Staff were excellent and service friendly and responsive. Bedroom was not made to 3 beds as per the booking but the sofa bed was made up while we had dinner. Pool and gym were good too and staff very accomodating. Food at dinner was maybe a bit expensive but otherwise good. Breakfast was excellent and staff did a fantastic job.

We were completely exhausted when we checked in and delighted to find a comfy bed with lovely views over the river. We rested for a while and then went to the spa. The pool was just the right temperature as was the sauna and steam room. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed a great meal it was very tasty and served quickly. I'm vegan and gluten free and the choice for me was excellent. We then strolled around outside for a while catching the setting sun. The scenery was gorgeous. We slept really well and again enjoyed the spa facilities before a hearty breakfast and checked put completely refreshed at 11am the next day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
