Amazing selection of breakfast. Room is new, clean, neat and tidy Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning. Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag) Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

The room was nice and clean, but my room was assigned to a corner and blocked by a wall, so there was no view. Feedback: It would be better to have a hairdryer set up to make the room feel more complete and fully equipped. Complete facilities reflect a property's good value.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. My first time stay here, not bad for first impression

Grand Elty Krakatoa is a total hidden gem, offering an incredible beachfront experience for just 630k IDR per night. My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

This hotel is in the downtown, so it is convenient to fine place to eat and mini market. The pavement on the road is quite dangerous, lots of holes, and the ceramic is slippy during rain

Staying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business stays in Bandar Lampung ✨

I booked a double-aspect room, and the view was stunning. The room had high ceilings, was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to.

We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint. We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us. Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food. Breakfast was great as well.
