The hotel is relatively new, and the room size and layout are excellent. The staff also provide good service. However, on the second day after it rained, the cold water was very dirty, although the hot water was fine. The location is right next to the train station, but if you walk from the station to the hotel, even though it's not far, the road isn't very pedestrian-friendly (there are barely any sidewalks, and lots of motorbikes).

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

First time stay here, everything was beyond limit. The service was super nice especially Deya, she is being so profesional handling me while check out. And all other staff are amazing. The breakfast also good eventhough it was quite busy. Despite of that, i really had a pleasant stay.

This lakefront hotel is the only 5 star hotel in Samosir. It's new, about 2 years old. Its location is strategic, about 9 minutes drive from Ambarita ferry terminal, where ferries from Parapat dock. The room is not big but clean and functional. The shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion smell really good, like one of those essential oils. The hotel also has a jetty for watersports like jetski, katamaran, canoe, and yacht.The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties. There are even bittergourd juice and other types of traditional herbal drinks.

i had pleasant feeling when check in these place . these place offer the peace with the affordable price . recommend to stay at these place as your gateway plan

The environment is great, and I had a very comfortable stay. The bed was just right for me. I stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in the area. The surroundings are also excellent, and there are even Chinese restaurants nearby, which is a big plus!

At late evening check-in they had no non-smoking room available. They upgraded me free of charge into a non-smoking room - very good service attitude. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A safety deposit should be added and may also some painting/photo as wall decoration. Breakfast for IDR 100,000 is good value. Laundry service is excellent and fair priced

The hotel is clean, luxurious, the view is really beautiful, the breakfast menu is also really delicious. ❤️
