped us drive our car across the street. They greeted us again as we drove away; we truly felt their warmth and hospitality.
The room was also very large (super large for a pure Japanese-style room; I roughly counted over 25 tatami mats in the main space), and the view was fantastic, overlooking a river, with the sound of flowing water (of course, you had to open the window; the soundproofing was quite good).
The onsen (hot spring) is another highlight of the hotel. We took the hotel's free shuttle bus, which runs every 20-30 minutes from the hotel entrance. It takes you to the hotel's open-air onsen, which has five different types, all of which were amazing, though surprisingly few people were using them ๐๐๐ My friends also said it would be a worthwhile experience to stay here again.
The hotel has renovated some rooms and is fully equipped. The hot spring water is of excellent quality, and the private hot spring is very comfortable. The rooms are well-designed. There is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel, making it feel like a large supermarket.
Very close to the airport, the front desk speaks very good English and is very welcoming. There is also ice cream and hot springs โจ๏ธโจ๏ธ There is a humidifier in the room, a great place~
It was a very enjoyable trip ๐ The breakfast was delicious and beautiful. The service was impressive, and everyone's smiles were soothing. The view from the window was amazing, and I watched the sunset from my room. The historic hot spring was warm and comfortable. I want to go again โช
The hotel is located on the plateau plains, with fresh air and beautiful scenery nearby. However, the location is relatively remote and suitable for self-driving travelers. It is very close to Aso Volcano.
I stayed in the new hotel. Because it had just been renovated, the room was relatively large. The decoration of the room was very new and the layout was simple. The scenery outside the balcony was beautiful. It was a comfortable stay.
The front desk clerk is a foreigner, easy to communicate with and polite. When I asked if there was a room with a private hot spring pool that we could upgrade to, the waiter took the initiative to arrange a family bath for me to enjoy for free during our designated time period. This Very thoughtful.
The buffet dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel were average. The food was not rich in variety and not hot enough. This was the only thing that disappointed us.
The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The service is superb, and it's very conveniently located. It's probably the most luxurious hotel in the area, complete with indoor and outdoor hot springs!
The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno ็ซ้ station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano.
Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

SSukipigThe hotel is located on the mountain, the scenery is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, but it is not enough time, there is a hot spring, it is best to drive more convenient, the waiter will only speak Japanese when checking in, but it is polite, most of the hotel guests are Japanese, the breakfast is rich and delicious!
