The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

Location was perfect if you don't mind not having ”THE BEST” view. It's a quick walk to the main streets of Fira, though uphill (a good workout to be honest), and less than a 10 min drive to and from the Santorini airport. Facilities were great, we were very comfortable. We had a balcony which was nice so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Also, since it wasn't in the heart of the Fira streets, it was quiet so we could rest well. Recommend this place! This isn't like a resort though, it's more of a lovely place to stay if you'll be out most of the days in your stay.

I stayed at Ambience Suites during the off-season in Santorini when there was a small earthquake, but I had a wonderful 3-day stay and left with only good memories. Unfortunately, I dropped my AirPods under the bed and realized it too late. I hope I can come back someday to retrieve them. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I stayed here with a friend! It was the off-season and there was also the impact of the earthquake, so there were no people in town or guests staying at the hotel. But we were very happy to stay in a very spacious room for such a low price. The amenities were great and the staff were very friendly! The view is also great, so I highly recommend it!!!

The room was very good, with five-star facilities in such a small city, but the faucets in the shower and sink were not very convenient, like testing our IQ, we couldn't use them after studying for a long time... The view was really great, it would be great to enjoy the sea, sunset, and mountains in the room without going out. The only problem is that you need to climb up and down the stairs, but it's okay once a day.

The location was great in Oia, and the hotel was just as pictured. We had been asked our arrival time in advance, so the receptionist was there when we arrived. The woman who prepared breakfast was very polite, so we gave her a generous tip. The cat sometimes sneaked into the room. It was an irreplaceable time for the kids.

You can cook, open the curtains to see the sea, and the kitchen paper is also very generous. It is within the delivery distance of the Chinese restaurant Yixiangju. It is very comfortable to live in, and there are too many advantages Friends who drive themselves should go to this house, which is very cost-effective. If you rely on public transportation, you may have to rely on taxis to live here.

Great location, clean rooms, and hospitable staff. The view from the room is amazing and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very considerate. The amenities are minimal. Be careful that you have to pay for water. I stayed for two nights, and in the middle of the night on the first night, there was a loud ”bang” and the breaker tripped, so I had to move rooms. It was a malfunction, so it can't be helped, but I couldn't charge the phone and the heating didn't work, which was inconvenient. I was able to communicate with the manager via What's App, which was very helpful. She's a very nice woman. I would like to visit again in a different season.

The suote was beautiful with a nice indoor heated pool. It was very comfortable staying in this place and the location is near city central whereby you can find good restaurants around. The staff is really great. They take care of our luggage right to serving good breakfast daily. They are friendly and approachable, always willing to help. Highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable stay at Antonia Hotel. The location is perfect and right in the heart of Fira, close to all major attractions and just a short walk from the bus station. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. The owner and staff were extremely polite and helpful, offering great recommendations throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent. We were warmly welcomed with a coffee and a tea upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend both the hotel and the day tour they offer, which covers almost all the main sights in Santorini.
