After booking on Trip.com, when you get to the hotel, don't bother with the self-service check-in kiosks – it's a waste of time as you'll still need to pay the remaining balance. It's much quicker to just queue at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in was a Black gentleman with really cool braids, and there was a huge contrast between his appearance and his voice. He was super nice and his voice was incredibly gentle, so much so that I could barely hear him, haha! He spoke so softly. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Flamingo hotel (if you enter through the side gate near The LINQ, you'll find a zoo with real flamingos inside). The pedestrian street, with tons of food options like sushi and In-N-Out Burger, as well as a Ferris wheel, is located between The LINQ and Flamingo hotels. Caesar's Palace is just across the street, and I think the shop inside is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less-than-ten-minute walk further brings you to Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian, along with a small supermarket. It really feels like a prime spot on the *****, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel itself has everything – a ******, dining options, and a supermarket. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Great little place to stay, nice clean rooms and ask for the north tower if you like it quiet! I highly recommend Chicago Brewing company. The food is great and the drinks are fantastic. Best Bloody Mary around, and not over priced like most *******! The staff are fabulous!!!

The hotel is quite nice, very luxurious, and the location is excellent. The room is spacious enough, and the view from the window is top-notch. However, there's no complimentary bottled water, and everything comes with an extra charge, making it particularly expensive. Overall, the hotel is acceptable. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Honestly, I truly think this hotel is excellent. You can check out other hotels, but I'm just focusing on this one. First off, the room type we booked was quite spacious, with a separate toilet and shower. If you're lucky, you might even get a room with a view of the Sphere. My room number was 209, so try to request rooms on that side, from 201-209. A tip might help secure one, unless it's peak season and they're completely booked.
Then there's the dining. There's a 24-hour food court with at least 20 restaurants, offering everything from Chinese and Japanese to French cuisine. As for entertainment, Vegas has countless shows, so do your own research. But this hotel alone has, I'd say, about 10 performances, including David Copperfield, Cirque du Soleil, and the Friends Experience.
Also, remember that if you're visiting other MGM properties, there's a free tram that runs from 10 AM to midnight. This hotel doesn't have a direct stop, but it stops at a very close MGM hotel, and you can just walk over the skybridge. Do your own planning for that.
Finally, this place is massive, absolutely huge, and I genuinely believe it offers great value for money. MGM Resorts owns around 7 hotels, I think? One membership card works across all of them, offering discounts on shows and parking benefits if you're traveling between their properties. You should double-check the specifics; I don't have a car, so I'm just quoting what I saw on Xiaohongshu.
Anyway, I highly recommend my room type. It didn't feel old or worn out at all. Oh, and a warning: don't touch anything in the mini-bar or fridge if you don't intend to consume it. They have electronic sensors that will charge you automatically. (Many restaurants downstairs allow you to charge to your room, and if you're staying at an MGM property, some self-serve kiosks for simple meals let you just input your hotel name, room number, and last name to charge it. Very smart!)
The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into ********, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun.
The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three ******* connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of ********, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!

- check in and check out Q was so long.
- room not provide any bottle water and slipper, probably this is the practice in USA.
- the room are quite run down, my finger got cut by the damages water tap. Called to the front desk to asked for a plaster, but never shown up. Good luck if u got the room in Resort Tower, room 6235.
- staff at Concierge and luggage drop off area are friendly.
- choose Royal Tower if ur trip is gonna to rely on Uber. Bcs there is where the rideshare pick up point.

Although the wait to check in was a bit long, Kyle at the front desk was extremely warm and friendly. We needed a late check-out, and he explained the options clearly and helped arrange it for us.
He also offered us a paid upgrade to a high-floor room with a view of the fountains. Just relaxing in the room and enjoying the Las Vegas city view made us feel so happy.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The free parking is a great bonus, especially for those traveling by car. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, the check-in process took quite a long time, which was a bit disappointing after a long journey. It would be great if the hotel could improve efficiency at the front desk.

It was nice! I love the Egyptian theme; it would be better if there were more Egyptian-related decorations in each room.
The elevator is kinda shaky due to the triangle design of the hotel itself.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super nice. So fancy and well maintained. It suits, with superb sofa living zone. I like the bathroom also, nice equipment. Very nice food in lobby. Nice in every aspects. Just have to note that it is a bit far from the Main Street and will take 50 minutes walk to the convention center of Las Vegas. However, it deserves a good rate. If you have a car then it’s very convenient.
Oh, it’s 5 minutes walk to bus stop to take a bus. That’s good enough.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.
LLohMKThru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning.
It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel?
It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in.
The next letter to us was weird!!?
It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies.
So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat.
These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line.
Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge.
As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.
GGuest UserI booked a room with a view of the Sphere, located on the 28th floor of the North Tower. The room was spacious and very clean.
From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get an up-close view of the Sphere, which is even more stunning at night. You can also step out of the hotel and stroll along the Vegas Strip.
There's no coffee maker in the room, but if you need coffee, you can find it at the coffee shops or restaurants on the first or second floors. There's also a Starbucks in the concourse area of the lobby on the first floor.
The first and second floors boast many restaurants. For instance, Noodle Asia on the first floor is a 25-year-old Cantonese Chinese restaurant, serving both breakfast and regular meals. The food is incredibly authentic, and the staff all speak Chinese.
The indoor shopping arcade on the second floor is typically Venetian in style, featuring numerous brand-name stores and restaurants. The ceiling is designed to mimic an outdoor sky with blue skies and white clouds, and there are gondolas traversing the winding canals and small bridges, with gondoliers occasionally breaking into Italian opera.
The hotel also hosts shows, and you can book tickets in advance.
CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room is quite new, it seems to have been renovated in recent years.
Cleanliness: Top-notch.
Environment: Located at the northern end of ***** Street, it's not as bustling as Bellagio or Caesars Palace, so it's very quiet. There's a monorail station downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people.
Service: There was a slight queue for both check-in and check-out, but it wasn't too bad.
