I'm glad there's a hot spring and it's free to use. There's a coin laundry service. Everything on the breakfast buffet was delicious. I was glad they had chicken rice. I didn't get to try the ice cream or shaved ice, so I'd like to try those next time. The food at the restaurant was delicious, but I'm not sure how they serve the entire course meal in afternoon tea format. It would be nice if they offered more non-alcoholic drinks than just juices. It would be nice if they had more non-alcoholic cocktails. There's nothing nearby, but it's convenient because there's a decent selection of souvenirs. The bus to Kagoshima Airport is also a plus. I'd love to stay here again.

The chicken rice for breakfast was delicious. The sea view is wonderful. There was no drinking water pet in the refrigerator. It would be nice if it was also at the front desk with the menu images for breakfast and dinner.

This was once a luxurious hotel, but Yeltsin's time spared no one. He stayed here and even planted a tree. The spacious, well-maintained grounds offer beautiful views, three different restaurants for dinner with exquisite cuisine, sake tasting, sand bathing right on the hotel premises, a huge onsen, and the hotel's layout allows for privacy from other guests. However, the vacation was somewhat spoiled by the fact that the outdoor pool was closed and even bloomed in the first week of September, there's no private beach, and the beds and pillows in the European-style rooms are simply awful. Choose a traditional-style room with a sea view, and your stay will be unforgettable.

I was very satisfied with the service and location, but it was a shame that there were a few mosquitoes in the room. It would have been nice if they provided lotion and milky lotion.

This hotel is genuinely good. Even though the service industry in Japan generally maintains high standards, you can still feel a real sense of sincerity here. When I first checked in, it felt a bit dated, especially the elevator. The doors closed really fast, so you had to keep pressing the 'open' button. Several Japanese guests, being polite and letting others go first, ended up getting caught by the closing doors. The elevator also juddered when stopping at floors. Inside the room, the air conditioning wasn't warm enough, and I felt cold since the temperature had dropped. Following my usual practice, I gave the hotel some feedback and expressed my dissatisfaction. After a few exchanges, I found that they were very willing to resolve the issues. Specifically, on the second day of my stay, there was a mix-up with the travel agent, and my dinner reservation wasn't made. I had actually paid for dinner on both the second and third nights. When I approached the front desk about the problem, it was already past 5 PM, and I wanted to have dinner at 6 PM, so time was really tight. After some internal discussion, the hotel decided that since I had paid, they would figure out a way for me to have my meal, and then they would sort out the issue with the travel agent themselves later. At the time, I was quite upset and worried that a last-minute dinner might be subpar, as Japanese hotel restaurants usually prepare set meals in advance based on the number of guests. I also contacted Ctrip. The initial customer service representative had a rather indifferent attitude, but then another representative stepped in who was much more willing to please the customer, even offering compensation in the form of points. Customers understand that customer service reps also have tough jobs, but they still need to provide that emotional support, which is just how the market works. I also realized that in such situations, to get a meal, I still had to fight for my rights with the hotel myself, but I accepted Ctrip's small gesture of compensation. Later, when I went to the restaurant, I saw that a set meal had indeed been arranged for me. While it was a bit rushed and didn't have as much variety as other hotels, the portion size was generous, and the staff's service attitude was absolutely delightful. So, I didn't raise any more concerns. Overall, the hotel staff were truly dedicated to providing good service. The aging facilities are just something that can't be helped, and it's already one of the most prestigious hotels in the area, hosting many annual company parties and coming-of-age ceremonies. Despite some negative news, Ctrip remains the most user-friendly app. I travel frequently and often switch between different apps, but I always find Ctrip to be the most convenient. I hope Ctrip's service quality doesn't decline during this economic downturn.

Facilities: Formerly the Royal Hotel, the west wing has only undergone exterior renovations. Therefore, I booked the newly renovated east wing. The rooms are predominantly wooden, and the twin-bed Japanese-Western style rooms are quite nice. The onsen (hot spring) is a mild sulfur spring, and the outdoor pool is nice. However, it's not the main sulfurous white spring in the area; those would likely be more therapeutic. There's a heated swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a playroom, and a children's play area. Cleanliness: Good Environment: Located next to Takachiho Ranch, it's situated on high ground, offering views of Sakurajima to the south, making it a good spot for sunset viewing. Service: Good. Semi-electric bicycles are available for rent, currently free.

The room is comfortable and the scenery is pleasant. The sea water hot spring is the first time. I like it very much. The hotel is generally catered. The lobster season also ordered butter lobster, but there are two fees: service fee ➕ handling fee, almost all over Japan, the first time I met

えりぽんI used this hotel for a short trip with my husband after work (we wanted to go to Kirishima Shrine)! First, we were given a welcome drink of sweet potato shochu and tea, typical of Kagoshima, and everyone was having a good time. I also had some tea, and the staff were very polite and I felt that they were proud of the hotel. ^_^ First, we went to the family bath, and it was a very relaxing space where we could relax. There was a coffee meal set, and I had never made my own coffee, but I was able to spend a relaxing time enjoying delicious coffee! The wonderful tools make it a picture. ♪ The large public bath was also okay. I went there thinking it would be just normal and clean, but it was very Japanese and stylish, and had a different atmosphere from the hotel's front desk and rooms, and it was very nice! There were several types of amenities to choose from, such as shampoo, and I thought, wow! I wanted to try this! I was happy. My husband is tall. I wrote that in the comments section, and they prepared loungewear in a larger size for us, and we had a much more enjoyable time than we expected! My husband doesn't go to hot springs very often, but it was so good that I forced him to go, and he was so happy too! (*Ü*)♡ I'm really glad we were able to make some good memories♪

ZzizibehappyA hot spring hotel near the sea, a ten-story Japanese-style sea view room, with an unobstructed sea view outside the window, the scenery is very good. I gave you a sand bath coupon for the hotel's own sand bath hot spring, so you don't even have to go to the Sand Le Hall. The specialty of Ibusuki is the sand bath. You can’t take pictures, so just use the pictures on the official website to take a look. You can soak for ten minutes at most, half the amount for children, and a staff member will wake you up when the time is up. The swimming pool is open during this season. The hotel has a free shuttle service to Ibusuki Station in the morning, leaving at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. You need to make a reservation one day in advance. Dinner was Satsuma cuisine, which was exquisite, with fresh ingredients and delicious taste. Breakfast is buffet style. The Iwasaki Hotel next door actually had small fireworks on 8.12 nights, and I was lucky enough to catch them. The foreign girl at the front desk speaks very good English. She introduced herself as an expatriate from Dubai who has been working in Japan for 5 years. Now she speaks Japanese better than English 🙂

GGuest User1) Paddler services are not widely used in Japan, and I thought that there are few such wonderful paddler services. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Paddler A, who was indebted to me personally and provided a wonderful service to other customers as well. 2) Regarding meals, the comfortable food menu was sophisticated, and although it was a simple menu such as salads and hamburgers, it was made with great care and was delicious! (There are some other menus that I'm interested in, and I'm looking forward to the next time.) On the other hand, I wondered if there was another menu for creative dishes and breads. (I think there are personal tastes ...) 3) Regarding drinks, there were many local products such as original drinks, and I enjoyed it very much. On the other hand, regarding the serve of wine etc., although it is a luxury hotel restaurant and from 2000 yen / glass, there is no tasting, detailed explanation, follow-up, etc., so I was reluctant. 4) The atmosphere of the room, facilities and amenities (local brands and environmentally friendly products) are also excellent. In addition, two types of soaps were installed, and I was able to choose the scent that suits my mood. However, although the shaver is a high-class item, it is very heavy and not easy to use, so I think it would be more convenient if it was a little lighter and cheaper to use. thank you for helping me!
